There are so many options when it comes to getting your hot tub serviced/fix. We have struggled to get our hot tub up and running. About a month ago, I bought a 2 person Spa from Mr. Thomas on Santa Fe in Highlands Ranch. I have many problems due to Agent Orange and severe osteo arthritis. Shortly I will be having back surgery. I have been going in the spa twice a day, and it has brought gratifying relief to my whole body. In addition the soft silk capability that this spa possesses I can feel smoother and softer skin. What a fantastic experience! We purchased our first hot tub about a month ago from Carefree Spas. We did our due diligence and shopped around to two other hot tub shops and there was no question we picked the right place to spend our money. I purchased a spa from Tom at Carefree Spa on Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon it was delivered, filled, and operational. The spa is exactly what I wanted and the service in purchasing, delivering, and installing it was as good as it can get. Tom answered every question I had and some that I didnt. We recently had our patio concrete replace and had to move our spa. Tom and his crew were wonderful. They made the move off the old patio and onto the new patio extremely easy. We started looking for tubs in the spring by looking at reviews. We visited a few stores and then came to Carefree. What a wonderful store. Not only are the tubs top quality, with the best pumps and filtration available, but Tom and Karen made us feel like family.I have enjoyed working with them. They warned us months in advance that our tub might be delayed due to a back up at the factory. We ordered right away and that allowed us to keep on track with our patio project. They also came to our house for a site visit and noticed some potential problems with our planned location that allowed us enough time to fix them. They also recommended an electrician that was very accomodating to some of our complex install issues. It really made it go so much smoother.After the install their tech came out and spent at least an hour answering questions and teaching us about the care of the tub. Fair, level-headed and caring.We bought our spa from another company who was giving us a lot of trouble with a defective product, and Carefree stuck with us for three months to sort it out. Throughout the three months they were very tentative whenever and whatever we needed of them -- thats service there. Everything was fixed and A okay.When it came to sales, they dont pressure you or anything. They are very knowledgeable about their products. I wanted to get a filter cleaner solution and from experience they recommended me tablets and to avoid sprays for they can stain the filters for hot tubs. The sales department really invests in your experience and care for your spa. Im happy to write this 5 star review for the folks at Carefree Spas. Tom & Vern have been fantastic to work with. Straight talk, simple answers and solutions. And convenient for those in the South Denver/Highlands Ranch and Douglas County areas. I bought my spa from one of those weekend trade shows (not one sold by Carefree) and experienced technical and breakage issues from day one. Several over the initial 60 days of ownership. The manufacturer (Master Spas) has an interesting sales and service model that left me confused as to who was to do what on warranty service issues. All technical issues now resolved, fortunately, mainly due to the responsiveness of Tom & Vern at Carefree Spas. They are the local designated service provider for Master Spas. If I had it to do over again, or when I upgrade my spa, Ill go to Carefree Spas from the start.

These guys do a great job, and the focus is on getting it right. From the day of purchase, and all the way through our last maintenance, Tom is always available for a chat. They talk to you as youd hope, and not with a bunch of technical jargon about chemicals, pumps, and the likes. I just want to get in and enjoy the tub with my wife, and they make that experience excellent. Out next tub will definitely come from these guys.

Bought a spa through another company and Carefree is the service dealer. Steve has had to come up a few times for warranty issues and works fast and efficiently. He even lets me text him with questions. Now that I have no more warranty work I kind of miss our texts! LOL!! Good people.

Just a quick update 1 year later... IF you are looking to buy a spa, stop looking and buy one from Carefree Spas. I could not be happier with the spa and their level of support and service is second to none.These guys are great. I have only had minor issues with my Spa, but every time I have called they have been super nice and helpful. If they cannot troubleshoot over the phone, they set up a service ticket and get you taken care of. I discovered Carefree Spas a few Saturdays ago when I realized I was out of chemicals and wanted to change from the system Ive been using. I took a quick drive from the University Hills area where I live and had the pleasure of meeting Tom Prideaux (the owner). He carefully walked me through some chemistry and suggested that I try the Aqua Finesse system. He also suggested that I call them at any time with questions and they would be glad to help. Fast forward, my spa has never had better balance and Aqua Finesse is absolutely simple to use! Just yesterday I contacted Carefree again to inquire about replacing my damaged cover. It just so happens that they had a used cover in great shape and they gave me a nice deal on it! They also give you some fun samples of therapy salts to try. I highly recommend these very nice folks!

I didnt buy my tub from Carefree but when I had a warranty issue they were great. Tom got the part in and texted me to let me know, just like he said he would. Double points for being easy to work with. If I ever need help again I know where Ill go even though I live out in Bailey

My wife went there with the intent to buy a new tub with all of the bells and whistles, but when Tom found out why we wanted a tub, he made a recommendation for a refurbished tub that more closely matched what we were looking for.Boy was he ever right. I purchased a Coast micro silk spa from Care Free Spas in June. My mom has the same micro silk spa, so I knew what to expect. My mom has psoriasis and I have sensitive skin that doesnt agree with lotions. My skin has never felt better (clean, moisturized, firm) and my moms psoriasis has almost completely cleared up. Her psoriasis was extreme and medications were not helping. I honestly cant imagine not having this spa and I use it twice a day. My mom also uses hers once or twice a day and says its the best thing she has ever done for herself.Id also like to thank Karen and Tom. They have been amazing to work with and I consider myself a happy and loyal new customer.

Tom and Karen at Carefree Spas sold us a fabulous hot tub that we installed on a second floor deck in the mountains. Their service was impeccable from start to finish: they tested our well to make sure the water mineral content was acceptable, arranged for a crane to take the old spa away and put in the new one (at a very reasonable cost), taught us how to take care of it (its a breeze) and have answered the occasional question promptly and accurately since then. The jets are very strong in this 2 pump 4-5 person unit, and we truly could not be more pleased with it. So glad we didnt try to save a few hundred dollars by buying an inferior product - clearly this is top notch, their service could not have been better, and 2 years later the spa is still running great and looks essentially brand new as the shell obviously resists bacteria/tarnishig. Mr. Tom Prideaux is honest and helpful. I have an old hot tub. The touch control is not working properly, and it is discontinued. Tom did not push me to buy a new hot tub or suggested to replace the top control and the box (about $1000 for parts and labor). Instead, he found a used touch control of same kind for me for only $65. He has saved me one thousand dollar. Thank you, Tom.

I quit using it a number of years ago and just recently restored it. Carefrees techs brought it back to life with practical and affordable repairs. They showed up exactly when they said they would, provided professional service and didnt charge me for extra work I just know they did.

My 10 year old spa is working like brand new thanks to Steven. Affordable, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Id recommend Carefree without hesitation.

I bought a Rio Spa, which I love, and have been a customer of Carefree Spas for about 15 years. Everything was fine with my relationship with the company until recently, when I needed a service call for a leak. After an initial visit from a technician with a promised return the next day to do the repair, I waited several hours but no one showed up. I called the company and was told that they decided not to do the repair and that I was on my own because the repair might be complicated. I told them I was willing to pay for any time that was necessary to fix the leak, but my offer fell on deaf ears. Too complicated? Really? Isnt that their business? After 15 years of loyalty to one spa company, I never expected to be abandoned by them. I regretfully now suggest that anyone who is in the market for a spa seriously think twice before buying it from Carefree Spas.

Very knowledgeable staff. I got a free hot tub and have been restoring it for about a week. These guys helped me get the right parts I needed and told me what I should and shouldnt be doing. I made a few screw ups and these guys helped me get back on track to make things work properly

Thomass customer service is extraordinary. I bought my tub in Ohio nd had it shipped to Care Free Spas in Littleton. He arranged delivery and installation at my home in Granby Colorado which is 2 hours away and personally oversaw the entire project, including arranging for a crane and setting up the entire tub to where all I had to do was jump in. He walked me thru all the appropriate procedures regarding maintenance and use. He then returned at a later date to address a cover issue. He didnt even sell me the spa and he spent a day and a half at my location making sure I was satisfied with the product and his service. There is no need to look anywhere else when looking to purchase a spa or for spa maintenance. Care Free is the only place as far as Im concerned. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We tried to secure Carefree Spas to help us install our spa. We had a lot of trouble and confusion scheduling it (worked with three different people) and in the end they were not able to help us out last minute. In the process we were quoted two different prices and we plowed through a couple of dates they mentioned they should be able to help us with the install. Left us in lurch. I think it very much matters who you work with there. Steve is passionate about providing great service. We (especially my wife whom he spoke down to) struggled with Tom. Ask for Steve if you think of it.

WOW! After visiting some big box hot tub stores for over a year to get some ideas of what I was looking for, all I got was the used car sales job directing me to a specific tub. After doing a little more research I reached out to Carefree Spas and visited there showroom in Littleton where I found out that they are a family owned business and have been around for many years. They showed me several different tubs, and a complete breakdown of costs for each one without the sales pressure tactics. Since my purchase, Carefree has been there with service that has been second to none. My advice to anyone shopping for a hot tub. Skip the big box stores and drop by Carefree. Their competitive pricing and service will give you a reason not to shop anywhere else.

Excellent service. A very hard issue, a hidden leak, was found and corrected. We were treated very well by Steven. He was friendly and professional.

Very help full service when we had a rush job to move our hot tub for a patio replacement, Tom and his crew were easy to work with and did a great job moving and resetting our tub when the patio had been repaired.

We have done business with Carefree Spas since 1997 when we moved back to Colorado and brought our spa with us. Initially it was purchasing an occasional filter or replacement spa cover, then we had Carefree Spas do repairs as needed. Jeff would even remember our spa when he’d come back to work on it the next time. Later Shane joined Carefree Spas.At one point we checked other spa service providers in the area and found their prices were higher and they would have to order parts for our spa. Carefree Spa maintenance rates were lower and had most any part needed for our spa. Over the years we got to know Jeff and Shane, Carefree Spa’s long-time spa repair guys, very well.The bromine chemicals kept wearing out equipment (the most telling one was how it had eaten away 75% of the leave basket in the pumps). Karen had been suggesting for quite a while that we consider Aqua Finesse, but we’d kept on using bromine.When we finally determined it did not make sense to continue repairing our older spa we’d brought with us from out of state, we talked with Carefree about some of their used/refurbished spas. Tom was particularly helpful in helping us understand the various features of the spas, compared to our prior spa. We tried them out at the store and selected one.We also switched at that same time to Aqua Finesse. In hindsight we should have switched to Aqua Finesse years before. It’s been incredible to only do the minor spa maintenance once per week, the water is always clear and never itchy, doesnt eroding away the equipment and is so much more enjoyable to use. We would have saved lots of spa maintenance costs on our old spa had we switched earlier.That’s been 2-3 years ago and now as we go in for more Aqua Finesse, we catch up with Tom and Karen and occasionally get to say hi to Jeff and Shane (we don’t see them much anymore since they installed the replacement spa from Carefree Spas).Carefree Spas is not just a good place for spas, chemicals and maintenance, but when we have time it’s also fun to connect with the team when it’s time for some more Aqua Finesse. The conversation is not just about business. Over the years we’ve talked about many things about what our families or our kids are doing.You can find fancier spa stores -- but it would be hard to find a team of people (both sales and technical) that understand spas as well and are as helpful and friendly. Over the last 14-15 years its’ developed from occasional purchases in the store to getting to know them through maintenance, replacement spa purchase and ongoing Aqua Finesse purchases.Thanks Tom, Karen, Jeff and Shane! I read about the Microsilk spa online and called Karen for more information. She answered every question and sold me on it. We love the Microsilk feature and use it about 70% of the time instead of the regular jets. Installation was seamless with Tom leading the crew. We would absolutely recommend Carefree Spas and their wonderful products they carry. We would love to see the infinity spa with the Microsilk feature but thats not until our next house... :)

A family run business, so you get treated like a customer they want to see again. Highly recommended for supplies and new hot tubs!

My pipe froze and broke when it was 10 minus degrees outside. Steven came quickly diaganosed and fixed our tub. Not only did he fix the pipe he was able to reprogram our hot tub We have had nothing but bad service from Everything Hot Tuz. They provide horrible service after the sale. Carefree spas is the bomb and we will absolutely recommend them to all our friends!!! I
