I bought a hot tub from Mike last year, during the pandemic. The hot tub was delayed several months, but I have no issue with that as it was delayed by the manufacturer itself. Authority Spas, however, is completely disorganized and the result is a terrible customer experience. When they say “they’ll call you when”, don’t expect a call. They have no system to remind them to call you at that time. Expect to call them yourself every week if you want or need updates. When you do call, you have a 50-50 chance Mike is there. If he isn’t, they’ll ask you to call back another day when he is in the store. Why? Because their “systems” are paper and only Mike can read them or understand them. We live in 2021, but are still working on carbon copy paper for orders. I LOVE my hot tub, but I wish I bought it from the other Bull Frog Spas dealership in the area.

Authority Spas and Home were great to work with! They responded to my request immediately and Ernie fixed our hot tub. We will definitely be using Authority Spas and Home for any future repairs.

We bought a hot tub from Authority Spas probably 6 years ago. Their customer service is 5-star, hands down the best. We love our hot tub. Product is amazing. But truly it comes down to the service. When we need repairs (far and few between) Ernie is our man! He is extremely polite, friendly, and explains what he did to fix it. Its been simple like a cracked light or our bad for not replacing filters enough. If you want a company that you can call on and get that amazing service you can always count on this is the place!

Amazing company. Weve owned for about to months now and can say that Scott was not only selling a great product, but was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. From the delivery to even now, they have done nothing but uphold the high standards of Bullfrog. We are so happy we decided to purchase a Bullfrog hot tub from Authority Spas! After researching many brands for several months, we found out about Authority Spas and the unique features of the Bullfrog spa. We love the jet packs we chose, and the fact that our spa is uniquely tailored to us, not just whatever configuration comes from the factory like other brands. Scott was extremely knowledgeable, explained the different features and answered our questions, but there was no high-pressure sales. The product speaks for itself and is a high quality brand at a great value. The spa was ordered and delivered on schedule, and when there was a minor issue, it was handled promptly by both Scott and Mike. They had promised before we placed our order that they believe strongly in taking care of their customers, and thats exactly what they have done. Authority Spas and Bullfrog have far exceeded our expectations! Were love our spa and cant recommend them highly enough!

I wanted to drop a quick line to thank the guys at Authority Spa. Mike, Scott and Ernie have all been outstanding to work with over the past couple of years since we purchased our Bullfrog A8 spa from them. Unfortunately we ran into a couple of problems with the Bullfrog spa and had to have it replaced. While we were a bit disappointed that we experienced the trouble with the spa, what was absolutely refreshing was is Authority Spa and Bullfrog stood behind their product to make it right. This was no small issue and we had to have 2 separate spas completely replaced. I think many spa makers and dealers would have tried to find a way to cut corners and put a band-aid on the problem, but thankfully Authority Spa and Bullfrog both stepped up on each occasion and made sure that they took care of us. They have genuinely earned my trust and future business, and in this day with so many fly-by-night companies around, I can say without hesitation that both Authority Spa and Bullfrog stand 100% behind their product and look out for their customers best interest.

I called the spa and Mike answer the phone. The way he talk is very iconically and make me very uncomfortable. I didnt talk back to him because I dont want to be impolite like him.No, I dont recommecnd this place!!

Rude! Customer service was terrible. The jets in my tub (that was purchased from them) disintegrated and fell apart (after 4 years), and so I asked if they could give me the parts # for the replacement jets (typically around $5-$10 online), but they would not give the #s to me. They would only be willing to order them and charge me $25./jet. The person I spoke with was very rude as well. Not at all helpful!

Mike was very knowledgeable and great to work with. We are anxious to take delivery of our new Bullfrog spa.
