I had an issue with my Glock 17. There was an empty shell lodged in the gun and it would not cycle. Turns out I had shot a squib round where the actual bullet didnt make it out of the barrel. I knew something was off at the time. I should have stopped, emptied the gun and made sure everything was good before proceeding. I didnt as the gun cycled so I shot again at which point the gun failed to cycle. The guys at RockyourGlock were able to set me up with a new KKM match grade barrel in no time at all (the original barrel is toast). Thankful I didnt loose any body parts and that they were able to take care of me in short order. Ill be back.

I ordered two newton springs. When they arrived they were NOT the factory part. Absolutely no response from customer service. Also - when I tried to post a negative review on their website I was flagged as “spam” and my review was not allowed to post. I will never do business with them again. What a joke.

Just received my slide back from the rock your Glock shop, it looks outstanding, the slide cuts are perfect, the finish they apply makes this old slide look new again and ready for several more years of service. The slide cut/ drill and tap for my optic came out perfect and they included extra screws for my optic as well...Awesome.Couldn’t be more pleased with the results.I be sending another to them soon!

Good products but do not except a response from them online. I have order multiple items from the store online but now I’m finding it easier to do so else where. I have two more orders that hopefully will be here in next month or so then I do believe I will take my business somewhere else. Maybe give them another try in a couple of years.

Stopped by today to get my trigger, connector, and back plater cover changed. Tyler was the one who assisted me, very helpful and nice. And he installed them all in 10 min! This place is very convenient because its literally 5 min away from where i live. Will definitely go back here for another upgrades. Thx guys!

SHIPPING IS HORRID GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. TOOK A MONTH TO GET ONE PART AND IM IN A NEIGHBORING STATE 100 MILES AWAY THEY RIPOFF ON SHIPPING AND QUALITY CONTROL ITS A HORRID EXPERIENCE

I rarely give negative reviews unless Ive had multiple bad experiences with a company. However, RockYourGlock meets the criteria. I had two guns shipped to two FFL dealers. One was RockYourGlock and the other Triple J Armory. When my gun arrived at Triple J, I immediately received an email informing me that my AR-15 had arrived and to come over to do the background check. No notification from Rock. I tried emailing them and calling them with no response. Finally, I went over physically (and their hours are limited to 12p to 5p) and they informed me that my CZ-P10 F had arrived. I did the background check application and then went over to Triple J the same day to do my background check for my Ar-15. Three days later, Triple J called me to tell me that I wasnt a felon and to come pick up my rifle. I called Rock, left another voice mail with no response. I went over twice to their shop days and they said they didnt have it back. They said they would notify me when they got it. 8 days later, I went over again and they checked and surprise! They had my background check. I picked up my gun.I had gone to their website and put my name in on a waitlist for a Glock and this week I got an email at 4:48pm that they had one in stock if I wanted it. I immediately called and was directed to voice mail. I sent an email saying I wanted it and would give them my credit card number. No response. I called twice during their hours with no response. I went over after work at 2:30p and of course, they told me it was gone.I think this kind of customer service sucks. Taking my business elsewhere. Be wary! I would give them zero stars but that wasnt an option.

Poor response to online, generic email inquiries, or answering the phone. Sent in a Gen 3 Glock 30S for apex porting on the barrel and slide. Machining was mediocre at best. Im not even a machinist my slide had pieces/ridges of material left. A simple hand filing could of knocked it down. Im not going to do it myself because the recoated the slide and no sense in taking that coating off to knock off ridges left. Ive sent my Glock slides and barrels to get machine work done before from other places and makes this place look like a bunch of amateurs. Look elsewhere if you want SIMPLE stuff done to your slide and barrel. Pimping out Glocks is so common now that its a competitive market, look elsewhere.

Dan in the customer service department is awesome. He will answer all your needs. Shipping is quick from them. I havent been in the actual store so cant comment on that but from dealing with them on the phone they are the best and will continue to use them.

Ordered a few parts and they claimed were shipped. Tracking showed it never shipped. I contacted them several times trying to fix the situation or at least find out when i could recieve my order with no answer. Weeks later i was contacted by them and the said some of the order was out of stock and if id like to have the remaining items sent or wait. ARE YOU SERIOUS! Take your money elsewhere, this company is a joke

Honestly an awesome shop with awesome people running it!! I bought a set of night sights from them, a new back plate, as well as an extended slide release for my duty carry Glock 22! They installed all for free, and we’re genuinely really cool. Guy who helped me was named Cade maybe? Something with a C I believe lol. Awesome dude and awesome service!! Really appreciate and will be back to upgrade my trigger in the next week lol!! Thanks again could t recommend y’all enough!!

Went to the store for the first time today, and while it is small showroom they had everything I needed and then some, this is because they are mostly online so everything is ready for shipping not in a shiny case.The milling work they do is also very impressive.Be advised Glocks only for the most part.The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, he went above and beyond to make everything great. By the time I had left we had made multiple adjustments. Shot it at the range since my visit there and it’s awesome.

I took a 2 hour drive to Rock Your Glock yesterday 10/26/18. I asked to have a Ghost 3.3 connector placed in my Glock 19. I was told NO they could not do it at all today, they were way too busy. ( I had dropped in 2 times before to have the same connector installed on my Glock 20 and 29. Each done the same day with very little waiting time.I would not have minded waiting yesterday but the young guy behind the desk seemed like I was A HUGE INCONVENIENCE. I ended up purchasing the 3.5 connector night sights and a knife. I spent $174.00. The 3.5 connector sucks. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN. My BIGGEST COMPLAINT WAS THE ABSOLUTE POOR ATTITUDE OF THE KID BEHIND THE COUNTER. IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD. SINCERELY A ROCK YOUR GLOCK LOST CUSTOMER......
