Dead and dry hot bar, at lunch time, on a Thursday. Moved to Littleton a few weeks ago and this is the norm at this location. I will no longer attend this location and will go to the one 6 miles up Wadsworth with twice the floor space, many more options, and FRESH prepared foods in Lakewood. I tried to be reasonable and say Hey, could be some issues theyre working out but its more just that the standards here are subpar as it is like this regularly, weekdays, weekends, afternoons, nights. The only time I have seen it decent was when it was first displayed for the day around 11AM. This is not how I recognize Wholefoods to be.
If you want great delicious food shop at Whole Foods. The prices are slightly higher but you cannot deny the quality is the best. Love their soup especially the broccoli cheddar and mushroom barley!! The variety of cheeses and pre-made pizza are worth the trip.
Dang what a sweet employee. Today I came in a little close to closing when they were starting to put things away but they were oh so helpful in helping me out. My friend really likes this one cake from whole foods and she had a really hard day so I wanted to get a small one for us to share. I asked if there was any smaller ones, the employee went behind to check saying there wasnt so I decided to get the big one. He was offerred to write something on the cake. Did a good job and even gave me a discount!! He told me he hopes my friends day gets better. Wow what great customer service!
I went with another person. A cellphone was found and was immediately given to customer service. The store was clean and employees were attentive and friendly.
Thank you so much Mateo! That was the man who answered my call when I was connected to the meat department. Very very helpful and very friendly! Thank you for helping me out with my 16 questions Mateo!
Love it, especially with all the discounts if you are a customer of the Amazon Prime.
We came in for lunch. Whole foods was great for a lot of reasons but one of them is the lunch options! So many choices: you cant fail!
Always love whole foods shopping and grab n go food. This was first time going in with a broken leg on crutches. Even though I just want to grab sushi whish is near the exit, I had to go in the entrance on other side of store near produce. Thats a long way when youre 60 on crutches. Then had to hop back to checkouts, wait in line then walk back toward the exit to sit and eat. Other than that....I love whole foods always
This is a substandard below average whole foods location. I hope the corporate offices see some of these reviews and take action. The salad bar and breakfast lunch bar areas are literally disgusting. I visit this location about once a week. It is far worse than the location near Colorado Mills which I find exceptional. No microwave to assist customers in heating food. Told today it broke and i havent see one there in months. No more salt and pepper for people eating onsite. Laughable. No more rubber bands at the checkout? To help secure store bought items?I once found expired meat on the shelves and brought it to the attention of management. this admittedly was quite some time ago. Will only come here to buy water from now on. Depressing place.
There are certain things you can get here that are hard to find elsewhere, and the produce and meat are probably above average. But they definitely dont have everything we need, and we pretty much always have to go to King Soopers too. So its hard not to just skip Whole Foods and go straight to King Soopers.
Lovely location for a whole foods, very convenient. The employees here are amongst the most tremendous Ive ever witnessed at a whole foods anyplace else! Highly recommend the seasonal produce as well as seasonal shishito peppers... They are to die for.
A cashier asked if I wanted to bag groceries when I was checking out today. Sounds like a great deal! My reward for paying premium prices is being guilted into doing someone else’s job. I’m surprised I wasn’t asked to make a charity donation too so I could feel lazy and cheap!
Just yesterday I was in search for Watercress that had some decent quality to it...Your young produce team member brought out the most fabulous Watercress from Elliot Gardens here in Denver that I have EVER seen! With the courtesy your associate gave me and the unbelievable quality of Elliot Gardens Watercress, be assured that you will see me again for that same product AND others! Thank you ever so much for making yesterdays search for Watercress such a wonderful surprise! Best wishes! Scott Solvie
I worked here when this place was a Circuit City back in the day. Its weird to see it transformed, but the people who work here now are superb human beings. When my son got a bit of dust caught in his throat while we checked out, our cashier ran off to get him a bottle of water (free of charge). It was a very nice gesture.
I don’t like this Whole Foods. It’s too small and too crowded and it’s hard to find anything I’m looking for. I don’t like that they don’t have the salad bar and food bar like it used to be. I feel like the products at Whole Foods are not competitively priced. It costs too much to shop here. The support staff are friendly but the lines are too long and I would rather see more cashiers available to alleviate the long wait times to check out l.
Love this place. Portion control your food and its cheap. I usually use the breakfast buffet b4 gym time.
This Whole Foods location, although it seems a bit smaller than others, has a very good setup and is well managed and staffed. The produce is fresh and turns over quickly. For COVID-19 pandemic shopping, the store layout is unchanged but employees are very mindful and conscientious of spacing and making, as are most of the customers. Gloves are not worn at check out.
Its whole foods, youre going to pay a little more money but youre going to get a lot better food, everyone I encountered was very friendly and very awesome great service, and one more thing I did not know is you can return your Amazon purchases right at the customer service desk takes about 90 seconds tops the guy that works that register got it going on. One more thing on that return policy if you just go to amazon.com whatever they will send you a barcode that she scans with her little gun and its over, the money is back in your account in 3 days
Store is always ready for business... from shopping carts to service counters to checkout. Friendly staff and organized store with customer care and safety in-mind. Products are quality and your health is considered. For me the no salt options is outstanding!
Why whole paycheck!? Sprouts is just as good...well pretty close;) prices are more reasonable!
I LOVE THIS Whole Foods! Its nice to finally see Customer Service again! Its rare to see people go out of their way to help. I ran in with zero direction. A very polite Terra stopped what she was doing to take care of MY need at the moment. Displayed wonderful manners and concern. Terra, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH AGAIN!!!!
Quality products... super quality...clean store... helpful staff...Prices are generally high for the quantity or weight of the item. But if you know your prices you know what to get here at whole foods maybe some of your favorite things or try something different and then general stuff you can get somewhere else cheaper.
Could use some more fat free dairy and condiment options, otherwise very good.
Great Whole Foods. Big store
Don’t order groceries from Amazon. This location will give you expired food or next day expired product. They also relabel there items so they have a longer shelf life but forget to take of the original label.
Certainly not as nice as other nearby Whole Foods Markets. Produce wasnt excellent and was extremely picked over. There werent as many options for meat alternatives as Im used to seeing, even at the smaller stores. I couldnt find jack fruit fresh, frozen or canned which is at every other store Ive been to. Prices were also higher for every single item than at other stores around. Given the lack of quality produce and higher prices, Ill drive the extra distance to go to a nicer store.
Best Whole Foods ever! Kyler (I apologize if I misspelled the name) & Tara are amazing! Very customer service oriented and went above and beyond to assist me. Kudos to them, they deserve recognition for their efforts. Thank you for the excellent service every time. Keep up the incredible job!
I love Whole Foods. But this location is very small and don’t have enough stuff like the big stores. Wish they had a more bigger store near us.
I loved thank you 😍❤👍
Got the covid vaccine today. There was a short line and wait but it was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and informative. Great experience.
Its clean, products are high quality, customer service is exceptional, bring your childs college fund if you shop here exclusively.
Great choices for everyones differentiated palates.
Gotta love whole foods....
Shopping here is a very pleasant experience. The employees are very nice and helpful. We asked a gentleman on a ladder in Dairy where a product was and he got down and walked us there. Gentleman in Bakery did a lovely job writing on a birthday cake and also very nice. BTW we get all birthday cakes at Whole Foods. They are the best of all the grocery stores.
Picked up their Tiramisu cake for a birthday celebration. I would have preferred a tuxedo cake, but I guess its not available there. Did pick up a slice of their chocolate eruption cake- excellent, as always.
Love Whole Foods. Always new vegan options; the vegan cold curry wrap was delicious. I appreciate that this location is taking social distancing seriously during the pandemic. Was greeted by a very sweet young lady at the register when I was ready to check out, named Hanna, that just moved here from San Diego. Hanna was very personable and made my experience a pleasure this afternoon.
Best Whole Foods I’ve been to, always clean and well stocked. Every time I go in someone always asks me if I need help which is great because I’m a Whole Foods novice. Don’t forget to scan your Amazon code to save money!
Pricey. Knowledgeable staff.
Love Whole Foods!! Hate the prices.. only go occassionally..
The people who work at whole foods are very customer service oriented, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be shopping here more often!
I had never shopped at Whole Foods before. My mother was visiting and wanted some specific seafood items that are not available at another major grocery chain. We decided to look at what was available at this market and my mother was very pleased with the wide selection. Nathan assisted us. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable about the various oysters, crabs, etcetera. Shopping here was a pleasant experience all around.
Everyone is friendly and helpful really good customer service and fresh food with many items on sale. Pizza, sushi, seafood, cheese at a whim and if you are a prime member and cardholder you get even more savings.
This Whole Foods is really big the biggest out of all of them and the workers are super nice to get along really good with each other and we can always find something that you need their theyre pretty good masks that you can buy there are sometimes occasionally free samples which is really cool and there is also a gluten-free aisle
Fast pick up of curbside order. Ready when I got there. Everything bagged carefully. Nice folks.
Good options. Hot bar is a bit small, but staff has always been friendly!
This is my go to grocery store. The have quality meat and the produce is always fresh. Theyre open 24 hours, which is great with my work schedule.
Love the berry chantilly cake!
Its always good
Smaller Whole Foods than the one near Belmar. Food is still varied and great at this location though.
Anti-maskers love this store and they don’t enforce their mask rules at all. Pathetic.
Simply phenomonal
Great store, outstanding selection & wonderful staff! Enjoy all the fine foods, craft beer & more!
CONSISTENT!After enjoying great food and excellent service from Diana two days ago I decided to visit again yesterday.I did request Diana, but her section was full. No problem and no surprise. My server was Courtney and her service was fantastic as well. This type of consistency is very important and the food certainly was no let down either.Ill be visiting again soon and will definitely be requesting one of these two waitresses as they both provide all that you can ask for and then some.In addition to all of this it wouldnt be fair if I didnt mention the teamwork that the entire staff demonstrates in making sure that your dining experience is no less than superb!See you all soon...
It had a variety of things to shop for.
Staff was so unprofessional in asking to put our masks over the nose. we were told by her to not come back if we couldn’t keep it up. Done. Been coming here for 5+ years. Won’t be back ever again.
Always clean and fully stocked with many organic and natural products, personable employees, and lowered prices with the new partnership with Amazon. Hot foods bar with pizza, sandwiches, pastries etc. is always a highlight. (Insider tip- every Friday the pizza is $10 instead of around $15) One of my favorite natural grocery stores!
Store too small. Minimal selection.
The employees here are always friendly and the store is clean and well organized.
Good selection, but I get a little overwhelmed by the size and set up. And can find better and better priced options down the street at Sprouts...That said, they have a great deli/prepared food area and the bakery section is the bomb - their single serving slices of cake are amazing and huge portions if you have a sweet tooth and dont want to grab a candy bar, or waste a whole cake. Their hot, fresh soups are good too, especially the chicken noodle - its so good I could pass it off as my own homemade soup! Fresh fish is always super fresh, good priced and properly marked (nice to buy red snapper that you know is really red snapper.)
Store is always prestine. Employees are helpful, professional and lovely to be around. Shelves are always perfect and its not hard to find anything I need. Meat employees are wonderful guys, very kind. Cashiers are sweet and beautiful ladies. Food is always fresh and I have never had a problem with anything Ive purchased. Sure its a bit pricey but WORTH EVERY PENNY. This store is a far cry better than YuckMart (walmart). Ill never go back to that nasty place. This store is a forever store for me now ♡ 🍇🍈🍉🍊🍋🍌🍍🥭🍎🍏🍐🍒🍓🥝🍅🥥🥑🍆🥔🥕🌽🌶🥒🥬🥦🧄🧅🍄🥜🌰🍞🥐🥗🍵🧊
I used to not like going to this particular whole foods because the employees were just plain rude and condescending. I told them so and vowed never to go back there again. However, it seems since theyve been bought out, things have changed. I decided to go back after a year of avoiding the place. What a refreshing surprise. The atmosphere was completely different and the employees were very accommodating. The only snobs there now are the customers.
Pretty good selection, just so expensive!!
Even though I love this whole foods it is one of the smaller ones. So the coffee bar is more like a coffee cart and the store doesnt carry everything a larger whole foods would. Its still so nice to be in and the staff is always helpful and sweet, I just wish a larger one was closer.
Nice store. Good alternative selection. Little pricey on some items. Clean...
I am very impressed with their commitment to safety and cleanliness during this pandemic. Good work!
Friendly staff and clean store
Always a great selection and they carry some nice craft beers!
Beautiful vegetables. Staff is so pleasant.
I really like the baked goods from this place and got hooked on the vegan maple pecan cookies, however ever since the lead baker changed at this location Ive never been able to get them again. Ive asked the new baker and was told that since they are made from scratch, its too much work to make! Seriously!?! That is your responsibility and Im a paying customer. I was very disappointing by the customer service as well as lack of regard for the customer since most of my family I know buys these too (I got them hooked too).
Friendly people nice and clean and Great prices!
Great handling of the Covid 19 protocols and still quick and easy to get what I needed. Great selection of good healthy products.
Excellent service!
Quality dropped Drastically, Mushroom pepperoni pizza, how many mushrooms do you see? Freaking joke
High level of quality and service for a high price!
Love this location 👍
The quality has gone down hill, to the very bottom. The garlic looked and felt fine, everything looked fine! but when I opened it it was moldy and rotten. Same thing with bell pepper I got for 2 dollars. Super expensive! low quality! SHAM. Then the guy at the fish market jumps down my throat, He Says what I was asking for simply does not exist anywhere, and he knows because thats what he does. I believed him! I mean he was yelling at me! So I got something else naturally. Two weeks later I looked it up for fun and turns out he could not have been more wrong. He tells me The other fish store I was talking about must be a fraud it would seem the people working there where shipped in from acting school. I will never go to another whole foods. and I will make sure every single person I meet knows the whole foods is the sham. GO to sprouts! anywhere else.
Went here to get my KBCO Studio cd.
Service sucks, way over priced.it was on my way home, I did all my shopping and had 15 people in front of me, I left and shopped elsewhere.
This is a little store, but they seem to have everything i get at the big store across town. Hot bar included. Very nice people
I love shopping at whole food, the prices of shopping at whole foods are very reasonable, and I feel Welcome to buy stuf . So keep up the great work.
Great place, its a smaller store but I still like it :-)
Very noice! A bit expensive though, vegan friendly. Good place to find odd-ish foods.
The meat & seafood department has really gone down over the past month. Great assistant who was always there & helpful left early July & some others who had been there awhile also left over the past few months. I don’t know what they are doing to make great employees leave, but concerns me that the model of business is a good indicator that Amazon is trying to model the standard store market! Overall look of stores throughout have gone down. Time to find a new friendly chain that cares about employees & customers.
Masks and social distancing in effect, but employees still friendly and helpful..
Line was very long today but went quickly
Holy foods…
Great selection of quality healthy and organic items. Pizza kitchen is awesome for $9.99 Friday pizza deal. My only complaint is prices are indeed high even after Amazon acquisition and hence the joke Whole Paycheck!
Very polite staff!
Good place and good food. Easy to get into, a little tricky to get out of. Produce is good, and food is mostly priced reasonably.
This whole foods is incredible. It is so accommodating to so many different lifestyles that anyone can go and get whatever they need and not feel judged or out of the ordinary. Grocery shopping should be a meaningful experience and it is here!
I very rarely give 5 Stars 5 stars is off the map show when I give four stars thats really pretty much my highest rating I am not crazy about the business ethic of the ownership and higher-ups that run Whole Foods but I like the store the people who work there are very fantastic and very helpful fresh food delicious food generally a very good selection Id really like Whole Foods to remove all the quote-unquote conventional Foods there because conventional foods are not food organic food is just simply food like when I grew up and when my parents grew up beside be that conventional food is food is bogus and a store like Whole Foods should not carry any conventional Foods aside from that pretty much like the store very much
All around this locations quality of support/supply are in drastic need of some serious upgrades and Q/C. Pre-made, cold, quick meals are well past suggested dates sitting in fridges ready for purchase by patrons. Supplement Manager/Staff was absolutely horrible, didnt care to help or give us the time of day. Staggeringly bad quality and customer service at this Whole Foods location. Do Not recommend, go to Highlands Ranch or Colorado Mills.
Yesterday we bought some cauliflower mac and cheese from the hot bar. It was really salty! And a fake cheese sauce taste. My wife would not eat it. It was very good 3 days prior, thats why we came back .
Dropped in to make an Amazon return
Let me start by saying the staff here is terrific. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They deserve a 5 star review. My dissatisfaction is with corporate. Whole Foods is probably the most expensive food store on the planet. Your products are almost always more than your competition - often by quite a bit.If gouging customers since your inception wasnt enough, you had to go for the cash grab and add alcohol to your portfolio.Whole Foods is a HEALTH food store. Alcohol - organic, local, craft, doesnt matter - is not HEALTHY. A store like whole foods should be promoting health - not adding products that detract from wellness and take up valuable shelf space.Since adding nearly a whole aisle of beer to your store (and scattering across the floor in random spots), you now offer less natural and organic grocery products. Every time I come to this location, I no longer am able to find items previously worthy of the shelf and have to make a special trip to a different store. The addition of beer is not only inconveniencing customers, but it is hurt local, family owned, small businesses. You can say it was added for convenience, but there is literally a liquor store directly across the street and another within a half mile. It is far more challenging to try to find an organic or speciality health food item than it is to find beer.PLEASE NOTE: I am not anti-alcohol. Im just against poor decisions driven by monetary gains.
