I wish this was a larger store with a better supplement selection and employees that were as helpful and nice as my old store in Lakewood.

Not trying to leave a bad review. The products are great. The only negative is that there have been multiple times when Im ready to check out and there is no one at the registers. I end up standing there for quite a while until someone eventually shows up. Maybe add bells to the registers

Very clean, well organized store with friendly clerks. Plenty of parking in front. Prices are higher than the grocery chain stores, but you get great service from the staff. I highly recommend this Natural Grocers store.

This location has an excellent staff. They are polite, highly competent, and well organized. Natural Grocers / Vitamin Cottage in general is an exceptional source of valuable and difficult to source ingredients, especially for healthful, organic, and vegan cooking. I am particularly grateful for their supply of salt-free tahini and organic cooking oils. An excellent shopping experience and highly recommended.

Decent location with good selection. That said, the service here is OFTEN very slow. Have found myself waiting in long lines at the registers more than I would like. Especially annoying when on a lunch break with limited time.

I like to stop here to grab a quick lunch to go. Ill get a sandwich or salad, bag of chips and a kombucha. Sometimes I get confused to where things are located, because all these stores seem to be set up differently. Vitamin Cottage always has the most friendly staff.

Way to over priced

I have been shopping at Natural Grocers since 1993. I have always known their customer service, especially at the cash register is below par. I have come to expect the obligatory, Did you find everything? But, I went to a store I normally do not shop at, University and Arapahoe. I was appalled with Taylor, the check out person. I tried to make conversation with her, but she had a frown, at the outset. She never looked at me, and when I asked her to put things in two separate bags, she acted put out, and irritated. I spent $147.45. You would think I could be acknowledged for my presence, but I was not. This was the last straw.Why doesnt Natural Grocers train their staff to be at minimum, polite??? Is that too much to ask?Very frustrated, and feel disrespected.

We are new to shopping at Natural Grocers. The offerings they have for our diet choices is excellent. I really enjoy the almond flour pizzas, cookies and mixes.

Similar to Whole Foods but much easier to find stuff.

I was in line paying when I was pushed out of the way by a cashier and then called /boss. There was no reason to invade my personal space. A classic energy vampire attack. There are two really nasty energy vampires there. They will hide their hand under the receipt then touch you when you try and grab it. Really nasty. Felt like I had been violated spiritually.

Over priced and horrendous at returning anything! Reciept clearly says SATISFACTION GUARANTEED... That is a myth! False statement to say the least.Very limited selection of fresh foods. Take your business elsewhere!

I asked for help. A cashier asked the general manager and the GM said she was on lunch!! I felt that extremely rude and unprofessional you are the freaking head of the store!! Then once this poor team member found someone. The way this person spoke to me was unbelievably rude. It felt like she was doing it intentionally to get a rise out of me. Talked to me as if my question was stupid. Extremely unprofessional and immature and the head person in the store is passing the buck!! Rude and extremely unprofessional is my oppinon. I also heard after my bad expirence there that the GM was fired from a natural grocers in grand junction colorado. And now works at that store! That dosent seem to be a smart decision. And is being reflected apparantly in the poor way that store is being ran.

Small location but have everything were looking for. Employees usually open additional checkout lines as soon as its getting busy. Good parking.

I would like to inform people that if you shop here, you need to keep your receipts if you spend over twenty dollars. They will not return anything over twenty dollars without a receipt. Thats a new concept to me.Also, their dried food items are contaminated with weevils.I bought a 25 pound bag of organic chickpeas, and it was full of live weevils. I had thrown away the receipt and they wont return their awful product. Im out $40. Im very disappointed and Im never shopping there again!
