I use to go here all the time but the last month they are so short staffed and have young kids running it.They close their service desk around 6pm. While people stand around and do nothing. Last week their was 3 employees at the self check out giggling and caring on but no one could help me at the service counter. There is one in both direction a mile down the road. Dont waste your time with this location.

My favorite grocery store. I love the hidden clearance aisle. Its literally the 1st thing I do when I get in the store. They always have bakery fresh breads, donuts, bagels, pastries, etc half off at least! The other side usually has reduced priced medications, candies, always some sort of baking product, utensils, lots of different things.

Always a great place to shop, best prices in town, and the nicest people to help you out when youre looking for stuff, pretty well stocked today no problems at King Soopers. The bakery was doing really well I understand theyre rolling in the dough.

No attempt to remember customers, at all. I have gone there weekly for 8 years. Not a sole ever acknowledged meNo butchers and fresh seafood is mostly thawed. Shelves are well stocked and store is clean and light.

The lady in the Bakery was helpful in getting my sons birthday cake just right! Had the fruit filling which made the day!

Been coming to this location for years. My dad was buying (again, my 54 year old dad was buying it) coors light today and he showed his ID, I showed my ID (I was the youngest looking one there) my husband, who looks 32 and is 32 forgot his wallet and Michelle, the checker, was very snotty & very unprofessional about it, said “well, I can’t let you buy this then” and said she even turns away people with kids sometimes who are trying to buy alcohol as part of their groceries. We just loved her sour attitude and harsh judgement. Y’all will lose a lot of alcohol sales with that behavior so it’d be best to address that I think. We won’t be buying there again.

This has been my grocery store for 4 years. They Always have great workers and managers are always present on the floor so you can really tell they are care about this place.

Excellent selection of specialty items from so many different countries.

This store is easy to navigate and has a great selection.However, the self checkout machines are so terrible that each visit is a frustrating experience. No matter what you do, the machine will stop after every 1 or 2 items and tell you to scan the item before placing it in the bagging area. Never once has it shown this error in a proper fashion. I come here so often that Ive tried everything - waiting for 10 seconds between scans, speed-scanning, placing the items in the bag with the gentleness of a ballet dancer, slamming the items down with the force of an Avenger to brute force the machine into weighing it - doesnt matter. Every 2 items I have to call an employee over cause the machine will just quit scanning and ask for an employee.Absolutely terrible experience and has been for over a year now. If this store wasnt so convenient, I would never return simply because of this issue.

Better than some of them, but the aisles are still too narrow

Clean store with all the usual staples, but aisles are rather narrow, so I can only imagine how crowded the store may be when it gets really busy. Luckily it wasnt when I visited. Found everything I need and checked out quickly.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable which is nice. BUT, they do a terrible job at keeping things in stock. I grocery shop either every Monday or Wednesday and they are consistently out of the same things I try and buy every week. I cant remember the last time I was able to buy the Private Selection Chipotle salsa. This is a King Soopers brand I dont get it. Bubly selection is terrible, usually only consisting of about three or four cases of the same flavor. Sometimes I will ask the staff why certain things are always out of stock and theyll blame it on some sort of ordering error but considering its consistent I highly doubt it . If I can, I avoid shopping at this King Soopers because it just makes me angry that I cannot find the things Im looking for.

What is it about this store, (and only this store) with both Patrons and employees and their refusal to wear a face masks? I have stopped going but needed to stop in real quick and low & behold, I passed 2 customers with no mask on - and an employee running around not wearing one? Apparently this store could care less.

Wish they would demo/remodel the store similar to the other one on Broadway. Employees are friendly and helpful, and I have not had a negative experience.Since the majority of the other stores in the plaza have since gone out of business and left vacancies, hopefully the property owner will allow them to expand.

The staff was very kind and did their best as the people of Colorado hurried to go to the grocery store before the snow storm coming. Even though a large majority of customers were rude and snotty, the staff remained calm and respectful. It was great to see. The only reason I give 4 stars is due to the fact that they only had 1 self checkout section open, which was due to being understaffed..

My favorite King Soopers. Love the discount meat, bakery, section as well as discounted foliage.

Many times now I have gone through the register with a reduced prize item and it scans at regular prize...then management sends staff to the item and has the discount prize taken down; then they ask me if I still want the product at regular prize..an argument endures and I leave without the item because they couldnt honor the prize displayed on the item at the time.

The employees sometimes wear masks under their nose and dont enforce wearing a mask either, DO NOT SHOP HERE SAFEWAY IS ACROSS THE STREETEdit: in response to the reply, you guys might claim to require it but I have seen more than once employees not following the rules as well as not enforcing customers too. It is very clear that as long as people walk in the door wearing a mask that is when you stop caring.

There was a really rude cashier. Was weird he got mad and rude when I told him I was paying with cash. He threw my change from my purchase on counter

Went this afternoon and had a great experience! I really enjoyed my Starbucks drink made by Travis; it was lovely! Loved the selection of produce at this location as well as the hardware department. Thanks to Conor, the cashier, for being the nicest cashier ever!!

It is looking good with all the special itams people are looking for! The meat solution was pretty good. And finally the best stimulus package 8 peace chicken a 2 litter of pop and a side for $ 5.00 dollars!

Ive reviewed this store once before. It goes without saying that this is a more upscale location and the variety of items in stock price as much. There was a one-star deduction only because a couple items were out of stock when I visited yesterday. Regardless, this is a great location and definitely worth going out of my way to get Non-dairy Haagen-Dasz frozen soft serve. What a delight! I will return as often as my waistline will allow!

The food is always fresh and I have never gotten bad food there. It is always clean and click list is so nice.

King Soopers has always been my choice for grocery shopping over other places such as Walmart. Local products being sold is a big deal. Based on the location I was not sure how this location would be but decided to give it a go. Very clean store and the staff was very friendly. Tyler who works in produce was very friendly, gave me recommendations on ingredients for my salsa and was very knowledgeable about the locations of other things in the store as I asked him. I will be doing more shopping at this location since the staff alone is so friendly and helpful on top of the well-kept clean store

Cashier Lillie thought a price might be wrong and charging me double. I wouldve totally missed it if she hadnt investigated. Great job Lillie! Mineral is the best though the Littleton blvd location is fun to see all the customers wearing pajamas!!!

Can I say they got everything at a good price

Do not use the app for a curbside pickup. I have tried doing pick up 2x. First time I was on my way over there to pick up. ( Even got the text reminder to pick up) just to find out they didnt do my order and it would be another 2 hrs. Second time I went to do a pickup they said they couldnt use the cards on the account. That I had to either go inside or give them my debit cards and pin numbers. Im not going to just hand over my debit card and pin number to some rando.

This is the King Soopers we go to for cheese. They have a selection worth a perusal, and often some deals to snatch up. It is larger than the King Soopers that is closer to s, but just off Broadway and convenient when we are out and about.

I came to this location on 8/15/20, and I was a bit hesitant as I’ve had bad experiences at previous King Soopers. But when I went to check out the cashier Conor D. was super friendly and nice! I was having some problems with my card and he helped me with it, he also helped me with finding an item. He was super fast and helped with bagging. Conor has exceed my expectations, and I will now make sure to stop at this location for all my groceries. He was professional, friendly and helpful! He is the epitome of great customer service! This friendly gentleman made my entire day!!

This king soopers is bright and open, with friendly employees. It also has a fair amount if handicap parking, if that is something you need to consider in your shopping choices.

Stores are dirty, customer service is horrendous

I love this King Soopers! I will always go here even if its out of my way, however I was super disappointed today when I got a call a half an hour before my order was supposed to be ready notifying me that they couldnt fulfill it until 6:00 p.m. I scheduled a slot for 5:00 p.m. because thats what worked with my schedule, and the employee I spoke to didnt seem to concerned with the fact that they were so far behind and they were letting me know with such a little notice. When I asked what my options were I was told I didnt have any but then when I called back later was able to cancel the order. to me it seems like someone just didnt want to do their job. I will continue to shop here but unfortunately well never use the pickup option again, as weve had issues with other King Soopers not being able to fulfill more than half of our orders. Super disappointed with the level of service I got today.

I had the best experience today with my shopping trip to your store. I was looking for a specific cheese and the young man named Christian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.I think thats why they must have him in that department.Also, the store was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.Thanks for being a great neighborhood store!

Michelle A. in the Pharmacy is EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. I dont appreciate being yelled at in front of other people. I tried to discuss her rudeness with her because I didnt want to leave a negative review.....but she left me with no choice. She didnt care and acted like a snotty teen age kid. She has no tact and was dressed like she was headed to yoga class in the Pharmacy.

Tried calling this store 4 times and was hung up on and placed on eternal hold. 15 minutes and counting! Had enough time to write this review.Why is the only number the RX number posted to the information on Google?I highly recommended changing that or updating your information on Google.1.It is an inconvenient for customers who do not choose to do business with your Pharmacy to have to wait 15 min for someone to transfer them to customer service?2.Why do people who actually do need to talk to a Pharmacist have to wait longer because all calls are funneled to this one department?

For a store of its size, they were lacking in cuts of chicken for the home cook; namely necks and smaller-sized packages of chicken wings.

The deli/bakery sometimes does not have enough chicken during lunch hours. Why is there literally zero chicken tenders at 12 noon? When it is available it is good though!

This is a smaller store, and not as updated as other King Soopers locations, but they have some great employees. Were in the middle of the COVID crisis as I write this. While checking out at a cashiers lane this past weekend, I was bagging my own groceries, trying to be quick to not hold up the line. Between paying and pack up my cart I missed a bag with $22 of chicken in the bagging stand. Only after getting home, cleaning and putting away my groceries did I recognize that I was missing one bag. I raced back to the store, I saw the lane I checked out of was closed, and went to the service desk. To my delight they had seen my bag, and set it aside in the cooler for me. Thank you Lisa, the cashier, and the manager at the service desk for taking a moment to help a customer out. At a time when certain products may be sold out, and incomes are in jeopardy, their efforts to help a customer are appreciated. Thank you!

Exactly what you want in a grocery store: locally-sourced fresh produce, helpful associates, reasonable prices, no lines, huge parking lot, nearby banks and other services. I have never had a bad experience at this store!

Absolutely great staff. I do wish there was a bit more to have in stock with some items that people like but I understand it can be hard to stock and/or its a smaller store. Whatever. Its okay... They have always been very nice at helping us!

Put the condiments back out. You say theres no condiments out because possible covid-19 contamination. Yet your worker hands me the condiments with no gloves. And dont give me that BS that they wash their hands all the time. Your hands sweat and thats how touching things contaminate items. Its stupid and very inconvenient after your Deli closes and I cant get condiments for the sandwiches or salads that I buy there!

Checker talks too much, and when her and courtesy clerk put groceries in buggy, canned items were put on top of my bread.

They have the rows where they make sense. I used to go a quarter till close and go rushing around like a crazy women and there was the nicest lady that works there. I wish I knew her name .She had really long hair but cut it short. She was very helpful. Miss having a car and going nights.

I hadn’t been to this store since early March. I went yesterday and found it super inconsiderate and irresponsible that many of the King Soopers employees at this store had their masks down around their necks. Those who were wearing masks on their face had their noses exposed. You guys really should take public safety more seriously. I’m a nurse and seeing customers wearing masks and employees not made me so angry. Definitely not shopping here in the future. I went over to Safeway right after and all of their staff were wearing masks (correctly).If I can wear a mask for 12+ hours, you guys can certainly do the same for your shifts.

This King Soopers does not require patrons to wear face coverings or masks in the stores. When I was in today, there were a load of people walking around without masks and the snarky manager told me there was nothing they can do. This has been my main grocery store for more than 10 years. Today was my last visit. Im done.

Lots to choose from

Decently priced quality food and a nice selection, they also have a kosher section at this One. The Store is always clean and you can always find someone to help you find things in the grocery isles which is nice as most places you either can’t find anyone or you have to search for people so far I’ve found that all the king soooers I’ve visited were well staffed at least that’s my take whenever I go somewhere and see workers stocking or just available .... when I have to search for people or can’t find anyone I equate that to being short staffed.

This store has done a great job keeping the shelves stocked during a difficult time.

One of the employees, Connor, was so incredible! He took time to help me look for a frozen food item I really wanted to buy for my husband. Not only did he stop what he was doing to help, but he also made me feel important and valued. Connor said he always takes time for his customers, and an attitude like that is what makes this store a cut above!

I went into the gas station to put gas and my toddler needed to go to the potty. I took her in and WOW! The restroom was super clean and so was the store. Thank you Brian A. for making my experience great! King Soopers is my preferred grocery store and because of people like you, is the reason why, I LOVE King Soopers.

Great selection, dependably fresh organic meats and vegetables, friendly staff always available to help, isles and layout are clean and spacious. The parking lot and entrance layout are HORRIBLE! Not only do I refuse going into King Soopers because of this reason, I have given up visiting any of the other stores on that end of the plaza. No easy fix for this problem.

This is my neighborhood King Soopers. I really like Dale in the produce dept, he always has suggestions on using the in season veges.Also, I ordered the Thanksgiving meal from the deli and the fresh produce in the side dishes were delicious. Thanks all in this store.

I really wish they go out of business. And get replaced by something better. Sky high prices and very little service. Needs more open lines or lower prices. Worst than walmart. Did not clear parking lot of snow on my way out my cart flipped over spilling my stuff all over parking lot. For how much they charge should pay to clear parking lot.

The late founder, Lloyd King, would be happy to know that the employees are still friendly, courteous and helpful. One of the stockers always greets each customer and asks if he can help find an item for you. I know where EVERYTHING is. The cashiers are friendly and helpful as well. The managers have a motto Make it right. They do what they can to make customers happy and coming back.

Clean and stocked are two words that come to mind when thinking about this location. The layout of the store is organized and simple making it easy to find departments. Items are accessible for all. ADA friendly bathrooms. Self check out lanes always open.

If you go to thos store they and stay away from Ranee she is rude,disrespectful,totally unprofessional,and if you prove her wrong she starts lying and arguing with the customers.She realy hates her job and has no business being in Customer Service.Ceau!

Went today and like none of the employees were wearing masks, and most of those that were, werent wearing them correctly. The two people sanitizing the carts were standing less than a foot away from each other talking, one had their mask down below their nose, the others mask was hanging around their neck. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE SANITIZING THE CARTS WE ALL TOUCH and they clearly couldnt care less. Especially with the new cases AT KING SOOPERS IN THIS AREA, it seems insane that the employess would be that careless. This is the kings by my house, and this is not a unique experience

Customer service desk SUCKS, you would get better help from vegetables. I was double charged at the fueling station and after getting the run around on the phone with them I decided to take a bank statement in and get my money back that way.The story I was told was ridiculous. First they said that I wasnt even at the right store. Im positive I am, because getting to their fuel pumps is ridiculous. The store they said I did go to doesnt even have a feeling station. Then they told me I had to call my bank and get a refund that way, I have already called my bank, who said I had to go to the store. He offered to call the help line, but then walked away and just stood there, no phone call and just stared at me.I gave up and left after waiting for him to call after 20 minutes.Avoid this King Soopers and the customer service desk like the plague.Thanks SO much for all your help Keagan!
