I recently contracted with Needleworks USA to produce patches for military berets. The challenge was to replicate a design from more than fifty years ago. I sent some initial artwork to Tina Kagey and she did a brilliant job of recreating a precise replica of the patch. From start to finish, Tinas communications were excellent and she kept me posted on the status of the project.I received the completed patches in the mail today and I could not be more pleased. I contacted Needleworks USA for custom embroidered patches that I needed immediately for a dear friends memorial. As you can imagine, I didnt have alot of turn-around time and I worked with Tina. She was so flexible and helpful, and turned it around very quickly. Amazing quality on the patches, I just couldnt be happier with my experience and the product I received. Highly, highly recommend!

I worked with Tina to create two sets of velcro-backed patches for two separate events. She was incredibly responsive and helpful in determining the design via email, and they were done EXACTLY as I pictured, ahead of schedule. These guys are amazing. A very nice lady named Tina took me through my whole order and even rushed it to me for no extra cost. The postal service ended up loosing the package but Tina promptly remade all the patches in a matter of a few hours and got them rushed to just in time for again no extra cost. Pretty amazing by any standards! Customer service is A+ and truly take care of their customers. Patches came out perfect. Thanks for the pleasant experience.
