The quality of our trade show products and brochures were amazing! IMS provided excellent products and offered very helpful suggestions to compliment our overall display. Last week I had a little last minute emergency project I needed done and I called IMS Printing. I’ve used them in the past for random projects but never thought about leaving a review. I needed some stickers printed with custom cutting and I figured this was going to take a while with some kind of crazy rush charge. No rush charge, great price and I was shocked when then they told me it was ready to pick up! Can I say Freaky Fast or is that trademarked? Hahaa. My project was handled by Gary and the entire project could not have gone any smoother. That’s why I am leaving a review today. I could not be any happier about IMS and the service they provide. I just called in, and the service was HORRIBLE. I used this place 3 months ago and worked with someone named Ray. The service was quick and he was very helpful. Today, I spoke to Gary, not only did I have to call all day to finally get someone to even speak to me instead of leaving voicemails, but when I did speak to him he was completely RUDE and told me he didnt know how to do the simple print job I needed. The IDENTICAL one I asked for last time that Ray finished in less than 10 minutes.I dont appreciate being talked to as if Im an idiot when I come back for repeat service. I will never go here again. You wont be helped unless you have a large order to place apparently.I wish I could rate it at ZERO stars.

I have been working with J.J and his team for about 2 years now, and they never disappoint.I had a last minute project of about 16 coroplast signs that I needed done the next morning. I submitted the order around 3pm letting them know that. J.J. was so quick to respond with a proof, and the project was ready for pick-up the next morning just like requested!They are awesome and would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality printer with excellent customer service.

I have been fortunate enough to work with J.J., and his team, for a few years now. They are always professional and treat me as if Im the only client they have (even though I know that couldnt be further from the truth)! I have used IMS to do a variety of work for me, from logo design and business card printing, to replacing broken monument sign panels damaged by storms, repairing monument sign framework, new panels for new tenants in box signs and monuments, and fabricating and installing new leased & managed by signs. Additionally, one very important item to note, they came through for me on a job that other vendors told me just couldnt be done; I had existing signage at a Retail Center that had been fabricated several years ago when the Center was renovated. The design was anything but simple and had multiple parts that had to be fabricated and then put together to re-create the look. The sign included a hole-punched steel plate that was shaped and formed oddly and installed behind the box sign. The vendor that did the initial work told me he couldnt get the materials anymore and that, as such, he couldnt help me. I had to have the signs made so I picked up the phone and called J.J. and, though it took some time and some effort, he came through for me! He found the material, he found someone to punch the holes in it and shape it, and he got the entire product designed, fabricated, and installed! He did such an amazing job that you couldnt tell the difference between the old and the new! Incredible! I will continue to work with J.J. and his team at IMS for years to come!
