The knowledgeable staff informed me of the different quality of tech suits in a way that was useful without being condescending and enabled me to make an informed decision. He was not focused on an upsell but in genuinely helping me get what I wanted as well as walking away with value for my dollar. He worked within my budget and found us a high quality tech suit that was significantly reduced on price because it was a model that was a couple years old. I highly recommend Out of Breath Sports for all competitive swimmers as well as a source for year round swim gear.

I totally recommend this store. Went there in June to buy a team swimsuit for my daughter. Great customer service in making sure we got the perfect fit. Went again yesterday to buy a whole list of stuff for year round swim team. Wasnt sure what wed find knowing its a very small store. They had everything on our list and even had multiple options to choose from for most items. Also were very attentive in making sure we got the right stuff for our needs. I think their prices are quite fair too. Definitely worth it for the customer service you get!

Great product with great service.

The service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. I was met by a lady as I walked in the door. She was cheerful and very knowledgeable. She quickly found exactly what I was looking for and the price was less than the large sporting goods chain stores.

Im a mom who is TOTALLY new to the swimming world. The staff was patient with me and helped my 6 year old pick out her first suit for a swim meet. The suit is perfect and the staff is AMAZING. Thank you

Only use them because i am forced to. This company has a monoply on jeffco high school swimming. Probably because Monica runs high school swimming in Jeffco. They gouge us every year. They have been doing it for at least 30 years. Expensive and rude. Use MI Sports. They are much better, or if you just need a cheap suit go to Big 5. The owner is a really horrible person.

Most helpful, the woman who greeted me was very friendly and quite knowledgeable about the equipment I was interested in, making good recommendations and even discussing the pros and cons of each. The prices were reasonable and I will definitely return for any future needs.

I have never had such poor customer service from a company. Not only from the store employee, but it even extended to Kathie Adams - the rep. I would stay away, they are rude and very unprofessional.
