I was completely blown away with the service and how awesome everything looked. I just told him what I wanted and he started pulling things up and changing the designs to how I wanted them to look. I had 3 different things made and it was all ready within an hour. I highly recommend going here to get any design you want. And the prices were very reasonable. Can’t wait to go back and get more shirts and hoodies made for my family.

Really! No wonder they closed their store in SW Plaza and have a kiosk in the middle now. I brought my own towels to be embroidered, picked out the font and color and pointed to where I wanted it put. I did not say which way because common sense says when you hang a towel you shouldnt have to stand on your head to read it.Was also not happy that I had to barter for the price, he wanted to charge me $35 a towel, and it wound up costing me $80 for the 3 of them up side down, over priced for something a machine does for you. This is why people buy on line.No you are wrong he asked me where and I pointed to the exact placement which was correct but i did not think that I also had to say right side up. What do you think that will look like hanging on a towel bar? And now no one can even call your phone number because you have a recording that states you cant leave a message, how do you run a business that way.

I needed 29 shirts for a softball tournament I was running and they did fabulous. Mohamed worked with me from the first day and was quick to answer questions via email and in person. He was able to work with a logo we already had and make a few changes to help it stand out better on the shirts. Without him this would have been an epic fail! Will definitely be going back again! Thank you again!

I was super pleased with how my Fathers Day t-shirts turned out for my Dad and husband!! The gentleman was incredibly helpful, he found me exactly what I needed and had it ready the very next day!! I would totally recommend this place and I will be going here again to get my friends and family personalized gifts!!!

Prices are reasonable and they can make ANYTHING you ask for. But the customer service is beyond any and all expectations. I had to have my order before the weekend. Paid to have it shipped. But because of a delay caused by USPS I wasnt going to receive it. Mohamed had my order recreated and sent an employee to personally deliver to my address on a Friday night. He didnt have to do that, but he did. He went above and beyond to make sure that I received the order when he couldve easily done nothing because the fault was with USPS. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Thank you again!

Kustom Nation has great customer service!! You get exactly what you want and even help you adjust your image (making it more clear and digitizing it for you). I visited the park meadows location and they had my t shirt done within the hour and the hat done the next day.

I brought in my own shirt and a picture that I wanted blown up as much as possible with no background. That is not what I got. Now I am out the cost of the shirt plus $26 for a design I do not want. Now I have to go find somewhere else that will do what I tell them I want and still get it done before Christmas, plus go buy another shirt. No refunds, Not happy.

Mo went above and beyond helping get some custom shirts made for an upcoming vacation. He took his time and was very patient with me being so picky and more than fair in price! Second time getting shirts from Kustom Nation and Ill be back again for sure! Thank you Mo--you are one of a kind!

Excellent customer service and extremely fast turnaround time including same day with great quality craftsmanship, you can even bring your own shirts!! Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m not sure how this business is even still running. He was completely incapable of doing any of the work I asked for. It was very simple and not only was the job not done, he ruined the image that I needed to be printed so I wasn’t even able to take it any where else until a later date. I would NEVER recommend this business. There should be less than 1 star for the place.

Kustom Nation did another great job for me- I needed a few custom onesies for my new niece, plus a hoodie with a dodo bird on it, and Kustom Nation came thru with the perfect designs! I love this store!My family and I found it at Southwest Plaza and we all ended up getting a custom made shirt. The owners of the store are super nice! We all loved our Straight Outta Wash Park custom family shirts that we had designed. I cant wait to go back and get a few more custom tanks made for this summer!! :)
