First visit, the hours were wrong on google. So,the store was not open when said. Second visit, I purchased. Third visit to return because product in package isnt as described. Then to find out. No returns. Which is only posted on the receipt and I was charged more than the price on the package. Customer service is awful, I was told they were to busy to call a manager to help resolve, due to no manager in the store. All-in-all, bad experience. Never giving them my money again.

Very clean well-maintained shop. Guy who checked us out was so nice and professional. Tons of costumes and props to choose from 👍

Ive always loved Disguises and now theres a pop-up Halloween store flying under the Disguise flag! Great costumes and the awesome customer service Ive come to expect from Disguises.
