They have full-blown cosplays at these places now. The prices are decent, but the quality of the sown costumes could be better. Lots of lose strings, uneven sowing, excess zippers just hanging out/not attached to clothes. But great place to find some good costumes at a much better price than Spirit Halloween.

McKenzie saved my day and was above and beyond AMAZING with customer service. On my way to a party my hatchback in my new car mysteriously opened and my birthday balloon bouquet for my dear friends party blew away and over Ken-Caryl Valley. I had 30 minutes until party time and I was one of the hostesses! I called the store and told them what happened, and Mckenzie was amazing and even though she was super busy she remembered my order and recreated it. When I arrived she handed me the balloons and said no charge, you are all set as she knew I was in a rush. I am a raving fan of this store and the way they came to my rescue in a party crisis :-)

This location has a great selection of all sorts of decorations! Therey have different sections by color, games, kids interests, wedding, birthday and more! It was kinda fun walking through the isles, finding things for a birthday party. Even picked up a Funko Pop and a card game.

Its Party City. There is an abundance of low-cost party accoutrements. The staff were calm and pleasant even through one of the point-of-sales had failed with a long line.

My son loves going here to see the fun costumes. The staff is friendly and helpful. My son wanted a red balloon and after I paid and had it inflated for me the nice cashier informed me it was pink and got him a red one!

Its the other best most friendly party city Ive been to besides the one at the village at the peaks mall in Longmont

My partner just went there to get a bouquet of balloons from my sons birthday party at 11:00 a.m. on a Sunday and they have been open for an hour and they refuse to fill the balloons saying they wont do it until after noon, but thats when the party starts. No reason given but laziness, so I will never go back there again😡

I was going to order balloons online to have blown up and picked up the next day but luckily I decided to just go in store. Its very frustrating when they say they have something in stock online and then you go in store and they say they dont have it. I would have completed my order and paid online for them to tell me tomorrow last minute they dont have what I ordered. They need to get their inventory corrected so its reflected online!

Able to do an amazing birthday balloon bouquet spur of the moment right before closing. Delivery (often same day), contactless, and online ordering makes busy parents very happy!! The only negative is not enough help so the employees always seem stressed; I feel badly for them!

Very disappointed in the lack of inventory... rows of literally nothing on them.

I ordered $65 in balloons for my daughters 21st birthday. They allowed me the option for delivery. I picked the latest slot as I worked til 6pm. Wanted to have the balloons so that in the morning when my daughter woke up I could surprise her with them. At 7pm I get a text that my order has been automatically rescheduled for delivery for the next day between 11 and 12. We have brunch plans at 11 and won’t be home to receive the order. Apparently they use a 3rd party company called Shipt. And if the driver chooses not to pick up your order they just automatically cancel and reschedule. They don’t call and give you the option for a time slot that works for you or offer to let you pick up the balloons. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will never do business here again. And let me mention I included a $10 tip. Very poor way to do business.

We went in for a gender reveal box we DIYed. They were so helpful and provided us with great options for balloons and the different experiences they can set up and provide. I would go here again for any future party supplies!

I love party city. I do not like this one, I came tonight for an item I needed. The lady with the fake lashes, By the costumes was taking orders, she was helping nobody. I asked her for help in ordering a costume she literally saw me asking her for a costume, and walked away. I had to be loud so she can hear me.I proceeded to get my costume in the back of the store and the gentleman there, threw our costume and walked away upset.If the staff does not like their job they shouldn’t be there. Management should really work on that with their employees.

I came in late and requested a balloon bouquet and the team member made sure I got what I wanted. Their store is clean and organized so I could find what I was looking for easily.

It was very slow when I went in. The staff were very friendly and knew where everything was. The cashier helped me with all of my dumb questions and did it with a smile. The balloons I ordered were ready for me right on time and they looked amazing. My girlfriends party was a hit!

3 days before Valentines day I call at this place seeking if they have RED melt chocolate. So I call to the store and a young lady answer, I told her if she what I was looking for she say Yes. And I drove all the way from Aurora And yes thay didnt have it.

Their selection of balloons and party supplies cant be matched. They also have an amazing character collection so if you have a little who loves Mickey, Ninja Turtles, Tinkerbell, etc., they have lots of cute little trinkets!

Love this place. The lady that helped me Deanna is so sweet and professional. Look forward to my next visit!!!

The store is usually clean and they have new designs for decor plates, napkins etc. every year which is nice. Aside from that, I only go to the store once or twice a year and when I go in there I browse by myself for a while. Unfortunately, Im hardly greeted or checked on if at all. The prices are also a bit steep; so, you have to search through things if you want to pay a reasonable price. So, minus a star for the prices and customer service. Other than that, returns are easy with a receipt and I usually find what I need!

Cleanest Party City Ive seen! Some things are a bit price and youd be better off finding elsewhere, but overall they are doing a great job!

Nice selection and staff is super friendly. Some clearance items arent marked or they share one sign and are spread out. Some items like toy story make your own spoon were sold out for a week and never refilled. Staff wasnt on the same page with picking up balloons. One said drop balloons off early so you dont have to wait in line. Another said we had to still wait even though we paid and were picking them up later that week. Everyone was friendly but theres room for improvement with having everyone on the same page. No huge issues though just constructive feedback.

They have a great variety of products from cards to costumes to dinnerware to candy... helium balloons, yard decorations, plugin lights, battery powered lights, wigs and accessories of all kinds. This is our go to store when were having a party.

You can get some very inexpensive things here. I like that you can buy balloons that are not in giant packs but are single and $0.01 a piece. Thats pretty much unheard of at most places.

Most things here are made cheaply but there is a large variety. No costumes here are garb quality, mostly throw-away stuff but helpful in a pinch. Lots of options for place settings, birthday supplies, baby showers etc..

Party City always has what Im looking for party wise. This store particularly, and really nice pm staff.

They had what I needed, but the wait at the register was way too long only one person handling the register. They had severely employees on the floor but no one came to help.

Needed something that they had on their website but nobody would go get it for me because it is packed away. Party city is the only place that sells this item and I needed it for a Christmas present.

Decent chain store for party needs. Call ahead and ask if you are looking for something specific. They have a lot of inventory, so chances are they will have it, but finding it on your own might be near impossible.

The manger was amazing & his crew was stellar, from the moment l walk in the store, till l check out with the cashier, although she was unhappy with her job, l wasnt going to let her ruin my amazing experience with the rest of your staff...l will definitely be there for future shopping experience..

Friendly customer service. Went in to find an item and the store was not busy and the cashier was friendly and helped me find the item I needed very quickly. The store is well organized.

I spent a long time trying to find anniversary balloons they sent me from aisle to aisle staff werent much help. Until I give up and went to pay the last employee actually helped me look for them. He was awesome I really appreciated his help.

No Helium youve got to be kidding we have already received the balloons from Party City online and were told just bring them to be inflated. We were told its a nation wide problem I find that hard to believe!!! We did get the balloons inflated but the Ginger Ray gold confetti balloons deflated in less than 6 hours very disappointed

This was my first time at Party City. Very well organized and fast. Found the costume on the costume wall. Great idea! Ordered it with an attendant, picked it up, tried it on and SOLD! Highly recommend.

Awesome finds in this store. Always look for sale isles first...find the time to stay if on budget to seek best deals. Service is wonderful!

Party City has a great selection of disposable utensils and dishes for parties or catering. I also like the large selection of themed party items. I would give them five stars but I think their costumes are very cheaply made and extremely overpriced.

Very helpful staff. Helium balloons are very marked up compared to the dollar store, but they have things you cant find anywhere else. Much of the cheap party stuff is also available on Amazon but for more money.

They were out of the decorations I wanted for a 40th birthday party. Items are expensive and usually dont run sales unless you buy online. I ended up making my own decorations.

Very disappointed in the management staff at this location. I called and spoke to an assistant manager on Wednesday and asked for an item to be put on hold. He was very cooperative and said I could pick up on Friday. When I arrived at the store after traveling 40 miles to get there from my home, I was told very rudely that my item was no longer available and he was 98% sure it was gone. After reluctantly finding an inventory tracker he stated that we was right. It was sold and I was out of luck. I asked if he could check any other stores and he did. My point is customer service. He should have called that store for me so I could drive 30 more miles to get. Instead he was boastful that he was right. His communication skills are lacking that trickles down thru his staff. What an example...that is why its easier to shop on line and avoid the pompous ignorant know it all. Just telling like it is. Time to take a look at yourself and management skills.....Education is needed maybe even a read a management book. Reminder kindness is the best customer service and you lack that skill.

Better selection than Spirit Halloween! And not the size of a walkin closet :) big store, excellent selection, reasonable prices, also good year-round party shop, tons of themes and items, one stop party shop. Dreadfully inconvenient parking lot, but thats no fault of the retailer.

Really disappointed with the quality of the costume. Paid $30 for Miraculous Ladybug for my kid and it needed to make it through three parties. It was worth about $5. It looked terrible after the first one because its own velcro pulls the fabric. After the first one, the backing on the mask started to come off. I glued it so maybe it will make it through Halloween. I wont buy her costume here next year.

Went to get some New Years party glasses, the pair I picked out was marked at $2. I went to buy them and they rang up at $8. I asked what happened and the cashier was rude and offered no explanation, apology, or anything.
