The guy working the counter is extremely rude and demeaning. This was the second time he has been a complete jerk to me, the location is by my house but I’m definitely not going back.

I will always get farm crest/ fresh brand milk - its the best. But new management and poor service forced me to take my 14k in gas and over 100 Gallons of milk annually to another farmcrest store. Im a small businesses owner and no matter what quality of product you have you can always get the same product from a retailer with basic customer service skills, and where your business is appreciated. Im glad there are options around the neighborhood.

I have been getting milk from this place for almost 5 years. Things have changed now with new management. Milk is not available all the time, new owner removed punch cards and customer service is very bad. Ill be talking to store manager to give my feedback.

Was really appalled that the employee that was there tonight barely spoke English and was blaring Mexican language rap music can hardly think and all the hot dog machine and pizza stuff was all turned off and he said it was closed and I tried to ask him what time it was open you could only understand that I was trying to say when did it open and he was trying to say two months ago very embarrassing like I was back in Cancun except they spoke much better English there
