Kelsey made our daughters day by playing baby shark in the store. Definitely a highlight of our week. Would recommend this store as a great place to find good furniture and decor options.

When visiting this place, it is always clean and organized so well. I have been here 3 times in the last 30 days but always browsed. This past weekend we finally purchased some things. It was the best service I have gotten in so long. I am not one to want a salesman hovering and that did not happen. We were greeted but left alone to take our time and see what caught our eye. With that, I did not get annoyed and was able to take my time to look at everything without someone showing me things they want to move or the pricier items. In that search, we found a beautiful cabinet and a couch at a wonderful price. When we finally decided on what we wanted, the lady working was so friendly and helpful and made us feel even better about our choices. Im very certain that if we would have asked for help, she would have jumped right in, but we did not and she respected that. I will tell everyone about the great prices and and wonderful selections this store has. Thank you

In spite of the numerous negative reviews, I decided to check this place out. They do have some nice items, but the store is dirty and the staff is very unfriendly. The prices seem high to me and I’ve been shopping furniture consignment shops for decades. They do not acknowledge any customers when they come in and they do not offer assistance.I recently purchased three items in this store a few minutes before they were closing (a brand-new ottoman, metal vertical locker, and metal basket).The employee, seemed to be in a hurry, but still kindly offered to load the items in my car.I told him I was concerned about all of the items fitting in my car in one load and he insisted it would be fine.While I was moving items in my backseat to my trunk to make room, he loaded my car. I have attached photos showing how he loaded the items. The fabric underneath the Ottoman was torn and the legs were scratched up. In addition, the tint on my windows was damaged.I called the store the next day and explained the situation to Jan and Jan said that they guarantee the loading of items and that she would either refund me the money or order another brand-new ottoman, but I had to email the photos to the manager, Kimberly.Kimberly responded and was very rude and unprofessional. She stated that since I cannot prove that the damage was done by the employee loading my car, they werent going to do anything. All of my photos were time stamped and taken in their parking lot. I could not go back inside the store to talk to them, because they were already closed. I am in honest and fair person and I am so disappointed in the service I received. If you buy anything here, do not let them load your car.Also, they have a final sale policy on everything, but they dont tell you that. It is printed on your receipt AFTER youve already purchased the items.

Great selection. Really fun pieces for all styles. Incredible customer service. Kelsey went way above and beyond in the service department. I was able to furnish most of my new apartment for what it would cost for one piece of new furniture. This will be my first stop for any and all future furniture and home decor needs.

The two movers who got our sleeper sofa and shelf into our 4 story studio apartment were absolutely incredible. they blew us away for sure and we will definitely be shopping at affordable consigned furnishings a lot more! You can’t get that kind of service just anywhere.

I spent $711 on a furniture purchase. I made the mistake of not measuring my sofa and there is a no refund policy. I lost $335 because the sofa went back and they will reconsign it and I will get half of what they sell it for. I asked why they didn’t tell me this at purchase and they said it is written all over the store that all sales are final. The person I talked to was rude and said this never happens. I will never go back to this place. I do not recommend this place at all.

Affordable Consigned Furnishings was a real disappointment. I consigned a solid cherry wood, fairly new dining set (table, leaves, and chairs to seat 10, matching china with touch lights) from an upscale manufacturer. They did nothing, as far as I could tell, to market it. Ended up with just over $100 for the whole thing, minus the $85 they charged to pick it up. Would not recommend this place for consigning. I should have donated the set to charity. I would have felt better about it.

I never leave without a great find... The selection is wide as well as the prices. I was lucky enough to find some novelty accessories that I wasnt even looking for, but couldnt resist how inexpensive they were. They always have something new. The furniture looks brand new and is priced so low, it makes u wish u needed more. The staff is friendly, not pushy and always ready to answer your questions. The exterior is misleading in that it looks like its going out of business. Which is what had me initially go in. Once thru the door, the difference is mind blowing. A huge space that is comfortable to peruse at your own speed. Cant wait for my next visit.

I can’t believe there are bad reviews here! I was greeted and was welcomed and told if I needed any help just to ask. I appreciate the non-invasive sakes approach so that I can roam and take it all without pressure. I found great prices and was helped immediately when I reached out. I’m very pleased with my experience and so appreciate the delivery service they offer for $85! Not having to find a friend with a truck, and carve out the time is priceless to me!

I bought a pair of wrought-iron cheetah print bar stools for well under $80! and I absolutely Looooove them!! They add the perfect touch of Classic/Edgy Modern /Safari Flair to my kitchen space, I highly recommend Affordable Consigned Furnishings, they have a spacious beautiful store with quality items in great condition.

Really interesting place. Some good buys and Kelsie was very helpful. Don’t miss it! They will also keep your merchandise for a week before you have to pick it up which is awesome.

Nice store with high quality stuff at reasonable prices. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and the staff helped us find the perfect sofa table that would hold all our houseplants. I will return when looking for other furniture in the future.

I was corresponding with ACF through email and had a confirmed date to have them pick up my items. The day before I was supposed to receive a confirmation call and did not. I called early the next day to inquire and got no answer. I left a voicemail and still day’s later I received no response. I then emailed to see if we can schedule and STILL no response! This company will arrange a day with you and then ghost you. So now all of my items will be at goodwill because I relied on this company to show up and do not have anymore time to arrange other plans. A message to ACF: Please don’t book an appointment just to not show. I planned to have these items gone before I had to leave. Give people a courtesy and time to find an available company. Worst business in Colorado.**Response to the owner’s response:You called me twice in a row 20 minutes after seeing my bad review. Funny how that works! Regardless if an employee is out sick, business should have been care of. If that’s not the case, get new management.And as a business owner, blaming an employee for your screw up is low. You own the store, not her.Good luck, you need it

STAY AWAY!! Do not waste your time!! I have never been so frustrated dealing with any business in my life. The manager told me the service would cost $85 for all items that would fit in their truck. This was a very misleading statement. Their drivers arrived two hours later than the end of the scheduled 3 hour window with multiple excuses. They walked into the house with the worst attitude and told me they could only take two or three items because their truck was already full and they had another stop - so basically I was responsible for paying the $85 for very little service. When I asked them to show me what they felt they were able to take, they said they wouldn’t know until they got it on the truck, leaving me at my wits end! Then they loaded half of the items, stood outside the back door doing nothing for 15 minutes and proceeded to bring everything back into the house and left! The office manager had just as bad an attitude as the drivers!Addition to my reviews: The store responded to my post with a totally bogus explanation. I did not add additional items and I received no such call back from Kimberley. I recommend using College Hunks for moving and storage purposes. College Hunks will provide you with professional service. Again, don’t bother with Affordable Consignment.

Love this store, and Sonya was so helpful for us. We have purchased a stunning bookcase, and a drafting table, and now are need of one or two more items. This store is absolutely number one on our list for furniture! Their furniture is high quality, and the prices are very reasonable.

They sell a lot of furnishings that home builders had placed in their show homes. Lots of modern and contemporary furniture mostly in nearly new condition. The price drops 25% after a month 50% after two months from the day each item was first available. Living room, office, bedrooms, wall decor and knickknacks galore. Customer service was unfriendly and sometimes almost rude. I like the varied selection which is always different each time I visit.

Has some nice things but it is WAY over priced! I found things that were brand new and way nicer for a lot cheaper at American Furniture Warehouse. If you’re looking for something vintage go to Colorado Antique Exchange on Broadway, huge selection there with great prices. Don’t waste your time here. I was very disappointed.

There are some great finds here! Ive gotten furniture, kitchen-ware, paintings and pictures, and random trinkets for decoratiing.

Called ahead to ask if they had what I was looking for so I didn’t have to haul 2 kids to the store for nothing. They told me to call back when it was a better time for them because they didn’t have time to help me. I decided to come 10 minutes later. No one greeted me. The store was dead. The man I spoke with was busy in his cell phone or just standing around. Horrible service. And I wasted my time.

We were in the market for a few pieces of furniture and stopped in. The first impression was how large the store was and how nice the merchandise is.....a lot if it is show home display pieces that show no wear it use. A vast variety and anything you may want could be here in a given week as inventory revolves frequently. Friendly staff....great variety, negotiable slide scale pricing on consignment items.Its worth a look if you are on a budget and want nice stuff!!

Quality furniture, good selection and service

Enjoyed visiting the store. Purchased a bed frame that didnt fit, brought back and was told we would be credited for purchase. Then were told we were incorrect- frame was the correct size-and no credit would be processed as promised. Frame didnt fit. Purchased a frame from mattress store across the street worked just fine. Disappointed. Buyer beware. Bad customer service. We wont be back.

Ive been to many consignment shops and this is one of the rudest and physically dirtiest places Ive been to. No smiles no handshake but just a form shoved in my face to sign. They keep 50% no matter what the price. I tried to negotiate a moderately priced item and because I wouldnt sign their form immediately the woman at the desk called back her appraiser and wouldnt even look at the art item.Apparently this type of item is too high price for this store and they would keep 50% no matter what so I was happy to leave.Ill never go back to that place. The stores quality is about as good as a front door stickers look....CHEAP.

Sellers Beware! We had an agreement to sell my mothers beautiful solid oak furnishings. All very large and very heavy. I warned the office and the movers multiple times that they needed to send at least 3 people. They blew me off and laughed at me when I insisted that the large display cabinet could not be moved by 2 people. The movers arrived 2 hours late and 3 hours into the packing and moving, suddenly decided that the display cabinet was damaged and refused to move it. Unfortunately, they had already placed most of the furniture into the van, and we ended up having to move all of it back into the house. I watched while they tried, unsuccessfully, to move the unit, flexing it in such a way that it separated the three piece unit. They lied that the piece was damaged when they arrived, and that they had not moved it at all. There were observers present while this happened, but they continued to insist that the unit was already damaged, and they hadnt moved it. I have before and after photos which clearly showed they both moved and damaged the furniture, but the manager would accept no responsibility. What a nightmare. The owner/manager was rude and dismissive. I would never consign furniture with these people. After that incident, I knew that they would not be good business partners.

Super nice and cheap furniture. Got a couch worth 2000 or more for 500 dollars. They also deliver if you need help like I did.

Very unprofessional team of people led by one manager only who decides and keeps conversations personally and decides on everything. Yet no respect on timelines and people’s time. They provided me a pick up time between 8-10 am. I took time off from my job and waited till 9:30 am and decided to call them when they did but show up by that time. I wanted to know if there is a delay or when they are coming .. When I called an extension the manager picked up the phone ..the manager somehow got into personal conversation where she is at home and not in the office so she can not know what is going on and she said she decides to cancel my pick up and hangs up the phone on my face. I called the office and requested information on the pick up- they sounded they are unaware of the process for the pick up and told me that there will be a pick up - and eventually I waited till 10 am and called again to confirm and they said it is canceledWith this I see no respect for others time and I see no professionalism in the work that this company doesVery unfortunate group of peopleThey provide me a time to pick up

I am not one to write negative reviews but my experience with these folks was terrible. In the process of moving a glass dining room table and chairs, they dropped the base of the table and it shattered on my garage floor. It was a very nice base in great condition.When they looked at the chairs that went with the table, after they broke the base of the table, they said that these chairs werent in acceptable condition for them to sell. I had taken a couple of the chairs to them earlier but they declined the opportunity to look at them before accepting the consignment.They claimed no responsibility for any of their actions and on top of it all they challenged my honesty and integrity in front of customers in their store.Questioning my honesty and integrity is not acceptable to me. There are few things in life that are more important then money!

This a great place to find beautiful furniture in like new condition at a terrific price. Ive bought many items here and am happy with all of them!
