What’s happening to this great store customers service ?? You aphones never get answered You should at least say something to address that in store customers are a priority and please call at a different time or leave a messsge perhaps? Not sure but wow so disappointing because I bought lots of furniture and did consignment’s Owners help get your store back to the 5 stars

(A) you don’t answer your phones(B) your consignment hours are wrong on your answering machine. When no one picks up the phone, it’s a huge inconvenience to the customer who has driven to consign.(C) be betterThanks.

I so wish that I could give negative stars for my review. My friend told me about this place, not that she has ever consigned with them. I brought my items in and noticed as I was walking through this store that I didn’t see any employees. I waited and waited at the front counter to be helped but saw no one. I decided to continue walking through the store and found the back area where you bring in your items to sell. As many other people on here have said, the lady working in the back was extremely rude and acted as if she was so much better than us. I waited my turn and was shocked at the way she turned her nose up to most of my items. Many of them were from an upscale boutique and several of them were brand new with price tags on them, all in the $40-$45 range. She picked out 5 of my shirts to consign and she created my account. Not only was she confused, but she never even entered my items into my account! I called the store in January to find out of my items had sold only to be told that they didn’t see anything in my account. I was told that on average shirts sell for $10 each and that they would give me $3 each for a total of $15. I could have done much better selling them myself! I won’t ever shop here, consign here or recommend them to anyone! I will make sure that everyone I know hears about my experience.

Stopped by after an appointment I had in Littleton (I live an hour and a half south). Found the perfect desk and chair and asked if someone would help me load into my Jeep. “It’s against our policy to help load or carry once it leaves the store”. Not the friendliest staff either. Their attitudes are very indifferent. Should consider changing your policy somewhat. You not only lost a sale, but the person depending on you to sell their desk might be disappointed to know your assistance was poor.

Such a fun little furniture consignment shop! Theyve got a little bit of everything, to outfit every room of the house. Check back too, because their inventory changes all the time.

Worst place to take your things for sale. They ended up giving my money to somebody else. Didnt care about their mistake & didnt reimburse me. What a Shame. Will never return....

This was my first time shopping at Turn Style. A friend of mine from work suggested it and she bought some really cute floral dresses from there so I thought I would check it out. Upon entering I have never been looked at, before, like I dont belong somewhere and it hurt. Every customer should be treated the same and I did not feel like I was even worthy of being in a hand-me-down store. Needless to say I will NEVER be entering or shopping at Turn Style again. Both employees that were there didnt care to speak to me but other customers were spoken to but that is okay. I can spend my money elsewhere.

They have awesome, wonderful quality merchandise!

My go to consignment shop for my family’s needs. I’m also a consignor. They have an especially good selection of women’s clothing and shoes. Their housewares and furniture selection are also very good. I follow them on FB and always know when they’re having a sale.

Staff are very friendly and I love getting a designer item for a great price!

Great place to find awesome product and great deals. However sometimes staff is rude and bossy.

So many of us have to deal with our parents furniture and art work. Great place to find a home for it and find some things when you dress your tables and create vistas with out a lot of money. Good business for our neighborhood.

I thought maybe it was just me but after reading these reviews, I know it was not. I took things in for consignment in Jan and the person in the back was unfriendly and very rude. She acted like she was doing me a favor. Wonder where she thinks they get their inventory. I went back this week to pick up my check. There was a person near the front marking clothes. I asked her if I got my check in the front or back. She said front but continued to mark clothes while I stood there and waited on her. All of this reminded me I got the same treatment a couple of years ago. Guess everyone gets the same customer service training. None. I’m not going back. Learned my lesson!

The prices they have on most of their items are pretty fair. But dont actually try to consign items here. Theyll just lowball you and not actually know what theyre talking about.

Staff is extremely rude. Takes a long time for staff to go through items dropping off. For the little amount of money you may ever receive, it’s less hassle to donate items.

Omg!! This is an amazing store. I just bought a pair of leather boots $4.25. The boot & shoe selection is bigger than Platos!The store is exceptionally well taken care of..... Clothes, furniture..... Accessorize your home from this place.

2 of our mens expensive coats had disappeared when we went to claim them-There is NO control over what they let walk out the door or keep for themselves -Stay away from this operation - dont recommed to anyone - you are better off giving them to a charity of YOUR choice

My favourite thrift/consignment shop. Twice a year they do a $2 sale for a few days. Ive gotten a lot of nice clothes that way. They also have furniture and housewares, shoes, in every size for both men and women. Check them out!

I love shopping at Turnstyle, but when it comes to selling items...nightmare! The people are always very rude and inconsiderate when I go in to drop off items. They make me feel like my (name brand) items are not worthy or they close consigning early for unknown reasons. I have never had a good experience selling items with Turnstyle. Huge disappointment when you go through all the hassle of cleaning out closets, washing, ironing and hanging up nice clothes to sell and driving all the way out there just to be immediately turned down. Wish the people working in the back were just a little nicer!

I love this store 💈. Their clothing items have to be dry cleaned and their furniture has to be shampooed. The rest of their items in the store 💈 are also very clean. The customer service is good 👍.

Clean, large and well organized. Much like a department store. Clothing, accessories, lots of nice furniture, decorative and dining items.

Not honest business people. The front counter said they take Strollers and high chairs. So I take the time to clean them up lug them in for the representative at the back to say we don’t take items like this. Horrible customer service. I hen I explained what happens and why I was frustrated she said “oh”. Not to mention how high priced their used items are. Never will visit this place again.

I thought it was odd that they didnt take consignment on several clothes from Ann Taylor and Banana Republic that still had tags in them, very classic styles. I will be sending those to Goodwill, and someone will definitely be happy and they will find a good home.It was a bit of a waste of time.As most of the comments here, I found the staff to be rude.

Large selection of furniture and small items. Always look around for that object that speaks to you. Clothing section is not bad, rarely see any ware on their clothing.

Stood at the front register for over 20 min without anyone even saying hello. Ladies in the back were rude...

The manager or owner was incredibly rude. I asked about some unmarked stemware and the shop clerk was helpful, but the owner seemed to be annoyed that I wanted to buy from her. I listened to her degrade her employee, waited forty minutes for a price on the glasses while she helped everyone else in the store, and then the price she quoted for the glasses was six times what any other set on the shelves were marked for! They werent new arrivals either, they were dusty and the set was incomplete. I cant think of anything that would have separated me from the other customers in the store except I am slightly younger and ethnic where they were all older white folks. Lots of good stuff, but I wont be returning to a place that made it so clear my custom was unwanted.

My wife consigned a new gshock 110$ watch that did not sell and when it was time to pick it up, they told us it had been stolen and the manager Brenda was incredibly rude, DO NOT SELL YOUR THINGS HERE, BEWARE! They will steal your stuff and take home the items for there own collection.

Like this store. Can have some good finds, I tend to only shop with sales.

My experience began with my mom purchasing some chairs from the shop. They rang them up for less then they intended and sold them to her for a fraction of the price. When we came in to pick them up, they demanded we pay more - what if we had left at the time of purchase?We decided to just return the over priced chairs and clothing shop. I bought clothes and one pair of boots which the lady did not put my boots in my bag and what do they tell me? They can’t find them. Oops.

They rushed me out of the store by 8:40pm even though store hours say that they ate open till 9pm lady kept checking on me like a freaking hawk she approached me tree times final call I told her wait store hours said you close at 9pm and she responded with mmmnno (yes just like that) all sales have to be done now so that we can cash our register by 9!!! I did tell her they should put that on the website and she no and walked away saying something under ger breath. Lady comes to turn the open sign by 8:54pmI have consigned many times here before but had never had anybody be rude to me before.

Good used furniture and decor pieces, lots of pictures with nice frames.

Most items are similar to thrift stores but prices are too high for used items. Limited inventory on most items except good amount of used clean furniture.

Clean, with a good variety of housewares and clothing for all ages/sizes. Will go back!

Rudest staff quite possibly ever in a retail situation, both consigning and buying. Definitely the last stop ever here. They dont have the concept down yet that stuff is here to serve us, not us here to serve stuff.
