Gamestop over all did really bad for the ps5 sale blackfriday, but specially in the malls. I dont believe they have it figure it out to sale the systems inside malls. I was first in line all night and was not able to get one. Hopefully in the future they will allocate the consoles to a proper store where tikects can be given.

The best was the elite reward program. I had a reason to shop at a shingle again! Alas, they terminated the program so Ill continue to buy from the usual 6 common online marketplaces for used and, hundreds of online shops for new.Other than the sad realization they cant compete with online, its been a great journey and I have loved the service and attention to details and products the staff has had.

Very friendly/helpful staff. My only compliant is that one of the store employees gave incorrect information regarding the PS4 Plus membership which led to being unable to buy the PS4 plus for the price he mentioned.Everyone makes mistakes though. Overall one of the best locations ive been to.

Interestingly, all the bad reviews are on Yelp. This has been our go-to store for at least a decade, but we will no longer be doing business there. The store leader Lauren, was very condescending and difficult to work with, when my 15 y/o tried to get a refund for recently purchased headphones. There was a lot of roadblock excuses, smug attitude and in the end, all I literally had to do was pull up my bank statement. All that for a $36 refund. Im in management and marketing, and this store really needs to put their leaders through some courses on customer service.

It costs more than mom and pop shops but they have a great selection and to be honest with all the internet purchases being made its nice to have a brick and mortar building to be able to still buy the physical copy of the games.

Kind of disappointed. It was incredibly crowded and I did manage to find the Xbox one that I saw online, but when I got home the controller that came with it doesnt even work so I cant even play it.

Im in the store right now. My 10 year old daughter wanted to trade some Nintendo ds games. This guy acted like it was the most inconvenient thing he had been asked all day. To the point that he complained to his manager. In front of my daughter and then told me that he didnt have time to do the exchanges. I said polirely that it was quite alright. What else was I going to do? Throw a fit will all those teenagers around with all their phones out. No... Im a lady. Will not ever be going back and I suggest you shop elsewhere.

This is a good place to pick up games and Amiibos. The customer service is very good and friendly.

Gamestop is a ripoff. Youre better off buying and selling on craigslist.

Went in for a game for my daughter for the xbox one. Knowing my choices are slim i see a shorter sales associate with dark hair next to me and I ask if there are any games for kids, with an attitude he says Stars Wars Legos. Which i had in my hand, I said thats it? He says yup and turns his back to me with an attitude. About a minute later i find a bunch more legos version games and a snoopy game rated everyone. I mention to him i found a bunch more games here and he just gave me a grunt and dirty look and walked away. Great service gamestop!

This young guy has no idea how to treat people, nor does he understand customer services Not a free hand out We paid for an xbox that doesnt work... that couldnt be replaced, with a side of rudeness. I wouldnt go here if some one paid me... not ever again will I go to this GameStop at the mall.
