The cafe is located just behind the main street where you can see the mountain ridge.The interior is clean and cozy. The sandwich was freshly made and delicious. The barista was also so kind that made my day. Highly recommend to anyone whos visiting or just need a warm place to rest.

Inkwell Coffee & Tea House was excellent! Service was fast and staff were friendly. The menu had simple yet unique options and all was delicious!

Its great to see these guys make it through COVID / 2020.

The Inkwell offered the perfect break in our day. The intimate atmosphere gave us a peace from our full schedule. The Turkey sandwich was amazing! My specialty drink, so good! The staff are attentive and pleasant. They are Covid compliant to where masks are optional. I highly recommended The Inkwell; however, they will be closed soon (end of June, I believe) and reopening in a new location. Enjoy!

I feel so blessed to have found this place. The ladies at the counter were so sweet, down to earth, and they made everything so quick! I have a dairy allergy and I’m so grateful they had dairy alternatives (soy and oat milk). I had avocado toast on sourdough that was great also. The atmosphere was clean, bright, earthy, and cozy. I like the pin map they had in there too, it’s cool to see how a little cafe in Littleton, NH can bring people together from all over. I’ll be back next time I visit, thank you guys so much for the good energy. 💗🙏

Quaint coffee shop. We wanted a sandwich to take on a hike and didnt realize we were in for such a treat! The sourdough bread grilled cheese with the fig jam was so delicious! Well be back to try the coffees later in our vacation.

Lovely independent coffeehouse on the river. I just stumbled across it by chance and it made my day. My iced latte was perfect. The patio overlooking the river was so picturesque. Made me want to move there so I could spend many hours enjoying lattes and the ambiance. The patio was dog friendly.

Great coffee! Ive come by for take out a few times and liked it a lot, but I was there longer than usual this week and noticed someone, who I realized was the owner, not wearing a mask and people coming in without masks and not socially distancing. Im fine with different politics, but I will have to stop going till after the pandemic. Bummer.

Went a couple times in December and multiple employees both times were ignoring the statewide mask mandate. Either not wearing them or having them pulled under their chins. Plus customers coming in and ordering with no masks on. Im not sure of the rules for animals in restaurants in NH but one of the unmasked customers brought in a small dog that was obviously not a service animal based on how it behaved.The drinks were also unimpressive. The barista forgot to put the honey I asked for in my tea and when I went back to the counter and said it wasnt sweetened she wouldnt add any to my drink. I also asked for a lid for my drink and the barista gave me two. I told her she accidentally gave me an extra and handed it back to her with my bare hands to throw away. Instead I watched her put the same lid I was just touching on the next customers cup. So disgusting.Two stars because the mac and cheese and sandwich I ate were yummy.

Good food-- great sandwiches and honestly the best gluten free pumpkin bread Ive had-- and at a good price. Cozy, clean atmosphere and the people who work there are so nice. Unfortunately, they burn the hell out of their espresso, but they have a lot of interesting drink options to make up for it. if you are looking for a nice place to sit and read, or meet with a friend for a light lunch and a sweet drink, this is the in Littleton to go!

Great coffee, great views, terrible mask enforcement. The person making the food and drink doesnt wear a mask and they served three separate guests who came in not wearing masks while we were there.If youre not covid conscious - its a great place to go. Ill be avoiding it until the pandemic is over.

Lovely place to grab a coffee and relax. We went twice, and will be back! Plenty of seating areas, and overlooking the river. We ordered coffee off the specials menu, and it was excellent. Service was friendly... the slower side for coffee, but worth the extra minute!

Stopped in for some much needed coffee and it was undrinkable. Burnt and over extracted. Seemed like nice ambiance but I didn’t stay to enjoy it.

Wonderful cafe, with beautiful ambiance, the vibe which would fit big and small girls. I surprised they are not so busy. DD couple blocks away had line of people and this place with better coffee and same prices much less, it should be otherwise. I think its great place, great location. This what is totally goes along with Pollyanna experience

Lovely little, local coffee shop. Ive been going here for about a year now and its my favorite coffee shop. Theres outdoor seating either in front of the building or on the back porch overlooking the Ammonoosuc River. Inside, you can choose from some comfy couches, chairs, stools, and tables in an open space or go to The Green Room for a little more privacy (my preferred seating). They always have some tasty, fresh made baked goods and plenty of coffee based drink options. Theres also teas to choose from and actual meals. Everything is well made, creative, and flavorful. Support local and go here for your next coffee date! ☕

Love this place!!! it is so cute. and the view of the river is just amazing. the lighting in there is great. it’s the perfect place to come and chat over coffee or read a book. i really loved my cappuccino. they’ve got some food too (didn’t try it but everyone looked great), quite a limited food menu though. we will definitely be back.

The dark roast coffee was good and it’s a beautiful spot with a view of the river, but the breakfast open-faced sandwiches were terrible. It was a toasted piece of bread with cold cheese, ham, and boiled egg. Not my kind of breakfast...

Sadly just about every time we stop by they have either Just stopped making food or ran out of everything!The folks seem nice enough- that being said I dont understand why so many coffee shops close in the afternoon when there is business to be had! And yes I say that after running coffee shops in the Greater Porland area & Bethel Maine.Thank you for your response. However when we stop by at 3....cause you are open till 4 and we get oh we just closed down the kitchen...a lacking response not conducive in talking a person into trying again and again. But no worries we found some other places to pick up a tasty lunch!

I went into the donut shop across the street for an iced coffee and they were all out, the worker recommended that we come here. It was great!! I had the coffee cake iced coffee and let me tell you, I wish I didnt live so far away because I would be back everyday for it!! The staff were friendly and the food choices looked really good. I will be back for sure on my next trip to NH. Great little find!!

Ordered toast with ricotta and lemon honey and two iced coffees. The toast was great, the iced coffee was good, and the service was alright. My order was messed up and upon fixing it, the staff was not the kindest. Would be willing to try the place again. Three stars due to service.

I had a wonderful day studying at the Inkwell, looking out at the view, and drinking/eating delicious treats. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, people are friendly, and there is a nice selection of food and drinks including gluten free and vegan options. Wish it was closer to my home in New York!

A pleasant tucked away coffee and tea House. The staff was nice and welcoming. The coffee is great and they make their own chai in house. I didnt try a pastry or sandwich but they look delicious. The shop had both nooks and open spaces alike to sit and enjoy company or watch the river for on by. Im be excited to return in spring to watch the ice flow wash by.

Perfect date spot! Cushy couches and chairs in one corner, bar style seating against the opposite wall overlooking a river, and even a garden area with chairs and tables! Proper espresso coffee. Aussies note: the barista knows how to make a flat white, just ask.Theres an outdoor seating area overlooking the river. Indoors, theres the lounge-like green room as well as the main cafe space.You order and pay at the counter and collect your food and drink from the counter when called.The toasted sandwiches (served with crisps) were very nice.

The cafe sits off of the main street and is a little hidden away sitting on the river side.The breakfast menu is fairly continental, mostly toast with a variety of toppings, yoghurt and homemade granola.The refill coffee you can help yourself to and there were several very nice varieties to choose from.Both the food and the coffee were delicious and the staff were very friendly.

Inkwell is an adorable space with tons of atmosphere including outdoor space that backs up to the river. The coffe is great a wonderful brand called Cafe Monte Alto. Sandwiches are hearty and delicious all local and fresh! Small menu with a nice selection of sandwiches and baked goods, prices are very fair for a great quality of product.Will absolutely return and spread a good word!

Delectable baked goods and soul warming beverages, served from smiling faces tucked away by the river. A small cozy corner of Littleton that seems to take you to another place away from the hustle and bustle of town. A warm welcoming vibe that makes you want to sit down and watch the water stroll down its private walkway and slip away in warm eyes and fresh tea.

Amazing almond milk lattes and a variety of delicious snacks including a black bean brownie. Great place to spend the afternoon catching up with friends or getting some work done.

With its limited breakfast and lunch choices, everything made to order with fresh local ingredients. Add to that gourmet coffee, espresso and teas all at a reasonable cost. Beats traditional breakfasts.

Decent coffee with a beautiful space that overlooks the river. Plenty of different seating options, and good food thats on the pricier side. Compared to other White Mountain coffee shops, Ive always felt Inkwell was picked up from a bigger city and just dropped next to the river. It feels more like Brookline than Littleton.
