This einstein is ok its always a hit or miss on being good or not, this time it was not! My bacon was soggy and tomatoes tasted bitter and to top it off there was a STICKER INSIDE!!!!! After this I will not be going back

Came in right at 6am. Bagels were chewy and soft sandwiches were made perfectly. The whole team did a great job on this visit will be back on Monday as usual 🤘

This location is magnificent! They are always kind, never mess up my order, and take out is ALWAYS ready before quote time. The staff here is wonderful. Highly recommend for take out, especially with mobile ordering! The only thing I wish is that the mobile app would allow a little more customization, like (no sauce).

Sandwich cold, weird burrito thing... sticky and gooey, not in a good way. The door is gross, gross, gross. Why is it SO hard to clean your door and door handle? Seriously Im asking. Are you worried the door washers union will come after you or what? Makes me wonder what the food prep area looks like.

If I could put zero stars I would. I have been coming to this location for over 3 years. Ever since Matt the GM was replaced with amanda its been down hill, terrible service and food, long wait times because all their good employees are no longer working things are much dirtier then normal. How could such a good place go so wrong. Amanda and whoever put her in charge should be fired, never shopping here again and I used to visit this location 3 to 5 times a week they lost a regular forever

Probably the best customer service Ive had at a Einstein before. Eat this place whenever we go to the pediatrician for our children. Kids love it and it’s a simple, fast way to grab and good snack that’s not fast food or subway. I always get something different and I have yet to be disappointed. The friendly staff make it more enjoyable.

I started going to this place a couple of years ago. The people here are so nice and I’ve never had a bad order. It’s been nice using the app to order ahead of time. Definitely one of my favorite breakfast places to go to!

Amazing collection of bagels and smears. I usually get the green Chile bagel. I like my food spicy 😬 they have bagel sandwiches which are really good. Their coffee is also good.

Trashed.! Ordered and couldnt eat inside so went outside and every trash can was overflowing with garbage, trash all around eating area as well as parking lot.! Went inside asked for manger told her how bad it was outside and was told by the manager it was not her problem.! I responded this is Colorado and we take pride in this state in which she replied she doesnt get paid enough so I said well perhaps one of the four employees behind her did but she only made more outrageous excuses.! Go to another store for the sake of Colorado.!

I love einstein bagels, personally I fall for the asiago, but all the numerous flavors are amazing.

Im really liking the app and shmear society! I always felt rushed while ordering in person so I always got the same thing, now Im finding new favorites like the bagelrito and Eggers, and theyre fresh and ready when I get there!

Just finished a 50 person line inside the building during COVID-19.... no one was 6 feet apart. No employee mentioned that the line should be outside and only a certain amount of people inside. This Einstein encouraged people to stay and eat before regulations were lifted at restaurants.....gross. Never going back after seeing that today. Hope they have a sheet of contacts to trace where people are gonna get the covid from after eating there

App is very difficult to customize your order. Needs improvement!!! Food is always good once I race to change my order once I place online. Very frustrating!

This store is usually very busy but the line moves quickly and they have a great patio to enjoy on a sunny morning.

Every time I come here there out of at least 2 of the 4 coffees. This time all they had is decaf at 9:20 on a Saturday. Creamer is all out except the skim milk. I waited around 30 min after letting them know about the empty items and still nothing. Time for some leadership!

I usually have a good experience here. The food is good and the employees are helpful. I have recently been experiencing some issues with getting my orders filled properly but they are accommodating to fix the problems!

Great Tasty Turkey sandwich. Only regrets, they no longer serve pumpernickel bagels (?), and I didnt get the complimentary dill pickle slice.

I only started eating at Einstein’s just recently. Trying to support local restaurants. The food is very good, the service is fine, although I’ve only ordered through the app and used curbside service. So far every order that I’ve got has been correct and I really appreciate that I will continue to go to this location.

We receive good service each and every time here. It has become our weekend bike ride break. Thanks for the good food

First they tried to pass off a cup of regular coffee as a latte. Then when I got home with my turkey sausage bagel there was no sausage in it. I’m was extremely disappointed with this location.

I just walked out of this place without ordering after 15 minutes in line. With a line of customers out the door I passed my time watching one cashier working to take orders, fill boxes with bagels, and take payment, all while four other employees stood around doing absolutely nothing except talking, touching each other in public displays of affection, and even adjusting their masks and clothing while wearing food prep gloves. Seriously poor leadership.

This place is the best.. the employees are AMAZING .. I am ALWAYS GREETED right away even if there is a line. They are always moving fast an constantly cleaning when its slow.. the food is always delivered hot an fresh and with a smile and a thank you .. cant get better service anywhere.

Pretty good! We wanted to go to the My Favorite Muffin down off of Bowles but I guess it closed down recently. Ive had Einstein bagels before but this time was my first try with a sammie, I went for the mushroom/spinach and it was pretty good! Service was friendly and appreciated that they were patient with us forgetting the money in the car, they still went ahead and made the food so we wouldnt have to wait, that was nice. Overall good visit.

Just threw away the lunch we just bought.The egg white sandwich my wife ordered was more yolk than egg, not cut through and so slimy it was just nasty. My sandwich was ok but the turkey was dry and I wasn’t given the pickle or chips.Called back in and was told they would make it better next time. Yeah right! Not coming back.

This location is great. The staff is friendly. Service is consistently warm and efficient. Einsteins has a reward program. If you like bagels and buy frequently, you can get free items. All around a good choice.

Absolutely the best customer service. Ive been coming here for the last couple months to work on my thesis and the staff is great. They remember my name, ask me how Im doing, and the food is good too :-) I love Caribou coffee too so thats a plus. I highly recommend this location.

Great breakfast place. I think the drip coffee is second to none, and the nova lox salmon is I think their best bagel, which extra capers of course!!

I love that they open at 5am, not many other places to get a good breakfast sandwich that early. Staff here was fast and attentive. The hardest part is deciding which bagel to get, as theyre all so good!

I own the Sport Clips Haircuts next door to Einsteins and they are amazing. The service and quality is always spot on.

I love Einsteins bagels. I also really like their mango ice tea and hazelnut coffee. I dont go very often because I cant afford the calories, but I do really enjoy it when I do.

Great food and service. I had the French Toast Chef Creation and highly recommend it. The staff was energetic late in the morning and very helpful.

A good place to attend regularly! The staff knows my order, and often all I have to do is decide if I want to switch it up! A few times Ive gotten less than enthusiasm from the workers, but its often rush hour and I know how incredibly stressful that can be. I love the coffee and the selection of bagels/sandwiches is large enough everyone can get something, but simple enough that a child can (and has) order for themselves.

My first time coming to this location and they seemed pretty busy, but they were quick and my supernova sandwich was delicious. Ill definitely be back!

Rude service. Accidentally put a very generous tip in the dog bagel jar and the guy gave me a real dirty look. I was on my phone which normally i would never do, but i was talking with a detective about an assault i witnessed that involved a gun being pulled on someone. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. He could have said hey no worries, thank you for the tip but a dirty look is all i got instead.

This is a great little place to get a cup of coffee and have early morning meetings in the SW Plaza area. Their food selection is always fresh and tasty.

I only ever get the lox bagel and it is consistently good. My family loves the farmers bagel sandwiches and from what Ive had they are yummy.

The orders are Always Correct, the employees are kind and efficient.

This location is going down hill. Dirty restaurant. Vacuum cleaner sitting next to my table. Trash piling up near exit. Dirty fingerprints all over front door. Dirty tables. The smear had only a thin layer of cream cheese on it...not the first time, so figure the restaurant chain is trying to save money.

Super rude staff.I think she was the manger! Up charged to over 7$ for my bagel and when I questioned it she over talked me. I ask if I could return it she quickly pitched in right in the trash in front of all the other customers....NO Apologies at all, didnt even ask if she could get me something different! I will not be back! So embarrassing!

I love these bagels. However, they have gotten so expensive, it is now but a treat every once in awhile. At times, the staff is overwhelmed by the volume, so I just go somewhere else.

Came on National Bagel day and it was pretty busy but we were able to snatch up a seat. The food was good and the staff friendly.

Legitimately the worst Einsteins Ive ever been to in any state. One of the rudest gals Ive ever seen taking orders, gave attitude and dirty looks, got my order wrong first go (really wasnt anything complex, egg and cheese bagel - no drink), then burns the hell out of the remade bagel. Guess Ill be going to the location near my work instead of my house.

This is the second time Ive stopped by here for breakfast in the past week. Both times Ive ordered a thin-tastic bagel sandwich and both times they gave me a regular bagel. Guess Im gonna have to check my order before I leave so I can catch their screw up!!😠

My wife and I go there for breakfast they have excellent breakfast sandwiches on Bagels.

This place use to be fabulous and I would have given it 5 stars. But ever since the older guy left it had gone down hill! Rudeness from the workers, barely cooked eggs when you order a breakfast bagel, barely give you enough cream cheese to spread on the bagel. All around dissatisfaction from this place. The employees use to come and talk to you and your kids, get to know you and overall friendly place. Not anymore!! Stay away!!!

My bagel was listed on the menu for 6.99, the lady rang me up for over $10, I asked why? And she said they have a new computer that she doesn’t know how to use, ummm sorry, but how rude is that to charge me around 40% more because you don’t have a clue how to do your job?

This was the most awful experience I have had at a Einstein Bagels. The manager made excuses for messing up and forgetting my called in order. I waited over 45 minutes for 6 bagels and two sandwiches. The manager ignored me and wouldnt apologize and was quick to blame it on her staff. I will not ever be returning to this specific location.

Can be quick or can be slow. Sometimes theyre very busy and can complete your order incorrectly.
