Came here this morning for the first time & had an excellent experience! The drive thru was quick, the staff was friendly, and the drinks were excellent. I’ll definitely be back to try some other items on the menu!

I normally ALWAYS have a wonderful experience at this location. The morning staff are always so nice and able to provide recommendations when I want to try some thing new.The only thing I absolutely hate is that you literally pay outrageous prices for only a small amount of drink. This is even after asking for light ice

The absolute friendliest baristas around! They make delightful conversation every time you are in the drive through. Loyalty program is awesome, and coffee is delicious! Iced Mexican Mocha is a fave!

Awesome little coffee place. Drive thru is convenient. Breakfast burritos are great, and bagels fresh. Staff is always helpful and courteous. Highly recommend a visit.

Black Rock is one of my new favorite coffee shops. I used to be a Starbucks addict, but since I started going to Black Rock, I havent looked back. The quality and price is so much better than Starbucks and their employees seem a lot happier too. The food menu is just as good, if not better than Starbs as well. Keep up the great work Black Rock!

Coffee is decent, but the barista/cashier was acting all stressed out. There was no one in line but me, and she was really trying to rush the transaction as if there were a line. Just young insecure people treating me as if I am causing them a problem. I wont back for sure...also the coffee shop is all reflective surfaces, and is super loud inside; not a good coffee shop ambiance. Its actually more quiet outside in the parking lot

So glad we stumbled upon this place! I can only speak to their breve and its SO GOOD. The people that work here are so friendly and nice. They always spoil my pups with a pup cup. :)

Decent espresso, but service is suffering. Today for example barista made the wrong size drink, was visibly irritated that the mistake was brought to her attention and the subsequent drink replacement was horrible! We turned the car around to go back for a replacement and the manager tells me “oh yeah, we ran out of half&half when we remade your first drink so that’s why it probably doesn’t taste right”. Instead of a refund I opt for another option and the same snarky barista makes the now 3rd drink and hands it off to me and said sarcastically “well I hope you have a better day”. Very disappointed with this blatantly disrespectful behavior, and that the manager did not have the good sense not to have the barista who is already blatantly irritated with us make yet another redo. For all the abuse we took just to have our morning coffee here, none where up to par. We pitch the replacement and drove directly to Starbucks to at least get a drinkable beverage…..which should be the greatest insult of all to Black Rock! You guys are better than this, don’t let the likes of a bad attitude teenager kill your brand man!!!!!

Love the coffee and the customer service is fantastic! Every cashier we have ever had has been incredibly personable, professional and kind! The management and hiring staff deserves to be proud-based on the service it seems like the culture there is supportive and consistent!

Good cold brew, grossly overpriced. $7 for a small coffee that had more ice than coffee is ridiculous

The customer service here is top notch! They are polite, friendly, and amazing! They remember us after one visit. The coffee is great as well as the shakes. You will not be disappointed.

Best drip coffee I’ve ever had.Love the decor, great for business or friendly meetings. Open for seating with safety protocols for Covid, while others are closed.Baristas are cool not freaky.They have many specialty drinks if you’re into those.

A great place to be, especially if you want a caffeine fix! My favorite is their Fuel (any flavor is delicious)! 😋Also their staff always seem to be in a good mood, regardless of what time you visit... & Ive been there pretty early in the morning 😅

Coffee is good, its the service. VERY slow every time I come. I think they need to hire more help to be making the drinks. So dont stop if you are short on time.

This has become, by far, my favorite place for coffee and breakfast. Not only are the drinks delicious, the staff is what brings me back again and again. The nicest people you will ever meet. Love them and love Black Rock!

We were 1 car behind the “order here” speaker at 4pm and waited for over 10 min just to order. This place is far from fast. Only stop if you have 30 minutes to get coffee while while waiting for your kids piano lesson, soccer practice, tutoring, dog grooming etc.

I have already visited several times since this locations opening and it is amazing! The drinks have tasted wonderful, staff has been super nice and helpful. If you are looking for a Starbucks replacement I highly recommend.

Love the drinks and the promo drinks they offer I get every time! Worth it!

Poor management. Workers took a few minutes to finally take my order. Waited 15 min for my coffee even though customers after me received theirs. Poor work skills and rude.

Today was my first time trying your coffee. A very friendly young lady suggested a breve and then something else. I went with the breve. Excellent suggestion and choice. I will be going back there!!

I always order Oat Milk lattes because Im lactose intolerant but my drink this morning tasted off and when I tried to call to confirm it it was oat milk in my drink or to see if maybe there was a different brand of oat milk used, I can either leave a message or text the contact phone number. I texted the number provided but never got a text back and unfortunately I got REALLY sick form the drink this morning and had to leave work... so I guess I can confirm cow milk was used...
