Senior day is Tuesdays. But I love shopping at this thrift store. I always find what I need.
I’ve had great experiences at this arc. Kind employees and a large selection of items. Good prices as well.
Over priced plus junk. It’s really said to see how thrift stores have changed to think their donated used goods are somehow retail price worthy 😏 plus would ya look at this.... old chocolate “football” put out on the kids section. You dont even wanna know the price they have in it. It’s disgusting all around
I always have a good visit at the Arc, my whole wardrobe comes from the Arc.
Arc Thrift Stores is the best place for buying gently used second or third hand items at great discounted prices.
Go EARLY on Half Price Saturdays!! Its a great place to poke around. Ive found some fun treasures at this store.
Understaffed, high turnover, many couldn’t-care-less employees. Some good finds make it worth while.
Charlotte was an absolute joy to meet. Very personable and helpful. Very organized store.
Alway helps me appreciate humans more...
Some of the staff are really amazing, and can really be enthusiastic and patient. Its superb dopeness when you find some top of line items here that are name brand clothes like Charlotte Russe, forever 21, vigoss, lucky brand, nike, Steve Madden and more. But Id like to know HOW they price some of their nice items at times. Like I saw a tank top that I know was still being sold at Walmart for less than $4 brand new but the Arc was selling it for $5? And I even checked to make sure it was the same exact product. Lol come on ARC, why you gotta hustle like that?
I really like this arc. I go to to different arcs for different things. I like this one in particular because of their furniture and technology. I can always rely on the the electronics there to work. Its also the cleanest one near me so I feel the most comfortable in it compared to others.
After spending at least $70 a week in this store for my reclamation business I will not be returning. I went to donate a giant totes worth of goods but needed to keep my tote and they refused. I didnt realize I was required to supply them with the means to sell as well. This donating is a vital part of my business organization and model, but so is my damn tote. Thanks but no thanks to this Arc. I may shop at others as long as they dont enforce such rude presumptive practices.
Price’s aren’t all that bad, service was good, friendly staff,New selections throughout every other week, 👏🏻👏🏻‼️‼️
Great selection of used items.Saturdays everything is 50% off except for what had arrived that very week.
Dirty and poor selection as usual on Friday. Tomorrow will be 1/2 price
I found d another treasure. An American Doll. For jyn girl. Cing ching yellow was the color meaning 50% off. TotL price 2.50. I saved 40.00! Love the surprises. So will nyn
Absolutely TERRIBLE SELECTION and Everything was WAY OVERPRICED. It is like this at most locations now-a-days.
Its a good store. Solid Halloween selection, pretty good books. Didnt really look at the clothing, but theres lots of it.
Good prices! When will you guys put the candy machines back out?
Its a pretty good ARC most of the time. Can find some good stuff at this location at times.
This is the best thrift store! Always clean with a great staff!
I had fun visiting Arc. I used to live in this neighborhood. clean store.
This use to be my go to ARC. With new management the staff has changed and they are very rude and prices have sky rocketed. For the price of a used, been in the attic t shirt at Arc, I could go to JCPennys discount rack and get brand new cheaper!! I am so sad that the store has changed for the worse. I now have to drive to the many Excellent Arcs out of my area.
Great place to shop for a thrift store. Clean and organized.
This is one of my favorite arc locations due to the staff and selection of items. The store layout isnt my favorite but the staff and quality of donated items makes up for it. Organization of items could be better in the womens clothing, but if you have time and youre willing to dig, there are some really great finds to be had here.
It seems that Covid-19 has had its effect everywhere and on most all businesses. I have shopped at this Arc for years back when it was a Savers. Spend a good couple hours shopping great merchandise just tons of it. Always a great clean store. Than over to Great cheap little hit at the Taco House and go home feeling all good about all the great things you got for so cheap. Today and really for the last several visits. The store was clean employees are great. There was a definite change in merchandise and the prices. The store for a Thursday with neither a sale before it or a day after it was in serious lack of all there things the store seems to be about half as full as it use to be and things were twice as expensive. I believe Covid or perhaps the current feeling in the world people are possibly trying to make a little bit of money by trying to sell on things like Offer Up and sell it and places like that.
I dont know where this Arc gets their pricing. Last year it was great but we went today and theyre asking $150 for dressers, $80 for used Christmas trees and insane pricing for arm chairs. I even saw a dollar store sign marked at $6.99. We wont be coming back to this location.
Great prices, friendly staff. All around great experience.
Arc has a little something for everyone I think. I was going to try and find a stand for our microwave. Even though I didnt find that, I found some books to keep me sane in the lockdown. They had a pretty big selection, so that was nice. They also have lots of cds, dvds, and even VHS tapes. They have tons of clothing for all ages and types, including shoes and purses. Furniture, toys, kitchenware, housewares, electronics, etc. They had several check out lanes open so that went fast AND they were friendly too! The only reason for 4/5 stars is that parts of the store were a little dirty and dishevelled, but not so much as to ruin the trip.
Great deals on Saturday
During these difficult times many businesses are taking an extra step to assist seniors. Dont expect this from ARC thrift store. Prices are extremely high and Policy is if price is missing seniors must pay full price even on senior discount days. Prices were much better when this place was savers. When shopping at Goodwill on Broadway a senior discount was offered every day.
Staff was rude n merchandise high priced
The store manager (Shannon) is one of the worst people Ive ever met! Since she took over the store everything I loved about the place has changed. It used to be where I went to unwind and shop now its not even worth my time the lines are always long its way way understaffed and all the people that were helpful no longer work there. My experience with Shannon was so terrible I dont plan on ever going to any arc ever again
This is a great second hand store. It has a good selections of all kinds stuff. The employees are helpful and friendly.
The best!
Best Thrift store chain in the country!
Pretty well organized and really nice employees and volunteers.
Got lots of stuff really cheap. Enjoyed shopping.
Very clean store. Well organized for a thrift store. Only thing that was an inconvenience was the way they have their lines set up.
I truly love this store due to the choices of clothes and how they keep separate. The only down fall is some of there stuff is very over price.
This store has a lot to offer and choose from. It has a huge selection!
I go often! Staff is great and helpful! Love Jerri she is always full of energy as well super helpful! Thank you for your execution of your mission.
I had a wonderful shopping experience at the ARC Thrift Store in Littleton, CO! They have an unbelievable selection of clothes mostly, really good stuff too, and their staff was not only helpful and organized, but the friendliest group of people I’ve about ever met! I was their on Senior day Tuesday, and it was very busy. The cashier, her name was Ann, was so kind to me, and sweet as it gets too. She mentioned she was new so I want everyone to know what an excellent job she’s doing as well as everyone at that store! Thanks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is by far the most expensive thrift store I have perused in the last 15 years. I hope ARC doesnt start emulating greedy Goodwill (IMO) as I do believe in their mission. Please be mindful that I have been to thrift stores from coast to coast and even second hand stores in Europe. That says something......their prices are even higher than Menlo Park, Manhattan and Beverly Hills.
The store was clean and well organized. The employees were helpful and friendly. The cashier was efficient and answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was in and out of the store less than a week before Halloween. I found a pair of lounge pants and a robe to wear after surgery at an affordable price.
Great merchandise at great prices
Great store, much preferred to goodwill. Better prices and things like domestics are much more organized. For example, curtains are kept in pairs and in a separate section from sheets. Tablecloths are folded and hung nicely. Its easy to identify the size of the sheets because theyre kept together and clearly marked.
Love this thrift store.
This Arc thrift store is not one I recommend. I used to go here 3 times a week at least when it was a Savers. There selection and prices were awesome. Now that it is Arc the prices are sometimes more than you could get a lot a retail store with no quality.
Great sale items to choose from. Clean and friendly service.
Pretty decent Arc. Not the biggest but decent quality.
Clean store & friendly employees!
Rushed out of the store with an announcement every five mins. In the announcement we were threatened if we weren’t in line 15 mins before closing they will not help us because they will shut off the registers. So we complied and got in line. Which is where I’m at right now and have been for 20mins. There’s one cashier and four employees standing at the exit door having a little get together. So you wanted us to rush in-line, or else. In my opinion this isn’t a smart business move. Not only are you paying people to stand around joking and distracting the one and only cashier, the time spent in line could be time we spent finding more treasures to spend our hard earned money on.
We shop here all the time. Where else can you walk out with a never used brand name $200 coat for $5.Helpful people, unique finds and everyone we shop here it is helping the organization that helps my son.
We could always find a toy.
This is one of my top three Arc stores that I visit. I visit this one in particular for their kitchen and glass selection. I recommend this place for anyone looking for loose mason jars for wedding events (as opposed to other stores that may box their mason jars and sell as an entire set which sucks because you cant pick and choose which ones youd like to take home.) Staff is always friendly, store is always clean.
TOO BUSY NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES
Great finds and folks
It was hot inside the store then wearing the mask made it twice as miserable.
Three stars as compared to other thrift stores of the same type. Not sure if staff are volunteer or paid but I found it unnerving when I was second in line At the only open register, after it took no less than 10 minutes to ring in her dozens of items, the register froze or somehow required a manager. Now with 5 or more new customers having lined up behind me, the manager tells the cashier that all the items will have to be re scanned and proceeds to move 20 feet from the 5 closed registers and proceeds to literally organize empty clothes hangars into groups as the now 10 customers in line stare in disbelief as the thought of opening another lane never even registered in the managers consciousness as apparently the organization of empty, donated, mismatched clothes hangars is the lifeblood of the organization and revenue is not really a priority. As a bonus, their selection is consistently limited to half of what it was when the Savers was there.
Very helpful team with piece of furniture!
Employees are always friendly and helpful. Products vary from Arc to arc store but thats the fun of it!
Great deal today
I really like shop in arc, specially Saturday because I can buy some clothes for my husband half price
Fairly typical ARC. Roomier and easier to move through than many. Selection is pretty good but a little thin at times.
So friendly there. The store is neat and organized. Cant beat the prices!
This is my favorite ARC.
The pricing structure has gotten completely out of control over the past few months. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve picked up a pair of shoes only to see massive holes, nonexistent treads and a $24.99 price tag.
Love this place. Lots of goodies
Worse than goodwill on their price gouging. I mean come on arent you supposed to be a thrift store? If they have any idea something is worth money they are going to have it listed for almost new price. This store and company are shady AF!
Always great finds
The nicest people work here. Way better customer service than I get in most major retailers, super clean furniture selection and deals on certain days!
Love there 1/2 off sales on Saturdays. Sometimes wish they would also have them on Sundays.
Cool store huge selection..
I bought a shirt in there they wouldnt let me try it on they said I could bring it back if it didnt fit. Brought the shirt back the lady said oh theres no tag on it we cant return it. It was 10 minutes that I went out to my car and tried it on and had the receipt this is ridiculous. the managers name is Sam totally unacceptable no customer service skills awful experience!!!!!!
Great place for a great deal
Ok selection pretty clean
Love the products and I have been a long time shopper there, but prices have gone way up and ridiculous and dont even want to go Into the store. For that Ill buy new.
Disappointing. I keep thinking that this store will receive decent items but nothing has improved since this was a savers. Left empty-handed again.
Great sale on christmas items now through christmas at all arc locations
Friendly staff good finds
This place is the best! Great customer service.
Help me a lot, I had bad experience on the month of November, was a fire on the building, living over there for five months, that place help me to get dishes, and books, to keep me occupied hahaha, no clothes because I grew up with the clothes of my cousins, and I cant wear second hand clothes no more,! Dishes you find made on America, old ones great condition, and strong, books you get them classic,I cant complain, like that store.
Not as good as Savers was, think must have lost some of better donators during transition.
TREASURE HUNT ! 😆Great place to come for Halloween costumes 🎃
Cashier refused to stop discussing their political beliefs, even after I expressed my discomfort. I will definitely not be returning to this location.
Nice well kept thrift store.
Good people
Good hoodies suck on senior day rules
Nice selection of clothing and friendly staff.
Great 😊
Very clean, organized and well lit store
Didnt find anything today
Absolutely horrible. Won’t accept furniture donations
Lots of good stuff at low prices
The heavyset old lady that is always sitting at her register is very rude. There really isn’t much good merchandise at this location either so I don’t think I will return.
Great selection. Clean bathroom.
Great people awesome prices :)
Found a lot of Southwestern pottery
