These guys rock! I went in today looking for new running shoes and admitted I didnt know what I was doing. They immediately took me back, had me jog a little, and pulled down 7 pairs of shoes for me to try on until we found the right one. Incredible service, and the sale price was a nice surprise!

This is my new go to store for running shoes!! We walked in last minute (5 min prior to closing) and we felt bad, but I really needed new running shoes for the next day. Logan was great helping us, he was patient and took his time to explain my running form and help me find great running shoes .. I always go for pretty shoes but this time I REALLY needed comfortable shoes! Thank you for providing great customer service!!!

Loved my experience here today! I needed help choosing a new shoe. They had me do a gait analysis and provided several options to try based on the analysis. Everyone was super friendly and had competitive prices. The girl helping me even recommended a social media page to follow for stretches based on what I shared was bothering me during a run. Boulder R.C. has always been very helpful with finding a new pair of running shoes based on complaints of body pains, or old shoe brand faults, to help adjust to your needs. Very thankful for this shoe company in my neighborhood!

I shopped last weekend for new running shoes. Logan greeted me and after I told him my needs and size, immediately started bringing different styles for me to try. He was knowledgeable, patient, and charming! He found me the most comfortable pair for the best price. Fantastic experience overall.

Matt and the staff at the Boulder Running Company are very friendly, kind and helpful! They really take their time to help you and want to make your experience there great and help you find something that will work for you. The guy Matt is very knowledgeable and really takes his time with you to educate you and help you with find the right shoe. I felt a real warm, friendly feeling in this place. On the other hand, the Boulder store is just awful. I bought a pair of shores at Littleton store I had to return and was in Boulder that day so I thought I bring them with me. I was fooled by the name Boulder Running Company, thinking this would be the store to go. Dont! Go to the Littleton store! The guys at Boulder store wouldnt let me return it there and were unprofessional, even though they were suppose to. The Littleton and Boulder stores are night and day different. Unlike the Boulder store, the Littleton store honors its return policy and the people who work there are friendly, honest and actually care about your business. If you really want to go to the Boulder Running Company avoid the Boulder store at all costs and come down to the store in Littleton where you will find the same deals and much better customer service.

I was immediately greeted and helped. Aidan and Logan were a huge help in cutting through all the options and science to pick the right shoe for me. Aidan was very patient as I tried on different pairs.

I have particularly hard feet to fit but went into this store and sat down with Logan. He was extremely patient, very understanding of the issues with my feet and the kind of shoe I was looking for. Left feeling very pleased with the shoes that he found for me and he even got me a better price than what was originally advertised! Thank you Logan!

I came in with my worn out Asics and left with two new pairs - Topo and ON Cloud. Thanks to Trent for all of his knowledge! I was able to make a solid decision and keep on running towards my goals! Trent was very personable and easy to talk to/ ask questions. I will definitely return!

It is amazing to me how such a slight change in your foot support makes a whole world of difference in how your body articulates itself. Even if youre not a runner (e.g. hiking, walking, etc.), its highly recommended to stop by get youre foot structure and gate looked at by the knowledgeable staff here! I personally recommend Matt. Hes brilliant! Our whole family young and old get shoes here to fit our bodies and support our movements. They are definitely worth the time to see if theyre right for you and the investment. Best place to get Hoka shoes ! These shoes are awesome as I have no knee or hip pain anymore ! Shoes are expensive but worth every cent !!

I used yo have a 5 star rating for these guys but over the last 6 months, theyve gone way downhill. Ive been in 2x over 2 months for shoes. I wear a 2E width which makes it difficult to find shoes that fit correctly. The first visit yielded no available shoes and todays was just as dissapointing. Guess Ill have to buy from Amazon unless they want to get their act together .

Talk to Logan if you can. Not only did he square me away on a stellar pair of inserts for military style boots (which is hard to accomplish), he also sold me on my next pair of running shoes. This guy is genuine, as are all the employees, of course. But he helped me out and that is what makes him and this location stand out. Great job, and can’t wait to come back. 10/10 recommended for my friends, family, and others.

Let me just preface this by saying I am Not a runner! As a matter of fact, Im fat. Not obese, but not sleek. And I smoke - and I appreciate good footwear. I have never felt judged coming in here. Not by the sales associates anyway. They have always been helpful and courteous. They carry a nice selection of shoes and sandals with good arch support that suit me for my on my feet all day lifestyle. Thank you!!

We were looking for shoes for my wife who has high arches. Upon walking in, Chelsea greeted us and helped us. She listened to what we were looking for, gave polite suggestions, and brought out seven different pairs of shoes she thought would work best. She filmed my wifes gait on the treadmill in the store and knew what type of shoe was necessary. Chelsea helped a great deal and we left with the perfect shoe!

I love Boulder Running Company! I have been coming here a while now, and I always get great service. I have been a runner for a while now and know what I like, and they really helped when I needed new shoes but could say specifically what I did and didnt want.Also, their group fruns are great! They have organized long runs and track workouts and they can be a really fun way to meet new runners.

Recently had hip replaced. In Physical Therapy the therapist noticed my tennis shoes were much to large and was tripping over my feet. Two clients in the physical Therapy Office and Physical Therapist advised that I return the shoes to Boulder Running and see if they would exchange or at the very least give me a discount for the right size pair. Asked for Manager. He fitted me for another pair that were an entire size smaller. I asked what he would do for me regarding price. He said “I’ll give you a 5% discount on a new pair. (I’ve purchased my tennis shoes at Boulder Running store for the past 20Years.) I was shocked. He finally said I’ll give you 10% off on a new pair of shoes. The shoes I purchase run $155 up.Didn’t want to fall tripping over the huge shoes my feet were swimming in so went ahead and purchased. I’ll be looking for another store to purchase my shoes for now on out.Very disappointed and shocked with the lack of care. I’ve actually tripped over these huge shoes which the physical therapist was extremely concerned over. I have fallen twice. This is serious when one has had two knee replacements and a hip replacement.

I have been a runner nearly all my life and have been to many specialty running stores. The selection of shoes in this store and level of service are fantastic. There have been great clearance deals pretty much every time Ive been in. Theyre return policy is also great if you find you dont like the shoe after running a few miles in them.

This is my favorite running shop. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The Littleton location has free mini-cupcakes from the bakery next door on Saturdays.

Excellent service and I can always count on a great fit, but prices are significantly higher than other retail sources. $140 for Adidas, but only $80 on Amazon.

After taking up running again, I went it to B.R.C. and was fitted for a pair of shoes, after receiving the video analysis. Having wider feet, they were able to provide me a great selection of choices, and I couldnt be happier with the pair we settled on. Not only did I run my first Bolder Boulder in 25 years, but I went on to run my very first marathon last year!

They were so helpful! They were able to get my brother a quality shoe at a sale price.

Ive been a gym rat my whole life and this place is up to par; no know-it-all staff, I wasnt looked at like a beginner or noob (although that probably varies with what time you go in), the lady who helped me was very focused on ME and not other people, I got great running shoes out of the whole thing and I was in-and-out in less than 30min.The shoes I got feel great (so far). They have a good 30 day money back policy so if you dont like the shoes for whatever reason, send em back.I pronate a bit and the lady got my shoes that fix that. I love my Hokas so far!

I was bummed to find out my favorite orthotics are no longer carried here, BUT the salesperson who assisted me was awesome and patient. She looked to see what my foot needed and listened to me. She brought out at least 10 different orthotics until we found the right one.

Sure you can get a pair of shoes for a few dollars less online, but the investment in the BRC is totally worth it. First off, they perform a biomechanical visual assessment of your running gait to determine your stride and they will fit you based on what they see. Not to mention, the service here is unparalleled. I purchased a pair of Brooks several months ago but after I was able to run greater than a few miles, they started hurting my feet. I brought them in to ask what I could do and the manager swapped them out for a brand-new pair! I totally wasnt expecting that! What a great place...you wont find that online or at a big-box retailer! Thank you BRC!!!
