I really enjoyed the Rocky mountain chocolate factory, had a very good selection of chocolates. The very nice people behind the counter were happy to see us and even gave us some free samples without us asking. The chocolate is bit expensive, but is very high quality.

Not very delicious, chocolate is very generic tasting and not a single thing made me say Wow! I have to come back.

Terrible experience, the lady ignored my son and I while using her cell phone. I had to say hi to her to get some help. Even after I got her attention, she walked away again as if what I needed wasn’t important. I went in there to find some good quality chocolates to share with my family so I reluctantly made a purchase, which costed more than $27 with tax! I asked for 4 bear claws and a small package of chocolate covered bing cherries. What a “rip off!” The chocolate was not fresh! They used to be great; years ago! Too bad! 🙁

Customer service was great, fresh apples, really great chocolate.

Costumer service is horrible. The cashier was yelling at us because she took the stem out of the apple and we didnt see it. So we went back in the store and asked her she was yelling saying I PUT THE **** APPLE IN THE BAG, I CUT THE APPLE. WHERES YOUR BAG. And we just asked if she put the apple in the bag

Lady was rude, prices were high, chocolate was the worst I have ever had. It was disgusting. Id rather eat generic dollar store chocolate.

I can’t have sugar for medical reasons and when I ordered sugar free toffee the lady said but it’s sugar free and gave the most digested face she could muster. Fire her please, she stayed on the phone the whole time on a personal call and acted offended we wanted to buy something.

I felt the customer service was extremely lacking. I was wasting their time with a small order apparently. Get your sweets from sweet folks... find a better chocolate shoppe!

I went here to get my wife some chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines Day from the store at SW Plaza. The main issue is that the strawberries were not ripe. They were dunked in so much chocolate that it pooled around the strawberry and was very hard to bite into very thick, hardened chocolate. The strawberries were not decorated and just thrown into a paper bag. Overall just did not look good, will not be back.
