I had an issue with my window not rolling up anymore. Stopped in without and appointment and John took a look at the window right away. He said I needed a new regulator and motor. He was able to put the window up so I could at least lock it and have the window up. Came back and he installed the new regulator and motor. Cleaned up the glue left on the window frame from the tape. Great Customer service and I would highly recommend.

We have been there twice now to have windshield chips repaired. Professional, friendly, and very reasonable prices. I had tried to get an appointment at another well known place in town and couldnt get through to a real person, tried their website which wasnt working, and when it did work I got a quote that was more than double what Premium Auto Glass charges. We will definitely be giving Premium Auto Glass all of our business!

Top notch auto glass service right here. Sarah is awesome and handles problems better then most. Scheduling under hard times is painless. I made a week in advanced appointment, drove 15 miles arrive, and tell me after I arrive they dont have my windshield glass, why couldnt have told me before I drove through two cities to get there. Reimbursed for gas would have been nice, but I just got a half a sorry from them. I will never use, or recommend them and will let people know how they treat their, so called customers.

I can see clearly now! This is the 3rd or 4th time Ive used Premium Auto Glass. Every time they have been courteous & gone out of their way to make sure the job got done (and done right) everytime. While I have used their mobile service every time the first time there was an issues that required me to take the vehicle to the shop after work on a Friday (not their fault or mine).They got me in & out even though it was the end of the day. Also while the first few time were covered under insurance, this time it was out of my pocket & the final price was $50-$100 less than I was quoted when I set up the appointment. I cant say enough good about them & how theyve treated me unlike their highly known competitor who couldnt bother to call me back for about 1 week after they initially got the wrong glass.

Two different people recommended Premium Auto Glass to me for my cracked windshield. Their service rep Kathy was friendly, easy to work with, and quickly coordinated with my insurance. and scheduled the work at the shop (they also offer a mobile service). I found the shop staff to be friendly and the windshield was replaced within an hour. It looks brand new and they were even able to save and re-apply my E470 and State Parks decals. Great job!

Windshield chip repair, did not get a good result for the windshield chip repair, but they refunded my money.

I came in a few weeks ago just to pick up my friend who was getting their windshield replaced and happened to ask about chip repair. They looked at the chip and had my car pulled in within minutes. The repair wasn’t perfect because I took so long to get it fixed, but they did their best. Everyone was super friendly and respectful. I’ll be going to them for all my auto glass needs from now on.

I wish every business operated like Premium auto glass… I’ve been going there for years and they are always incredibly kind and professional + they know how to work with insurance companies and they even explain what they’re doing and why they’re doing it… Their work is Superior. They are simply the best in the business.

The staff here was awesome! We needed windshields for 2 vehicles. They took care of us at every step; from walking me through the claims process to install appointments at different locations. My Range Rover glass was special order and needed a special trim piece on the interior which needed additional time to arrive. They didnt wait until the last minute to notify me. Excellent communication throughout. I will be back. I recommend you give them a chance as well.

After picking up my car and drive into the sun there were smudges, streaks and dirty glass. No one even made and attempt to clean this glass before I picked it up.

This is the second time I’ve used them and both times I have been completely satisfied. They come to your house, do a great job, and it’s way more affordable than some of the bigger names (Safe lite). They even vacuumed my car. John is wonderful (so sweet & had dog cookies. The customer service is great, the four technicians that I have met were really helpful and polite. I highly recommend this place!

Premium Auto Glass is the WORST company I have ever delt with (I would like to rate them 0 stars honestly). To make it a short story, the tech named Jose out of Centennial, Colorado should be fired immediately. First, he would not admit to deeply scratching my dashboard, proceeded to call me a douche bag and left skid marks in my business parking lot. I am very upset the way the tech handled the situation so immaturity. I am in the process of dealing with management... Updates to come .. But as of now, if you want it your windshield replaced correctly (and with no damage to your vehicle) go to a professional company, not this joke of a business.

EXTREMELY RUDE! Called to try to get a quote and and asked some questions about the type of windshield I would like the replaced and the lady was so rude, when I asked her about why she was being so rude, she hung up on me. Just lost my business! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Took my 2018 CX-5 Mazda to have my windshield replaced do two severe weather.They were unable to correctly take the remote start antenna off of my windshield they butchered it.They also busted my home link rear view mirro!😭😠😡Highly suggest you find somewhere else to take your brand new vehicle so that it will not be destroyed.

I was working here as a trainee.Today my manager tells me to f off and threw paperwork in my face. Belittled me in front of fellow coworkers. For someone whose been in a management position for as long as he has. I was blown away on how he acted and how I was being treated. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Premium has repaired my windshield chips for several years and has done two windshield replacements. They have been friendly, fast, and on time.

The receptionist was rude and hung up on me. When I called back she immediately put me on hold without asking. They actually deserve a negative star.

Set up a morning installation. I called at 9:40 to say I hadnt had a call from the install person and was told they will call. By noon I still hadnt heard anything. They said the installer was on his way. I told them I scheduled a morning install for a reason, Ill find another company.

I have tried for 3 days to get a windshield replaced at this location. They keep promising to return my call, but no one calls. I have called 5 times in 3 days. I will go somewhere else that values my business. These people are idiots.
