A big shout out for James for his excellent customer service. I have had a hard time getting call backs regarding quotes and installation of mirrors. When I called again, and was lucky enough to have James answer the phone, all of my questions and concerns were handled right away. He did everything he said he would do including calling me back. If you need glass cut and can pick it up, this place can get it done. Anything that involves service though is a mess. I had a very simple order to repair two single pane windows that took 3 months to settle, hours of my time, multiple reschedules and no-shows, daily calls into their office to keep them working on my project, multiple invoice complications, lost papers etc. I spent significantly more time and stress using this company that I would have doing the work myself. They are great people that seem very nice, but their systems and service are unprofessional and just a mess.

DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL RUIN YOUR PROJECT. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD

First, this’s the first time for me to write a review for any company. These guys at Colorado Glass were great, friendly, fast, and best pricing. I called them for a custom size dining table glass and they got it done and ready for pick up within less than 2 hours from the time I called them. Highly recommended. Great job guys. Thank you.

I needed a double pane window replaced but I needed an estimate first. So I called this company, I talked to a male that was really not sure on most anything but after a few minutes of prying he did say that someone would come out between 10 and 2 pm but they would call first. Well, no one came or called me so I called them, then I was told by a female, they would try to fit me in and someone would call with a time by the end of the day, you guessed it no one ever called me. This is not customer service, Im not sure what is is but this company does not need the business I guess. To bad I have to give them any stars!

We had replacement windows done by Colorado Glass Co over a year ago and some of the replacement windows have leaked from the first hard rain! They came out and said they were fixed until the next storm, where they continued to leak! Frustrated we called just about a month ago and to have them come out and repair the same old leaks! Now they say their year warranty has expired! They even went as far as to say they sent out a technician and tried to bill us! Today is 7/16/2018! A heavy rain just came through and lo and behold...our windows are leaking a whole lot of water!!! We absolutely do not recommend this company… Save your money and look elsewhere for a reputable company who will honor their installation for more than a year...especially when they’ve been here several times to fix what they never done correctly in the first place!!!! Zero stars, if I was able! :(

Good place to get quality glass an glass products

Painful to deal with all around. Sent me a quote by email and I responded and asked several times when they could come out. Never responded to the emails, had to call - 2017 READ YOUR EMAIL. Finally gave me an appointment between 11-1 so I rearranged a number of work meetings to stay home and work from home just to get a call in the morning saying they would be there between 2 and 3. I would have gone to work in the morning if I knew it would be that late. People dont have time to sit around all day and wait for you to show up. A two hour window in the middle of the day is bad enough, not making that window is worth never using you again.

Horrible, horrible, horrible company. Even when I went to pay the bill I was accosted by an old lady with serious attitude. She was snotty, rude, obnoxious, and so unprofessional that I left without paying the bill. She was more interested in her attitude than getting paid.

Fast and friendly service, repaired a chip in my windshield while I was waiting for my car to dry Car Wash Water works on the corner of Lincoln and 3rd Ave in downtown Denver.
