Purchased an xc90 hybrid and from start to finish, the people at McDonald were impressive. The car itself is elegant inside and out. The ride is extremely comfortable, it handles really well and the quality reinforces the safety Volvo is known for. There are more amenities than I know what to do with, and while most of it is intuitive, the guys at McDonald are patient with me as I am figuring out the rest of it. They truly make you feel like part of the family. (the part of the family you actually like) I don’t frequently make referrals, but I would not hesitate to endorse this SUV or the dealership.
McDonald Volvo is very customer oriented. My 18 year old had to take the car in for service. She was treated extremely well and with respect as I have been throughout the years. They communicated with me about repairs that were needed, provided an immediate quote and sent a form allowing me to approve via email. The process was seamless. McDonald Volvo is THE BEST.
I was pretty happy At McDonald Volvo during the initial part of my lease. But beware end of lease issues with this dealership and Volvo Financial Services. Turning in my car to them was an expensive nightmare. Volvo got a third party inspection of my car which assessed excess wear and tear charges of over $2000.These were little tiny, dings from cars bumping my doors in the parking lot. Little scratches. Minor cosmetic issues which I would say were normal wear and tear unless you never park in a communal parking lot.Volvo offered to waive everything if I stayed with them and leased another car. I couldnt see what my next vehicle choice had to do with charging me a huge amount for normal wear and tear on my existing car.So I decided not to get a new lease from them.Thats when things really went south. I chose to get all repairs done at less than 1/2 the Volvo quoted price at a local body shop. When we turned in the car, McDonald Volvo never shared to Volvo Financial Services that all the dents and also brand new tires had already been taken care of. So Volvo Financial sent me a final bill for over $2K. When I called to get this resolved they said it was my job to communicate to them any repairs that had been done. I tried to reach someone at McDonald Volvo, but...well...good luck with that. So after over 3 hours of being on hold and waiting and faxing and emailing and calling, then waiting an additional 4 days for processing, I was finally able to get Volvo Financial to see that the work at had already been completed and we were finally squared up.I always lease my cars, I have gone through the turn in process many many times. Its usually seamless. Car companies want this I assume so as to not leave a bad taste in your mouth. This was the first Volvo I ever leased, and they make a decent car. Its not outstanding, but it is decent. But to say the turn in process in painful would be an understatement, especially once they know you are going to keep using their products.Sad to say, but thats the last Volvo for me.
This is an old school car dealer that still puts a high $695 dealer fee on transactions. Even though they need to come into the 21st Century, they are still a family run operation and seem to have a lot of integrity and I have no complaints about our buying experience. The Service team that thoroughly inspects and repairs used vehicles before they go on the lot does a great job actually repairing any issues and not just covering them up like some dealers. Even though I paid more than I budgeted, especially purchasing a service contract through one of the other McDonalds Dealerships to get factory coverage, I am a happy customer and in the end, that is what is important.
My experience purchasing the car was fine. My issue has been with the finance department with respect to my cars title. I bought the car 8 months ago and still have not been able to register my car because they have not received the correct title information to send to the DMV. The process is the dealership sends the title information to the DMV, and the DMV sends me a postcard with the correct info for me to register my car. After my first temporary plate expired, I called the DMV and they told me they got the wrong information from the dealership and sent them a response back asking for the correct info. I then called the dealership and explained what I was told and they assured me I was mistaken but said the DMV is at fault for being slow and gave me another temporary plate. Next plate expires, same thing happens, call the DMV, tell me same info, I call dealership and they explain again that I am mistaken. I only get one temporary plate renewal from the dealership and must purchase my own through the DMV going forward. Shortly after this, the department realizes they never received the title from my car from who they purchased it from, but a wrong title, and apologizes for this, and are attempting to get the correct title from the previous seller. Im insulted that it took about 5 months for them to take me for my word and defaulted to thinking I didnt know what I was talking about. This could have been resolved much sooner if they listened. I also asked them to confirm with me when they received the title multiple times and they have not responded. My third temporary title has now expired and I will need to purchase a forth from the DMV. Im tired of chasing down the dealership just for them to do their job, the least they could do is cover the cost of my temporary plates until this is resolved.
Final Update 7/6/2021: A bumpy start but an amicable resolution with McD Volvo (McDV)Mr. Matt C. called 2 weeks back as a happy surprise after an annoying phone call with another McDV staff. It was heartening to see Matts initiative to have the car picked up and dropped off - addressing all the outstanding concerns from the initial purchase (car detailing, tire pressure/sensors, engine oil, checking the car for issues). They didnt have to, but they also topped off the gas tank. Matt was also sending me updates if there were any delays - and made coordinating much smoother. Matt also sent the updated info to help with DMV title registration. While I have mixed sentiments as a customer only due to the effort it took to resolve the issues, it is reassuring that the senior staff at McDV took action. Unlike other staff, Matt never even mentioned taking down my review - which makes me value him more as a person.The previous updates are summarized from the original post, and preserved only for context. It isnt meant to hurt the business intentionally. Hopefully, customers keep considering McDV for their cars, but also inform themselves from the experiences of other people to make the purchase smooth.Update: 6/8/21It just keeps getting worse. Went to DMV today and found out that McDV sent DMV wrong title info. DMV has sent McDV a mail on 5/13/21, and almost a month later still waiting to hear back. What is worse, I called McDV twice in last 2 weeks, and both times they insisted that McDV did NOT hear from the DMV, and have no idea what is going on. I didnt receive the temporary extension via email despite two reminders.Phone number from Robert (see reply from McD V) goes to an voicemail with no call back. Original woes of car purchase are yet to be addressed.UPDATE - 4/29/21Matt called after updating the review, and promised getting back after talking to manager. As expected, no follow up.- After repeated reminders, even the engine oil was not changed as the sales rep claims.This is shocking and contrary to impression of fellow reviewers. The sales/promises of McDonald Volvo failed on all accounts - Reliability, Value of a dealers word, timeliness, empathy, or the basics - clean the car and refill the air in the tires before car delivery. Not to mention - I noted these problems in my first visit and reminded them in future calls/text. The pictures here are from the morning after car delivery with timestamps._original review_1) Initial sales: On Carfax, McD V didnt indicate the dealer fees anywhere. This added 12% to the cost of the car before taxes.2) During the test drive, we reported low tire pressure. Another rep takes the car, and somehow returns with lower pressure than before. We emphasize this, and categorically mention to check the tire pressure sensors and tires. Nothing! See the pictures to note the air pressure at which we received the car (32-33 instead of 38).3) Unlike other dealers $5k on credit card, McD V does only $2.5k. As a sales rep and their finance officer explained on two different occasions, it is so that the customer cant just call our banks to stop payment, and get a free car. Maybe, other dealers trust/value their customers more. Even trying to escalate the request to the Director - was refused in an instant without caring to know more about the customer or their situation.4) We agree to purchase the car and confirm that McDonald will deliver the car next day. No follow up, or response to my messages left with the staff on phone for the next 2 days. The car was still on the inventory for sale. If another customer wanted the car, they would have got it.2 days later, McDV staff kept insisting to return to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pickup the car - after we agreed for car delivery on the day we confirmed that we will buy.5) The car is full of pet hair - never cleaned or detailed (see pictures). After repeated reminders to please have the car cleaned and detailed.
Samuel Gardea is probably the best salesmen I have ever purchased a car from. Good person and didn’t try to cheat me like other dealerships/sales people do. I trusted him and he got me a great deal. Initially I wasn’t aware that Polestar was a thing. After doing comparisons of the Polestar and other all-electric offerings and doing test drives of multiple vehicles I decided this was the car for me. Key factors include: this car drives, looks, and feels like a car. It doesn’t look or feel like someone had an idea for what a space-car would look like. Sitting in it and driving it, you wouldn’t know it was electric. It’s just a nice car. Also nice is that it doesn’t have a million options. I get concerned when auto makers have so many options it becomes difficult to know if every option you selection have been adequately tested prior to delivery.
It is always a joy to work with the exceptional staff at McDonald Volvo service. I have owned 4 Volvos in the past 20 years and every one has been in every 5000 miles for service, except the brand new one which now goes 10K between services. We are always treated with respect and every detail of the services is explained in full. The service manager Tim Wilt is the best in the business and has always been there for me even at 4pm on Friday if I had an issue to ensure I was safe and happy driving these fine cars. Would not go anywhere else for Volvo service as no one knows these complex cars better than them!!!! My service manager Joe has always been there to take care of everything the car needs to remain in top running shape!

Great fast service with a smile. Did it all while I waited. With COVID it was hard to get in right at the 10,000 Miles but they serviced the car anyways with a small notation that it may effect warranty repairs in the future.

I had been looking for a specific color and trim XC90 for a while, having already lost one car while working with another dealer. I inquired about the car I wanted and, within minutes, was contacted by a sales rep. We made a time to see the car and it was mine! The sales rep (Sam) was knowledgeable, understanding of my situation and did not push at all. When we returned to finalize the purchase, he walked us through all the steps and sat with me for at least 20 minutes helping familiarize me with my new vehicle. Easy, respectful, fun and convenient. We will be customers for life!

Patrick the salesperson was really personable, and responded promptly any time I had a question. The McDonald finance manager was super straightforward and helpful; process was quick. I had to wait a bit to pick up my car after purchasing because it was one I had to have and the dealership had not had any time to do an inspection or detail prior to my purchase. But everything worked out splendidly in the end and I went home smiling in my new purchase. In fact prior to this car, my previous purchase years ago of a Chevy Traverse was also done through a now closed McDonald Auto location.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. I tried to purchase a new car here three times over two weeks and the incompetent service department could not get the car ready. I was told over and over that the car is ready and then I would show up and it would have issues. It would be a scary thought to rely on this service department to fix my Volvo. Throughout the sales process I had two sales managers (Micah and Matt) flat out lie to me. When I called them on their lie, they would come up with excuses and tell me they are right, and I am wrong – still sticking to their lies. This is the kind of management at this dealership, absolutely no integrity and zero customer service. It’s too bad as we really liked the car, but this dealership is the definition of poor customer service and gives Volvo a horrible name.
Great service team. Fixed my issue and provided a video update from the service tech, which was a first for me. Great job and will be back for my Volvo service needs.

My wife and I leased an XC-90 this weekend from McDonald and could not be happier with our sales associate Tristan and the General Manager Rob. Both bent over backwards to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted with features that were important to us as well as the price we needed. Tristan was informative and helpful finding us the best match for our needs and desires and Rob was a wizard when it came to getting the numbers right. We are so grateful to both of them. I will say the finance associate (Chad?) was really aggressive and pushed hard for the sale. This was a complete 180 from the way Rob and Tristan approached our deal and kind of caught us off guard. However, overall, we are thrilled about how well everything went and could not be happier with our vehicle. Thanks Rob and Tristan!
I left a VW dealership (not McDonald VW) in a bad mood. I had a horrible time with the sales consultant. I left after 5 minutes. I went to Volvo since I was familiar with the brand and I had such a great experience from start to finish. I totaled my VW Jetta and needed a car a soon as possible. I wanted a car similar size as my Jetta. Patrick was the best. He showed me a 2021 AWD S60 that I absolutely loved. I leased it ASAP. Micah the sales manager was great too. He was fun to chat with and did the preliminary paperwork super quickly. Reid the finance manager was awesome. Again, paperwork was quick and he was super informative the whole time. The overall energy was nice. I waited in the customer lounge for a few minutes and everyone from the service advisors, technicians, and other Volvo owners waiting for their cars to be serviced smiled and were in great moods.Patrick, Micah, and Reid were super personable and have great attitudes. 10/10 recommend. I can’t wait to take my S60 to the mountains this ski season :)

Excellent service following a vehicle purchase
My Acura lease was coming to an end and after much research, I knew I wanted a newer Volvo XC90 certified pre-owned. Unfortunately, my local Volvo dealer did not have what I was looking for. I started looking online in other states willing to fly in and drive back for the right vehicle. An XC90 that fit my needs came available at McDonald Volvo. I was pleased when I called McDonald Volvo and Ryan T. answered my call. He was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions, took photos and most importantly followed up in a helpful way. I was counting on his photos and honest description, since I was purchasing the car sight unseen. I can imagine he gets lots of calls that dont lead anywhere, so I really appreciated that he took me seriously (knowing I was not local) and put in the time that I needed in order to make this purchase decision without being there in person. From that point, everyone I came in contact with was friendly and did what they said they would. Grady handled the financial transaction and purchase paperwork. He was great to work with! Once Im in the market to buy again, I would come back to McDonald Volvo. Communication was timely and professional. They ended up shipping my Volvo to me. It was as described and I LOVE my Volvo XC90. It drives beautifully!! I would highly recommend McDonald Volvo and their team.
I found a volvo xc90 online that I really liked from McDonald Volvo. I found a very similar one at another dealership in New Hampshire. I live in Chicago and needed to buy a new car asap as my other car was totaled in an accident. I reached out to both dealerships to help me figure out numbers and monthly payments and what not. The New Hampshire XC90 was overall a couple thousand dollars cheaper than McDonalds XC90 but it didnt have all the bells and whistles that the McDonald one did. After reaching out to both dealerships, McDonald took my requests and questions seriously (and answered them all) while the other dealership just kind of blew me off. They kept telling me that my monthly payments would be way higher on the cheaper XC90 than the McDonald one which made no sense as I would putting down the same amount of money in both scenarios. It wasnt just a couple bucks, it was a major difference. After asking why, they basically told me it is what it is. At that moment I decided that I would purchase the more expensive Volvo from McDonald. I appreciate that Volvo took my time and requests seriously. They valued my time while the other dealership didnt. After I decided I was going with the XC90 at McDonald, I had a million more questions for the salesman. I worked with salesman Ryan who was the nicest guy ever. Being an out of town buyer, he answered every single question I asked no matter how dumb it was. His rapid response to my inquires were greatly appreciated. Once we got down to a monthly payment number I was comfortable with I decided to fly to Denver to buy the XC90. McDonald Volvo sent a car to pick my brother and I up from the airport and bring us to the dealership. The process couldnt have been easier. There were no surprises or gimmicks or anything. It was just smooth. Ryan had told me that they had just put new summer tires on the car but offered to swap them out for me for free with all season tires. I test drove the car, it was everything I thought it would be and BAM I bought it! Great overall experience! Super Easy! Everyone was so nice! Even later on after I got home, they are still very helpful. Now its not easy in the state of IL to get license plates when you buy a car from out of state. Rocco the finance manager has been an amazing help getting this license plate issue taken care of. Always quick to respond to my email, sent me new temp plates when mine were expiring. This is my first Volvo and I got to say it has been a great experience. The staff there has been a great help! I would def come back to McDonald Volvo again. Thanks everyone!

Leased my last car from there March 2021. I thought the dealership was nice, my salesperson Ryan was excellent, not too pushy or dismissive of our needs. The back office was clean with comfortable chairs. I liked the snacks and drinks they had for my kids. It is not as nice as Kuni Lexus inside where it has a Barista bar, library, massage chairs but the service area and all other areas were nice Scandinavian design.
They were able to overnight my parts and get them installed and repaired the next morning. The cost of the labor was fair, and they even ordered a non-Volvo part to get the cost down on my alternator.
I got my Volvo there in 2015 and always go there for everything. These guys are great. All McDonald dealerships are actually above and beyond the competition. The services are priced better than other dealerships and the quality and service is there as well. I would highly recommend McDonald dealerships as I have Hyundai and a Volvo from them

My husband and I just recently worked with McDonald Volvo Cars to purchase our 2018 Honda Odyssey with them. We were working with them from a different state and Aucencio, the salesman working with us, was such a great help in providing us documents, videos, pictures, extensive walk throughs via video of the vehicle so that we knew exactly what we would be purchasing. Aucencio answered every question that we had and even worked passed hours to help meet our needs. They worked with us with our price and budget and were also willing to reimburse us for a second key that was missing on their end. My husband drove to Colorado to finalize the purchase and they were very accommodating with my husband being the only one able to drive there to sign paperwork. Overall, we had a great experience purchasing with them and received superb customer service!
I share this information to those of you who may be looking at purchasing a Volvo in the Denver area. I had a truly stressless and comfortable experience with a recent purchase of a new Volvo at McDonald Volvo in Littleton, CO. The sales rep was very professional and attentive while being very informed about the various vehicles and builds offered. Samuel G, my rep, was particularly attentive and patient with my abundant questions and phone/texts. Never did I feel pushed nor that he did not have all the time in the would to help me in my decisions. He is a gentle man and a gentleman. I suggest you request him if you use Mcdonalds. The rest of the staff were also helpful and supportive. I have been purchasing Mercedes Benz for 20 years and have not experienced that from those dealers. A shout out to McDonalds..
We were traveling and our battery died and we needed a new battery. Rick Ruybal a Service Advisor at McDonald Volvo listened to our situation and found a way to work us into their service queue. Bill Turpin our Service Technician did an excellent job of analyzing the battery issue and identified several other items that needed attention. Bill explained the issues thoroughly and showed us the items in the video he sent us. Rick contacted us and we had the all service items taken care of. Rick was courteous, very helpful and professional in handling our service needs. I could not be more pleased with the service. Rick and Bill are assets to McDonald Volvo.

I found the car I was interested in at 2230 and I received a prompt reply from the dealership that evening. The sales team was very responsive and thoroughly answered my questions. I decided to buy the car and flew down to Denver to close the purchase. The dealership offered to pick me up at the airport or reimburse my Uber expenses. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt like I was their most important customer. The dealership facility itself was warm and welcoming. The paperwork was done quickly. I was thoroughly acquainted with the car by staff in a private delivery room. I was out the door on my 9 hour drive home after slightly more than an hour.This is my 4th Volvo. Frankly, I expect excellent service when I go to a Volvo dealership but this dealership seems to go the extra mile. I dont want to use names without permission but Ill simply assume they have set a high standard for themselves and all their staff are a part of that program or they wouldnt be there.I obviously havent utilized their service and maintenance side of the house but I will. Ill report back on that, I usually go to a dealer in Minnesota but I feel like they have earned the privilege to service my car so I will give them that opportunity when I am in Denver.I wish all dealerships were run the way they appear to be.

Our 2019 Volvo XC90 T8 R has been a joy to drive. While there were issues early on, Joe and Randall worked hard to resolve the issue to the point of bringing in Volvo specialists who were able to fix the problem. What is nice for us is the ability to contact Joe with questions that arise regarding this technology advanced vehicle. As we are Grownups we continue to learn the intricacies of this machine.A huge thanks to Joe Gannatto for his advice and guidance and Randall who provides excellent care for our car.
Just moved to CO coming from a 1st rate Volvo dealership in Omaha - Gorges Volvo. At McDonald Volvo, I loved the video overview with the Techs. This is about as transparent as it gets, which is TOTALLY OPPOSITE of the traditional experience (for me).Service Team was slammed but remained very personable and attentive.So glad to have had a first experience that did not leave me feeling unsettled. Car was actually delivered a few weeks ago but wanted to get some road time in before reviewing. TLDR: first internet car purchase and everything was handled professionally with some above and beyond service.Id never bought a car online before and was a bit nervous that Id end up with issues to deal with that I might have caught if Id been on site. But a NC to CO shopping trip was not happening, and I was having trouble finding the car I wanted so I took the plunge.Patrick Flaherty, the sales guy, made sure I had every question answered, offered to do live video walk around and also took a pre-load video so if anything happened during shipment Id have a record. Also, he made sure I got two keyfobs which any Volvo used car buyer knows is awesome and rare for some reason. (Do original owners have keepsake boxes of key fobs?)But heres the part that I thought was a number one why you can trust this dealership event. There was someone ahead of me looking at the car and they sent someone on site to do an inspection. They found an issue that had been missed in detailing. McDonald could have just sold me the car and Id have been none the wiser. Patrick actually let me know about the issue, said theyd take care of it, but wanted to make sure I was ok with that and still wanted the car.Anyway, Ive been driving it fore a few weeks and, as I always do with a new to me used car, had it checked out by my mechanic its in great shape....and great fun to drive! Id trust these guys with a remote purchase again in the future.
I have been servicing my car there ever since we purchased a used Volvo out of state. You would think I bought it from McDonald. Top notch service! Joe Giannotto has been absolutely wonderful to work with! You wont be disappointed.
We had a great experience leasing a new Volvo this past weekend. The sales person, Bob S., was extremely proactive (even helping us remove the roof box from our trade-in). The negotiation process was quick and the finance staff was not pushy at all.
Very pleasant experience with the staff at this dealership, we have bought from them before and came back for a second time when they had a vehicle we were interested in. The sales rep Tristan was very helpful in locating and showing the car I was there to check out. He was very relaxed and outgoing in helping getting a appraisal for my trade in. Didnt end up reaching a deal but would recommend going to this dealership if they have a car you want.

Sam Gardea is a great guy and very good at helping you find the car you want. He is diligent and patient and doesnt give up. He is very knowledgable and you can tell he really likes what he does so it makes him really good at his job. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a Volvo.
We’ve had our cars serviced/maintained at McDonald Volvo since moving here from the SF Bay Area 2 years ago. The experience has been incredible. They maintain excellent maintenance records on our 2 vehicles, and keep us informed on any ‘developing’ conditions that need to be addressed. Our Service Writer, Christopher Maydeck, has been especially proactive with service recommendations, appointment reminders, securing a ride, or just making sure we’re accommodated in the customer lounge. The mechanics take good care of our cars, with all ‘findings’ and diagnoses run by us for approval before work begins. The vehicles are always returned to us in great shape, along with a complementary wash.

My wife and I went into the McDonald Volvo dealership at 6:20 on a Wednesday night. We walked around the exterior and looked at their used car selection and went inside to try and find someone to help us. We were never greeted, we were never able to find a sales associate and we walked the lot for about 20-25 minutes. My wife really wanted a Volvo for her new company car but this experience definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. She contacted their fleet department via email a week ago and we haven’t heard a word from them either. Pretty disappointed with the level of service.
We have dealt with the service department on many occasions. We don’t go anywhere else. My husband insists on going here even as we drive by another Volvo Dealership to get there. On two separate occasions we have had the opportunity to deal with Carl in the auto parts section. On one occasion he helped my husband with purchasing the correct part, after he had purchased the incorrect part online. He commented on how straight forward and almost too honest he was. He likes that when dealing with car people since they have been known to be untrustworthy. Carl even gave him a discount, I’m sure because he felt bad for my husband even though it was my husbands mistake. On another occasion he helped me with some not needed but very much wanted accessories for my car and even offered to help out them in my car. People like him are the reason we drive as far as we do. Thanks again we won’t take our business anywhere else.

From beginning to end the service that I received starting with General manager, Rob M., the sales manager, Dan W., and my paperwork signing with the Finance manager, Inna Z. made my purchase of the XC60 a very rewarding experience. I very rarely write reviews for anything, but I feel compelled because my experience was so poor that it’s important to me to share. If I could give their service department lower than 1 star I would. I love Volvo because of the overall customer experience and don’t mind paying a little extra because of that. I’m on my second XC90 since 2016 and have no plans of leaving the Volvo family but I will not return to this dealership for service. Incompetent, and lacking in the foundations of human interaction would be a short and to the point way of describing my experience. Also the contact phone numbers listed on their website are inaccurate, Google as well. Wouldn’t you think that would be a customer experience priority to update your contact numbers immediately? Par for the course with the guys. Don’t waste your time with service here. Not sure how their sales department is, but it seems like they have a management problem in general. Drive a little further to somewhere like Rickenbaugh would be my recommendation.

On Saturday I had the best car buying experience of my life. And it was unexpected. From when Marien first picked up the call to schedule my test drive to the way the GM and Finance Manager helped see the sale through. It was really exceptional.

Cant speak highly enough of the whole McDonald team, and especially Tristan Cassilwatts in sales. Tristan was excellent throughout my entire leasing process, and I had a relatively complicated process. He went above and beyond, called back when he said he would, gave accurate answers, and did as much as possible remotely/in advance. When we finally came into the dealership to finalize the lease and pick up the car, it was a simple and painless process.
I’ve purchased or leased over 12 cars, the last 5 were all Volvo’s, last 4 from McDonald off Broadway. Rob the GM and Aucencio from Sales are the BEST, most honest and hard working I’ve encountered in the industry. I’ll never buy another from anyone else as long as those two are working there.
My wife and I were between a rock and a hard place looking for reliable transportation. I bring my car from Colorado Springs up to Littleton for all of my Volvo service. They are absolutely the best Volvo service department I have been to. I love the cleanliness of their shop, customer service and professionalism of the entire team here. Shawn is my service advisor and kept me informed on all of my service being performed and they even had the service tech send me a video of the work being performed on my vehicle.
Tristan, Rob, Inna, and the staff at McDonald Volvo were kind and helpful during the process of leasing my new XC40. The pandemic, mask-wearing, and social distancing requirements make things a little awkward for everyone, but they made it easy to decide to stick with Volvo. They worked around my difficult schedule as a nurse working at two hospitals, and provided me with a very fair price for the exact vehicle that I wanted. Volvo also has a generous first responder program that is greatly appreciated. I love my new SUV and look forward to testing it out in the snow soon.
This was one of the best experiences of buying a new vehicle that me and my wife have had. The staff was great they made it very easy and Tristan and Chad were fantastic to work with mostly because you could really feel that they enjoyed selling Volvos and were proud of their product. Everyone was courteous and professional at all times. I got my car in to the shop quickly, the repair was explained in detail and I picked up a clean, fixed car less than 24 hours later. I will definitely go back to McDonald’s service department for all of my car’s needs.

We had a great experience first working with Rob who scheduled a test drive for us through a web inquiry because the showroom is closed. He was informative and easy to talk to despite our face masks! We wanted to try a couple other brands so we left with all the information we needed. Two days later, I contacted Rob and he got our purchase underway that instant, even though it was after hours. He wasnt going to be on location the following day so he handed us over to Micah who was also informative, responsive throughout our texting, and very professional when we arrived to pick up our vehicle. Rob checked in later that afternoon. I highly recommend McDonald Volvo on Broadway. Aside from a great vehicle our entire transaction was seamless.
