Take it from experience, the owner (Wes) caters to only one niche... cheapskates with no desire to educate themselves on what a quality printing system is. Cheap labor, no official training, and he treats his employees horribly.1) Wes Crank has the attention span of a goldfish.2) He inserts tasks in the employees day to day that he can then use to fire them at anytime.3) Cheap toner, and if he still rebuilds the toners in shop, even cheaper.....just to name a few. Ill be very clear here, I worked for Wes at one time, and it was the worst experience I have had working in a professional field. Stay. Away. There are better companies in Little Rock with better deals, more training, happy and educated employees, and amazing service support.
