I have worked with Datamax for the last 6 years and it has been great. The staff are committed and provide excellent customer service. The device they provide are excellent and if any issues arise, the technicians are quick to provide resolutions. Very happy with Datamax.

We needed a new home office printer. We worked with Kristina Prichard...she was very helpful in assisting with what size we needed. Because of Covid, it took much longer to get delivery, but Kristina kept in contact with me as to the progress .The guys who did the installation were very knowledgeable and professional.

Datamax has always provided excellent customer service. Service calls almost always get same day service, but if not they are at my business the next day, at the lastest. Anything we need they have provided quickly and with the highest professionalism.

I purchased a printer for my small business. I had trouble printing and Datamax treated me like a million-dollar client. They troubleshooted and the problem wasnt solved with a remote session so I was scheduled for a tech visit. Later that day, I received a call from Tony, who had helped me remotely, and he had another idea. It worked! I love that he didnt just pass me off to the service department and forget about me, he continued to think about the problem and while at lunch he had an idea and it was the solution I needed. We just completed a purchase of two Canon Multifunction Copiers from Datamax. Our sales contact, Julie Robinson, did a great job getting us very competitive pricing on the copiers as well as insuring that we had the requisite features. Datamax delivered the copiers on time and the installation and knowledge transfer process was very smooth and timely thanks to Jeff Hockenberrys, Datamaxs installation technician, knowledge of the Canon products.
