Its a really beautiful shop, a whole lot of brand new motorcycles. Prices are comparable to other high end shops. Not sure I could afford a bike there.

The store is stocked with shiny new bikes. The clothing section was sad. Not a lot of anything to get your attention. No bargain racks. Everything else was high. I guess I should stick to the mom and pop, older shops.

For your Harley Davidson needs in the Little Rock Arkansas area. The service department is top notch, they were able to get a couple of our bikes serviced with tire replacement rather quickly. We explained to them we were traveling through the area, and they took the bikes right away. Thanks to the friendly staff, we had a great time and got back on the road in a couple of hours.
It is a harley dealership, but its just another poker chip to me.. I didnt personally have to deal with em but I watched first hand that they do not do the part of looking over trade ins and whatnot and taking part in fixing the problems before the turn around happens.. just seems to me like their in it for the sale, aka the money.. lives and safety are more important in my eyes.. the big wig tried to solve the problem, from what I witnessed, by cutting the price for a different bike, but that aint impressive, to me.. anyone, of that stature can do that, but can you bring back body parts or a life?!..... sad to see it from yet another harley dealership, but that makes it now #4 of the same situations 😥

I was absolutely amazed by the quality of service delivered by the staff at Rock City HD. I didnt even show up here to buy a bike; I went in with a buddy. After riding metric bikes my entire life, I was so impressed by the family like atmosphere and energy the staff had that I decided to switch to HD. I have been in the store almost every week to look around and hang out. This is absolutely the kind of place you want to do business with.
If I had my choice, I would drive a little bit farther, Texarkana Memphis, fortsmith, Southaven Mississippi, or up around Fayetteville before I ever bought another motorcycle Rock City

I purchased a 2021 street glide cvo from rock city Harley Davidson I had a great experience my sales guy Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the bikes even told me alot about the bike I didnt know and purchased me foot pegs costing a couple hundred bucks out his pockets as a gift and the manager gave me a $500 fift card and knocked 2500 off the price of the bike the entire process was done in 35 min.

I had my 2003 anniversary edition road king serviced and they were great. They pointed out some issues that were important that needed fixed. I recently went to Rock City with a friend. He was there to purchase a used bike. He looked at two bikes and decided on one. There were several people at the shop. It was a Saturday. Anyway, my friend had to wait for several others ahead of him to go through paperwork and whatnot. We arrived at 3:45PM. When the store closed at 6pm we were still there. We left around 8:30 pm.Since I was only there with someone, and not actually buying anything, I stayed in the customer waiting area. The staff, especially Lance, continued to check on me through the wait and even offered to comp me some merchandise for being such a good friend and patiently waiting. I was impressed. I took him up on the offer and got a coffee mug.My friend got his bike paperwork completed and we headed out the door. To be clear, I didnt buy ANYTHING but was so impressed with the friendly staff I wanted to write a review. My friend had a great experience as well and got a great deal on a 1 year old bike.

Not once did anyone pressure me into buying. Once I decided to purchase, I was walked through all steps of the process. I was introduced to the staff in accessories, parts, and service. I bought my very first motorcycle here 2 weeks ago and the entire process was a breeze. Martin was a fantastic help throughout the process and checked in every few days to make sure everything was running smoothly. I brought it into the service department to have some parts upgrades and Joe in service was been extremely helpful as well. You cant go wrong with Rock City HD!
Traveled around 3 1/2 hours to buy my 2020 Road Glide Limited from Rock City. The entire experience was awesome!!
