I do not know where the other review gets the idea that the people at Hillcrest Interiors are rude, because I found just the opposite. They have always been extremely polite to me and also very responsive to everything I have asked of them. They decorated my house a few years back and I have always gotten a lot of compliments on it. Marsha had all sort of ideas that I never thought of and gently pushed me to consider them. Her ideas always were innovative and spot on and pushed the cobwebs out of my head! When my house had a water damage problem this year, Hillcrest Interior worked with me to get the proper replacement costs of items that were damaged to send on to the insurance company and they were a valuable resource. I have learned to trust their work completely. Everything that they arranged to be installed or delivered to our house was done so in a very professional and pristine manner. I highly recommend this shop.
