While I love Pottery Barn, the staff weren’t very helpful at this location. Our sofa preferences weren’t in stock and it seemed like we were a nuisance. The selection here is pretty solid, could have used a better staff & salesperson to help us along the process.

We LOVE Pottery Barn. But more than the beautiful items, we love the customer service here. Even my husband wants to stop in and browse if we are passing by. Angel is our go to guy. We do not order online, only from the store, and only from Angel. He has really helped turn our place of residence into a home. Im pretty sure we are here every other week at least.

I called today about placing an order for delivery, didn’t even know how to order the item I wanted and they stayed with me until I could find the sku number for reordering the same sheets. I got everything I wanted over the phone and didn’t wait at all. I can’t ask for more. I wish I could come into the store, but I have three kids.

Ordered a leather sofa from Pottery Barn and have been very unhappy with it! I’ve called numerous times to complain and was told I’d receive an email with instructions to take pictures and send back but I never received the email. I was told several times that I’d get a call back but never got the call. Never buy from Pottery Barn! Not unless you like flat cushions because that’s what has happened! I’m not finished with them yet though BBB is next!

I dont know how to decorate anything. Interior design is not one of my skills. The staff at Pottery Barn were really helpful. I walked out of there with a better idea of what I can do with my living room. They also do free in-home design help so you cant beat that.

Pottery Barn is a mail order company that has tried to move into the physical store world but after all these years has never succeeded. Unless you are looking for a small item that they sell which you can get at the store Id stay clear. Of course you will pay a premium for something you can get a At Home or Home Goods for much less. There are also enough horror stories around (use Google) furniture orders where you should head these warning signs.If you happen to ignore that and go into this particular store you will get treated to a messy store, with lackluster help, and an amateur hour manager who has a you can take it or leave it attitude. I guess these managers never last long so there is little incentive to put in an effort. Maybe Pottery Barn doesnt pay well and can only find third rate talent. Im not sure. There are so many great options out there where you can get high quality furniture and home related goods for less expensive. Pottery Barn, especially the Little Rock store is basically irrelevant.

I walked and immediately saw a media cabinet perfect for our home. Priced at $999 it also had a 25% discounted furniture buy today label sitting right on the top. However, the small print said the 25% only applied to in stock items and they have no in stock furniture. Not only that, but to buy it, I would have also had to pay the $399 shipping fees to the store. So on the face of it, the anticipated price was $750 plus tax - reality is $1400 plus tax. How do they get away with this?

Horrible material and cheap fabrication. Had 3 piece modular bar set ordered and came in defective with front facing torn off and coloration 2 different tones. Have spent an hour and a half on the phone over 2 weeks and still have not resolved a return!

I had a problem at the local store and called customer service three times. A supervisor was supposed to call me but never did.I was checking out to purchase an item that had a big 40% off sign above it with the name of the item. The manager tore the sign down, threw it away and said it should have been removed and she wasn’t one bit nice to me. She never really spoke to me and the employee checking me out said that I had to pay full price. I have been a very good customer, but ready to take my business elsewhere and cancel my credit card with Potterty Barn!

I purchased a $200. outdoor umbrella. When i got ready to close the umbrella the lines inside the pole were stuck and I could not lower the umbrella. I went to the Little Rock store and the associate had a bad attitude and pretty much told me I purchase the umbrella as is...no warranties.I contacted customer service and filed my complaint. I have not heard back.I would think Pottery Barn would have better customer service especially when I spend thousands of dollars with them. I am disappointed, and I have lost my confidence in Pottery Barn.Deborah

Ordered over $10,000 worth of furniture from Pottery Barn. Every piece was delivered late, broken, or accidentally cancelled due to system error. All these months of payment plus interest and I still dont have all my furniture. No one can help...they just give you another 1-800 number to call and the cycle continues. Without a doubt the MOST AWFUL customer service I have ever experienced. I do not recommend buying anything from Pottery Barn.
