Unbelievably quick response. In less than an hour from making initial call I had a technician at my door. Tech was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and worked quickly to replace a 40 year old opener. Went above and beyond by adjusting door spring and cleaning and lubricating rollers and track. I cant believe how quiet and smooth it all is now.

Seth came out within 2 hours of me making the call and took about an hour to completely fix our door and make some adjustments which improved its overall functionality. He upgraded the springs in the system so that they would support the door better and adjusted the tension of the belt on my chamberlain door opener. He also took the time to lubricate wheels and bearings. He also took the time to reinforce the attachment point of the opener as the single piece of metal I had installed years ago was pretty flimsy. All Im saying is that he fixed the problem as well made other improvements to prevent future issues. Id recommend this guy to anyone.

One of the springs on our garage door failed, and it was nearly impossible to open the door. I called Garage Door Fixer around 9am in the morning on a Friday, and by about 2:30p that afternoon, it was fixed! The guy who came out to fix it replaced both springs, adjusted the door travel, and even offered to haul off the old rail from our previous opener! Before finally replacing the carriage on the door, the technician tried to avoid unnecessary expense by bending things back into place. Before leaving, he made sure that the garage performed better in all respects. The same day, a guy from GDF came to fix the door. He explained to me what he was doing while he fixed it, and in no time, he had my door running smoothly.
