I have always loved the adventure! I am only giving 4 stars because when I got to the cash register, I was told all books were 50 cents each and the 5 for $2 was wrong on the banner hanging in the store. Normally that doesnt amount to much but I had almost 50 books for my classroom in my cart. I still got them and asked the cashier to please request the banner to be updated.Thank you for providing this opportunity for shoppers and for the good that is happening!

I ordered a clock online and they didnt pack well, it arrived with internal damage (two broken chime rods). I wrote customer service twice, most recently 7/16/21 and they wont respond, nor answer phone, their voice mail box is full! 7/30/21 Update: They addressed my issue and I would definitely buy from them again. Hopefully they will now pack clocks better now. Thanks

Cheap clothes! cheap prices! but the customer service could be more friendly and so could the atmosphere. it felt as though everyone was fighting for a bin of clothes. there was a group of guys who would stand there waiting for a new tub to be rolled out, then they’d absolutely destroy it looking for the good stuff before they’d let anyone else around the tub.came back to add that the cashier just stood there, didn’t say anything or attempt to instruct me through the process as i had never been to a “pay by the pound” goodwill

Awesome experience I suggest bringing some boxes to have in your car to put stuff in because they dont provide bags and make sure you plan on being there a minute cause the place is huge but so many awesome finds you are charged by the lb with different item types being different amounts its definitely different kinda like a scavenger hunt digging thru all the bins

A decent line was forming and one of the lady cashiers kept turning people away because she wasnt ready. So, in turn, the other cashier lady actually used both sides to help move the line along. Horrible service from the one cashier. Great from the other. This is a huge Goodwill and the owner or boss man should pay more attention to the workers and how they treat customers. Im very surprised its as highly rated as it is.

Its fun to find all kinds of odd and unusual items along with the useful. You do have to watch and be careful because there is broken glass, sharp/rusted metals sometimes chemicals or items with biological waste on them so gloves are a good idea. As long as you watch what your doing its not a problem. The risks for kids digging thru the bins and the risks they pose to shoppers sometimes are a problem.I would have given two more stars but employees arent allowed to make parents either watch their children, leave the kids at home or leave if their kids are causing problems/unsupervised. These kids dig thru the bins looking for things to play with, despite the dangers, some so young they can barely reach over the edge of a bin. They ride scooters bikes etc and play chase up and down the aisles running into people or hitting other shoppers with toy swords/sticks they are chasing other kids with, they scatter toys and items in the aisles so you cant get through, throw breakables and will take toys out of your cart if its something they want to play with. The kids that run loose in there regularly, some 3 or 4 days a week, are frustrating to say the least, for customers and the employees that i see having to constantly pick up after them. Evidently running an announcement 4 times an hour asking parents to keep their children with them at all times is the best corporate here is willing to do, too bad they arent willing to enforce it.

I love shopping at Goodwill. I usually go to the one on Scott Hamilton. The tables are messy and you have to really look through things, but if you have time to look, you can find lots of high quality things, in very good condition. And you pay per pound. So you can go without spending lots of money. Shopping at Goodwill is one of my favorite things to do.

Some of the staff is extremely rude and they tell you to move or yell at You while letting others get away with the same thing they’re yelling at you about. I come here often and normally I would give it five stars but today, my wares were showing on my receipt in 5 different entries. I had 17.5 lbs and charged 1.39 lb when it should’ve been .99 lb. just under $25, when it should’ve been about $17. I told the employee that she wasn’t counting it all together but to no avail. I wonder how many times this has happened and I didn’t notice. Very disappointed and like I said I come here about 3 times a week. That’s probably gonna change now.

Good Stuff. Great fun! Its so much fun looking for hidden treasures in those bins. Do wear gloves though! There may be something broken in the bottom of the bin, and sometimes gum or spilled liquid. I dont go often because of the drive but when I have, Ive found the nicest, friendliest people digging through the bins. I saw one person looking for kitchen knives to match the few he had already collected. I was at the next bin over and saw a few more. I handed them to him. People have done the same for me. I really should make another trip out there soon!

Cool place, fun to dig through the bins but if youre a germophobe, stay far, far away! Braver souls would do well to bring gloves, mask, hand sanitizer and maybe a hazmat suit, haha. Pro-tip: bring wire cutters, the x-mas tree light clumps of doom swallow up all cords and wires in their path. Also, youll have to compete with sharks who aggressively pounce on the bins when theyre wheeled out. Spiked armbands would come in handy....cool computer store, too.

This place is a really interesting place for those interested in flea markets, yard sales, or second hand stores. Goodwill loads up these huge bins with random stuff that you sort through and they charge by the pound. For most items its $1.39/lb with discounted rates with higher weights. They do have things organized by categories such as clothing or household. I would caution you to 1. Watch what youre grabbing in the household bins! There could be broken objects that could be sharp, and hidden under other items.2. The clothing didnt seem to be sorted at all, not by size, sex, or type.Good luck!

Everything from clothing to household items to computers 1.39 per pound. On heavier items like couches and chairs you can get reasonable prices. The only real drawback is everything is in large shallow bins which means you will have to dig through most of it but they do keep clothing separate from household items and computers have Thierry on section in the store. Dont mind the banging you here in other parts of the building they are making classrooms, offices, and study areas for the first adult high school. I plan a return visit the next time Im in Little Rock no doubt about it.

I have found many unique items here, game consoles, remote control cars, good clothes, even working flatscreen TVs. Their computer store is also the best place to find reasonably priced hardware. I visit every payday just to pick out another great find, and also for the interesting conversations with their employees.

The one star is for the janitor on duty yesterday who was a black male. He was cleaning the male bathroom when I needed to use it and said he would be a few more minutes. I was fine with that and came back 10 minutes later and he said it would be at least 15 more minutes. I asked were there any other bathrooms anywhere and he said no. Exasperated I directly went and got my wife to find out if anyone was in the ladies room as I was about to use it. My wife and I returned one minute later and the janitor had already left and went to the ladies bathroom! If you come here dont trust a word the black janitor says as he is dishonest. BTW: there are two female black cashiers and they were wonderful.

I attended the excel center through goodwill. It was the worst experience I have ever endured in my 30 yrs of life. I feel that my civil rights were violated and that I wasted 10 weeks of my life. I had another student threaten to kill me right in front of the principle and life coach. I have pressed charges and this person is being charged with felony terroristic threatening. This school thinks that 3 day suspension is acceptable punishment and doesnt seem to think I have reason to be afraid to attend school with this individual. I have had to resort to getting my ged because I do not feel safe to attend this school where my life was threatened.
