We had the best experience!!! Not only did my daughter find her bridal gown, but I able to find my mother of the bride dress and so did the mother of the groom. We love our dresses! Betsy and her team were wonderful. Im from St. Louis and was having a hard time finding my dress and Betsy picked out some flattering options. Her attention to detail and her knowledge of fashion, fabrics, color tones and alterations made our experience one-of-a-kind! I love my dress and I cant wait for my daughters big day. ABSOLUTELY the most amazing experience! It made wedding dress shopping feel so so dreamy! They had champagne, water, cake WITH MY NEW INITIALS, etc.! I couldn’t dream of a better experience! 10/10, 100% AMAZING! Plus, they have the most incredible workers that don’t let you lift a finger! I also had no clue what I wanted or liked, and they created my dream dress!!!! 110% recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

Great experience! Little cakes with the brides initials set up to enjoy while the bride tried on her dresses. Staff listened closely to the bride to help narrow the dress options and made it feel less overwhelming! They made the bride and guests feel special throughout the whole day ❤️ highly recommend!

I had been to three different bridal shops (including Low’s Bridal), before I tried Unveiled. This is hands down the best experience! I was greeted by the owner herself (Betsy), who has amazing design experience. She helped me in and out of dresses, knew exactly what I was looking for, and knew how the dress needed to be altered. She did not have to call a designer or a shop to check on alterations, she just knew.We were told at Low’s that we could not even have water… because it would stain the dresses or carpet. Unveiled had champagne, petit fours, and water waiting for us. They also went through my wishlist on the portal, prior to me arriving. They already had researched and studied my style. There is also no endless searching through plastic bags at this shop, like many other places.Additionally, I was the only bride in the boutique! They book one appointment at a time! If you’re a bride who wants an amazing experience, and to be treated like a VIP, this is your bridal shop. We had an incredible experience shopping for a wedding dress for my daughter at Unveiled. Betsy and her staff were extremely attentive, and helped guide us through the process with expertise and the knowledge of what would make my daughter look beautiful on her special day. We went in to the shop with few ideas of the perfect gown, but Betsy was quickly able to find several stunning dresses within our price point. This was hands down the best experience of the 3 shops we visited. Her customer service is unmatched, from having only one bride in the shop at a time, to having numerous gowns to fit a curvy figure, to an in house alteration service. In addition, she offers a 10% discount on the gown if you buy it the day of your appointment. This is a shop not to be missed on your list for wedding gown shopping.

My sister in law bought a dress from here. While in the store they were treated like they werent good enough to be there. When they did end up buying the dress the woman was audibly suprised they could afford it. Well at the wedding once in the sun (outdoor wedding) a huge yellow stain showed through. When my mother called about this problem, the owner asked well did she still get married? Must have been okay then. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

My experience here was beyond amazing! They were everything I wanted in wedding dress shopping. This is by far the best experience Ive had of the 3 wedding dress shops Ive been to. The ladies are very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. They allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted and when it was down to the favorites they had me try on accessories to help see the big picture.Also they have the sweetest doggos on the store to love on! Who wouldnt want to love on doggos and put on beautiful dresses!

Found my dress in less than an hour thanks to the awesome team at Unveiled! I explained what I wanted and they brought me so many great options. What I especially enjoyed/appreciated about this boutique is that they have a wonderful selection of simple, chic and elegant dresses. While they still have the glitzy/glam dresses, I was happy to see many more simple styles which are not always easy to come by for some reason. Lots of upscale designer gowns in a more attainable price point as well. 5/5 for service AND selection!

I could not recommend Unveiled Bridal more! Betsy is absolutely amazing.I am from New Zealand, and my brother wanted to buy my wedding dress for me from America as a gift (he lives in LA). I found a dress I loved, and Unveiled were one of the stockists. Betsy replied to my inquiry email so quickly, and was so prompt at replying (I needed a turn around of a couple of days to order in order for the dress to arrive in time). She helped with the sizing, was completely flexible for my brother to call her and order from a different state, and she was even kind enough to give me a discount so that my dream dress would be within budget.THANK YOU Betsy! Unveiled is the best place to go find your dream dress! I went and found my dress here a few months ago and they were the most comforting and helpful. Its hard to put into words how amazing my bridal experience was at Unveiled!
