Ive been coming here for awhile now, they are usually friendly, but the cashier today was kind of rude! I was standing there for a few minutes before she acknowledged me, and wasnt as friendly with the transaction as what I am use to. This is the reason for a 3 star, but they are affordable and always stocked with the liquor you need!

Great selection - also has a small cigar room. Variety of wines chilled and ready to go. I advise taking a nice long look down all of the aisles so that you can the variety.

Best alcohol store in Little Rock in my opinion. Staff is always very helpful and will assist with recommendations and will carry things to your car if you have a large purchase. They know their brands and have favorites of their own.

Moving here from NC where all there are NO liquor stores but instead ABC stores controlled by the government it was a welcome relief to go to Colonial Wines & Spirits. All the shelves were stocked and they had so many items. In NC the ABC shelves are EMPTY and I wish that was an exaggeration. I will be back to Colonial Wines again.

Clark & Henrik are amazing and Colonial always has what youre looking for to lift your spirit. And if they dont they can almost always order it for you. They also offer tastings and in-store events often! LOVE Colonial so much!!

Staff is always helpful, selection is one of the best in the state. They have always been willing to help me find wines/spirits, even if they have to order them special. Highly recommend Colonial for everything from a craft 6 pack to a case of fine wine.

I have been a patron of this store for somewhere around two years.In all that time, Ive never encountered a single employee that wasnt friendly and knowledgeable.They are more than willing to place special orders for your specific tastes.

Have been here a couple times and the staff is pretty good. Large store with a lot of options. However, they are muzzle sheep. If not for the hey you have to cover your face nonsense they would get 5/5. Dont bother with the taco truck in the parking lot

Worst liquor store in little Rock. Guy with short hair working Saturday is the worst cashier I have ever seen. We drove over 50 miles to get here for him to refuse us service. With all of us having our ids mind you me. Not to account for the dirty store and the absolute mind boggling fact that they hate the us military. Like seriously

Do not come here. The service was absolutely terrible, I drove over 50 miles to buy alcohol and the guy refused to sell to me because I had a vertical ID (Im 24) and the fact that when I was talking to him he did not like the fact I served in the marine corps.This has to be the worst treatment a liquor store has given me.

They have great collection and the staff is very responsive, they offer suggestions. Feel free to chat with them. Also pretty good discounts.

Other than the cashier tossing the receipt at me & it being a bit pricey... the selection is decent. Had one young man attempt to help me pick out a Hennessy... he was nice & I appreciate him for trying.

This a fabulous place. You can sample new wines most week days and on Thursdays they have interesting cocktails to try. The staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful. If you are planning a large party or just want a little something new they can help!

Living in a dry county, going to get liquor is an endeavor. Colonial is my favorite, since the staff is friendly, theres hundreds of options, and you arent going to go broke picking out a few things. Theres plenty of different sizes for tasting, as well as a dozen mixed packs. You can also build your own six pack of beer for around 11 bucks.

This liquor store is one of the largest in Little Rock I enjoyed their selection on most everything. They have a great selection of scotch that takes up most of an entire aisle. They have running sales every week that are good. The only thing I wish they would do better is have more beer on tap. If Im looking for beer on tap I prefer Legacy for all everything else I prefer Colonial wine and spirits.

Love this place! I dont go very often, but they always remember my face. They make suggestions based on your needs and do tastings. Their weekly deals are also to die for.

This is my liquor store....... Its all the way across town. But its the only one I go too. The staff are super helpful and everyone seems to have extensive information. I was helped last week by a guy named Josh and he was ever so helpful and intelligent. He gave a quick lesson about the difference in cognacs. Its not everyday you go into a store and walk out with knowledge and delicious beverage.

The place has a wide range of beer, wine, and alcohol (whiskey, gin, bourbon, vodka, etc). They dont carry everything due to Arkansass stupid three tier system of alcohol law, but they do have a great selection, knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer service.

Very knowledgeable staff! Reasonable prices. Pretty nice selection of wines and beers. You can also buy growlers from beer they have on tap. If you don’t know what to try, the staff are very helpful in guiding you to a great recommendation. Beer and wine not your jam? There’s also a great selection of spirits and mixers.

The 4.8 rating is no accident. This place is bar none the best in the area. When it comes to wine selection, I have been to several stores, even out of state, and they dont have the selection Colonial Wines & Spirits carries. They have wine tastings on Saturday and on other days, beer and spirits are sampled.The staff have always been helpful when Im looking for a certain wine. I can recommend this place without any hesitation.

My friend and I had a rather unpleasant experience. We were constantly followed around the store by one of the employees. When my friend tried to pay for his beverage the cashier made the assumption his money was faked and it took a least 5 mins for them to verify this. We both happen to be African American and it seems like we being racially profiled.Neither of us will spend our hard earned money in this racist establishment again.

Tons of everything: wine, beer, and the hard stuff. Staff is extremely helpful and very nice. This is my go-to place for wine, especially when I want to branch out. I know what I like, but I dont know what else I MIGHT like. Theyre very knowledgeable and havent steered me wrong with a recommendation yet. They also have a large selection of craft beer, so I check them out periodically when I feel like trying something new in the beer world.

We were looking for a specific Arkansas wine and called Colonial Wine & Spirits to see if they had it in stock. The person I talked to put me on hold and went to look, and told me that they did have several regular and large bottles in stock. When we arrived the guy showed us where the wine was and helped load it in our cart. Was also able to get a discount based on the quantity bought, and the guy carried the box to the car for us. Great place! Will definitely do business here again n the future.

It almost feels like going into a warehouse or Wonkas Factory when you see the numerous bottles of liquor and brands. Also, might I add each section is labeled to where you really cant miss anything unless you overlook it. Many options of liquor too might I add. I also appreciate the many cash registers they have so lines cant get too long.

They have everything. Well almost, but seriously, their collection is immense. Ive been looking for a certain brand of Licorice Liqueur for some time, and so far this is the only place Ive been able to find it. The staff are well acquainted with their stock, so if you cant find what you need, dont be afraid to ask.
