Ive came here quite a few times, customer service is hit and miss, they are nice at times, they are a little pricey, a bit more than other liquor stores in the area, always clean, and any liquor I need.

Any event you have going on divorce party, wedding party, BBQ in the back yard, first date, holidays you name the event and PLEASANT VALLEY LIQUOR has all your needs. This is all based on personal experience…honestly I’ve never been to a liquor store that had everything I needed, even the new trending stuff! The staff there is wonderful, they are happy and upbeat while helping me search for my party essentials. Cheers! 🍾

Prices are a bit more than the neighborhood average but the staff are really cool, know their product if you need advice. Good place to go for most everything you need. May not stock the exotica.

Stopped by on my way home with my mask on as per CDC and AR Health guidelines... lady behind counter no mask. I asked her so you are not wearing a mask then? her reply no I handle dirty money all day so it doesnt matter. Either the store owner as failed to instruct the staff on WHY the staff wearing a mask protects their beloved customers..I assume they appreciate business.. I said you wearing a mask protects ME the customer and my wearing a mask protects YOU (you are welcome). Her response to me was NOT kind and apologetic ect but instead we have curbside and delivery for the future...NOT THE RIGHT ANSWER to a customer and it had a defensive and smug overtone. I of course had to get close to her to use my debit card and she did not step away so now I am exposed to everyone she is exposed to.. NO hand sanitizer that I could see either. She insincerely told me to have a nice day and next time use the phone number on the door to order curbside or delivery lol no I will never go back somewhere where my business is not appreciated. There are MANY places to purchase liquor in my area where maybe they ARE folowing the safety guidelines and appreciate their customers.

Very aggressive and unpleasant staff at the front desk. Prodding personal comments and sour attitude from female at the front desk, even grabbed my receipt out of my hand. Went here to avoid construction traffic at Grapevine down the road, but won’t be back.Grapevine is 100% more friendly, helpful, and pleasant to do business with.

Decent selection of wine. Theyve really cut back on what was a great beer selection. Convenient to my home. Employees will offer to special order for you but, in my experience, they have NEVER followed through.

Great spot, great selection of beers you wont see these in other stores. They stay open until midnight - Great!

I just left this place and the lady at the front was rude, disrespectful and condescending so I left. Dont bother shopping here as customer service doesnt seem to be there strong point!
