At Home is a home decor department store. They have a very large selection of practical everything you would need for your home. With a large seasonal dept. You know holiday decor. Easter, Halloween or Christmas. They have furniture,dishes,wall hanging pictures & plaques. They have a large selection of furniture, chairs,stools & couches. Just dont expect high quality items.

This store stinks in the customer service department. The cashiers need more training.. I had to make a 30 mile return trip to get a receipt to show that the items were not stolen because when I signed for emails the cashier told me that I could return items purchased without a receipt which wasn’t true. You better believe that I got that receipt and returned the items as well as other things I had purchased. Will NOT be going back.

This store continues to go down hill. Took in an electronic gift card tonight to redeem. I printed it off. The cashier said “doesn’t work it’s probably expired.” I said I just got it 2 months ago, she says “oh they expire.”She calls the manager who looks really mad she’s even been bothered by this cashier. Doesn’t greet me or anything. She just watched what the cashier did and said “why did you do it that way?” The cashier responds I’m following what it says to do on the paper. The scan didn’t work and the manager says “yeah doesn’t work probably expired.” I just walked out absolutely embarrassed as the line was long and couldn’t believe that was their excuse. Called the 1-800 number for the gift card, not only is it valid the customer service rep profusely apologized snd said the cashier was obviously not doing the right type transaction. I’ve had several issues with cashiers and managers in this store just not caring. We all have off days but consistently? I’m going to order on line only to use the card and avoid the store as I’m never going back. I’ve worked a lot of retail and these cashiers and managers need some serious help in customer service.

Lot of products to see, quality is okay. Prices are somewhat extreme for construction material used in products. Other stores with similar products have much better pricing.

After waiting forever to check out I canceled half my purchases when I found out the sale price was for perk members only. I wont be back.

This location is much larger and better organized then other At Home locations that I have visited. It made for a much better shopping experience.

They have a lot of variety, especially for all your holiday needs. They tend to be pricey though. Its sometimes best to find what you want and buy it online.

I visited this store for the first time and wasnt really impressed. It reminded me of Big Lots. These types of stores remind me of an Easter Egg hunt where youre left searching/seeking the golden egg on your own. I would like to complement the checkers because they were friendly and very courteous clean.

MASSIVE store! an hour went by very quickly, as theres so many things to look at. ikea watch out!

This store is really eclectic has many different things furniture accents like tables, mirrors, paintings all kinds of decor for your home. They were short of cashiers but the wait wasnt long. Enjoyed browsing. Sister purchased some items for the home where she works.

Wow, and NOT in a good way.....I did an online pick up and came to the store after texting AND calling to let the store know I was on my way for pickup. Had to wait about 10 mins and expected to be checked out a the cashier with no line that was doing pick ups. Had to wait in another line after being told she doesn’t know how to check out pick ups. While walking out the door, I noticed my comforter set was ripped. It also was DIRTY and had a red marker mark on it. I was so disappointed bc the way she handed it to me, it wasn’t noticeable. Walking out and right back into the store, I asked for help and was told to get in line and someone could help. I went looking for help, and the same young woman who told me where to look and see if they had any more I could exchange with. I found Chira, and she was the most helpful in the entire situation. She first scanned to see if the store had any more available (which the first girl could have done) and saw there were no more. She then tried to search high and low-even grabbing a ladder to grab a comforter I thought would be comparable. I didn’t find anything and got in the extremely long line for my refund. What a disappointment. I’m GOING HOME and STAYING AWAY FROM THIS AT HOME.

Sign on entrance says mask required. I counted four customers roaming around with no mask. No employees on the floor monitoring and telling people to wear mask or leave. Even the cashier had pulled his mask down below his nose. Practicing very bad COVID safety.

Im not sure they ever put ALL their Christmas stuff away! 😀 I find it hard to shop here. Youve got to wade through a bunch of low grade stuff to find the jewels. Not my style of shopping. Some good deals here and there but not worth it for me.

They didnt need my load today, but it seemed like an easy place to work with. A little tough getting in the dock entrance in heavy traffic, but once youre in theres plenty of room to maneuver. Manager I dealt with was nice despite the confusion on delivery date between our companies.

Nice variety but a little pricey on some items like furniture. Its not very well made for the price charged. I found a lot of stands were pretty wobbly.

This place has a huge selection of home decor normally. But many many empty shelves and very unorganized. I was suprised at the litter and trash everywhere in the parking lot and entrance to the store. Sunday afternoon is not recommended, it was a madhouse, long lines and chaos. Silk flowers were out of the questions, all were pretty much gone.

Kind of like a Kirklands or such. This store is very large by square footage, but could stand to have more stocked. Lots of empty shelf space, but not still plenty of things to choose from. Maybe pandemic shortage related.The employees were nice and welcoming. The merchandise seemed to be a mix of merely okay to somewhat lacking. Okay seasonal section with Halloween and holidays coming.

More stuff than you can shake a stick at! Mostly made in China.

This was the first time Id heard of At Home, but Ill be shopping here regularly. It is HUGE. I could spend all day walking through and browsing. Theres a huge selection of home goods of all different types. You do have to dig a little through things like pictures to hang on your walls, but thats fun to me. Well worth the time.

I love a At Home, wouldnt change a thing. We bought bar stools this last trip, they gave us a discount on one stool for tiny damage. Also best fluffy cotton bath towels for $6.99.

I had been lead to believe that this was a more reasonably priced HomeGoods with a better selection. Almost everything I touched felt very cheap and it was overpriced plastic and cardboard. The employees were all very kind, though.

Well what I didnt like was the price of items. Was going to purchase a 3-piece set. Item shows a price but when you get to the counter its a different price. And the set isnt a set, theyre selling it as separate items. But some of the items arent bad and have a quality look.

Just had a horrible experience. Brought two items to purchase from outdoor decor. One rang up on sale one didnt. First associate to come help checker said only pots were on sale until I showed him a picture of in store sign that said ALL outdoor decor was on sale. Then he called the manager who took 15 minutes to get there. Wouldnt give me the discount. I wish I could post the pic of the sign. Wont ever go back in there.

No one is ever available to help when necessary. I feel they are hiding out. I shop there at least twice a week and there hasnt been a new stock of pillows in months. The STAGING hasnt been changed since the nice black manager was there about 9 months ago. He made sure there was pillows and things was stocked properly. Where is he!? This place has gone to ... ! Its TRASH EVERY WHERE. All i see now are people from the HOOD..it reminds me of WALMART. It has gottenVERY RATCHET since the PANDEMIC. This use to be a place i loved to come before all the hood rats with HOUSE SHOES AND SAGGING PANTS STARTED COMING.UGH! I dont even bother going there anymore.Also Im not the only notice that theres no new STOCK OF ITEMS . We want more than holiday items ok..I wish there was another decor store in Arkansas because this aint it..even the art they get is WACK...get some real art with character. All you see is ABSTRACT or art with letters...ugh so over it. Oh and the curtains..omg...havent seen any new ones in a YEAR...NO LIE

This Store is one of the best stores I have ever been to. They have EVERYTHING! We intended to buy just pillows and left with over 100 dollars worth of items for my sister in laws home. it was magically. I could very much live in the store. I only wish things were a bit more inexpensive, but other than that. Job well done.

Leo and Mel (both managers) are excellent. Staff is great. We have been there over 15 times buying more and more Christmas decorations. Half the staff know us by name. Great deals. Great prices. And great inventory.
