Great showroom and attention to the shopping experience made the 80 mile drive home satisfying. We shopped around town, until we got here. It wouldnt have mattered what the price was for the wig, we where not going anywhere else. And the prices were competitive with the shops that didnt show any grace or compassion for the patrons. Thankful for the experience

Refused to give me a price over the phone. The lady advised I would need to come in. With COVID going on I think that was unnecessary. I could understand if I was calling a mechanic for a car service but this is a beauty supply store. Ridiculous

The best Beauty Supply and hair store Ive ever been in they had everything you want and more, including beautiful full length body mirrors, and yes ladies there lighted for the price worth the drive.

This was an interesting experience. I never knew people could do so much to their hair. Well I did, but seeing what they used first hand and they have a huge variety I was amazed.

My credit card was stolen and used here yesterday. When I called to talk to him about it they informed me they do not check ID against credit cards.

I like this place they got great prices. Good customer service. They could get more jumpers to workout in but overall its a great addition to the neighborhood. I do enjoy coming in to browse the array of wigs that are displayed and the endless essentials to all things cosmetic.

This hair store is enormous. It has a hair department, make-up section like a mac counter, shoes, and clothes department. I like their shoe selection.

I would like to say I had a Wonderful experience, I saw a unit on the front counter that stood out to me from across the store!!! Myranda came to help me decide she went far and beyond expectation, Come to find out she was the creative person who made the unit that caught my eye. I was scared of the color and wanted something in natural. She was so professional, knowledgeable, & polite! She was willing to create a duplicate unit in less than 24 hours!! She is super woman!! I purchased their supreme hair bundles & because I bought 3 of them, she was able to speak with the owner about a deal for the closure and he gave it to me for free. It was worth every penny you get what you pay for & Good service speak volume I will be back soon!!! P.s. I could not stop thinking bout the color one and it was gone when I went back the next morning definitely on my mind to get as a secondary.Thanks!!

This is a huge store, but it felt like I was visiting my cousin at Tucker max. The shelves were properly stocked but my mother and I felt lost. There was no labeling of isles. All of the employees were putting stock up and unavailable to help store patrons. They had around 7 people in line and only one person checking out. They also had a sitting security guard checking some patrons bags that had just checked out. We ended up setting our items down and leaving. They may be more organized a few months later.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however the store smelled like some very harsh chemicals, made my eyes water and took my breath away. Staff stated it was some type of disenfective. It was way too strong. However it did make me feel safe. But the service was above and beyond. Ill give them 5 stars.

False advertising on sales. If you don’t have any more just say that. I would never wear this type of mask to the hospital. I deal with patients 12 hours a day. The elastic on the ear bands are horrible and these are not KN95. No thanks!!

Its a great store! Lots of variety and the prices that I seen were within fair competition with other beauty supply stores. But also like most other stores not all merchandise had clear prices for all the products. Some merchandise had no prices on it and i like to know how much Im paying for things before going to the register.

The security guard makes me feel very uncomfortable. I come into the store with no purse, no hoodie or jacket and no hat. It’s impossible for me to try to take anything like that. I spend lots of money here but he always makes my experience unpleasant. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The short, plumper girl at the register has a nasty attitude also. If you don’t want to come to work then just don’t come. Don’t take it out on customers
