I had the best experience with the nicest beauty advisor, Tyler Richards, was knowledgeable in all brands and was quick to help me find products that worked for my concerns and match me to the right shade. I mostly appreciate that was honest about recommending the right brands for my skin type. Not the type to just to push products. His recommendation has been my best purchase yet and have already booked my next consultation.
I placed an online order, it was ready for pick up within 20 minutes. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted and was out with my purchase within 5 minutes. Staff all had masks on. The person with whom I interacted with was very friendly and I had no issues.Sephora isn’t the cheapest, but you don’t have to worry about fakes or counterfeit products, which is most definitely a thing I’ve dealt with from online retailers.I will definitely return for my cologne needs.

I visited the Sephora store in The Promenade Chenal on Saturday September 25, 2021 it was between the morning hours of 10:30 and 10:45 that I was in the store. However I wasn’t greeted AT ALL or even approached as made my way around the store but when I got to the back walls to see and smells the perfumes that I came to buy, the sales girl made sure to come by and stand at the back register to watch me but NEVER said a word to me… Yes I am a Black African American woman and I had on a beige purse backpack. So I continued to look and smell the perfumes, I decided to leave and just simply made my way to the front as I still was NEVER spoken to … I definitely won’t spend my money where I’m secretly being profiled by the staff of Sephora store or any store, Thanks but no thanks!!!

Went to Sephora today to get brow products and foundation. I wanted to recognize Tyler for his awesome customer service. I’ve been to Sephora many times and i think this is the first experience like this. He took his time explaining products for brows and how to apply them. He also helped me pick a great color. He’s really awesome and a great asset to this store. Thank you Tyler. Sephora, give him a raise!

I would give the new promenade location a 0!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are so rude and not helpful at all. They all hang in the front! You would think beauty professionals would be more willing to help!!! So sad I had high hopes.

Horrible service. I went in today to get some ideas of what to get my mother for Christmas. When I walked in I felt like all eyes on me because I wasnt dressed nice or I didnt have make up on. But they would follow right behind me like I was going to take something from them. All I was there for was to get ideas for my mom I dont even wear expensive makeup. I would even ask them questions when I really needed help with something acted nice at first but once I was done with my question and continued looking. They would go just a few feet away from me and talk about me like I was up to no good. I even told them what I was looking at and for who when they asked me about the 4th or 5th time of asking if I needed help. This made me feel so uncomfortable and so uneasy I just wanted to look for Christmas. Like Im sorry Im not dressed to yalls standards but my mother likes the products. But you will no longer be getting mine or my mothers business and that woman would spend hundreds of dollars. This is the worst service I had ever experienced.
Fragrance smell in the store is too strong. Not all of the employees are friendly. Some are actually Rude. But they had this lip stick I had to have.
The ladies are so pleasant and helpful . Found exactly what I was lookin for.

I have had a few bad experiences at this location and I will talk about two of those interactions with the staff. I had bought some foundation but I was not happy with it and returned it to the store. The employee accused me of filling the bottle with foundation from a much cheaper brand, which was not even close to being true. I was highly offended by this, especially since numerous times I have caught shoplifters in this store and made them put the stolen products back. My biggest issue with this place, however, is the assistant manager! She is so incredibly RUDE every single time I go in there (Im VIB). The last time I went in there was not one customer in the store and I asked her if she could make me a sample of some skincare. She got annoyed with me as if I was bothering her and was quite condescending toward me. She said she was the only person in the store and was watching the door but reluctantly gave me two samples, but I did not feel comfortable enough to give a preference, as to take more of her time away from doing absolutely nothing. It was literally just us two there. I said, dont worry about it. Ill come back when yall arent so busy. I have had a bad experience with her almost every interaction we had and the store GM will not do anything about it. I know the post above me regarding the perfume was an interaction with the assistant manager because she did the exact same thing to me. I also always feel like the staff stands around judging and gossiping about their customers, instead of trying to help them. I order online now because I dont appreciate how Ive been treated and I can see I am not alone here. Avoid this place at all costs!

I came in with an agenda of getting as much beauty tips as possible. I was assisted by Deanna and I am very satisfied with the service I received. She was very professional, she knew her stuff, had great makeup application techniques and didnt mind explaining and showing how to apply myself. She was also very kind and professional with other customers and employees as well.

I have always loved Sephora as a company, but Ill be shopping at Ulta from now on. I didnt catch the name of the woman who helped me, but she was so incredibly rude to me. I wanted to buy a new perfume but wasnt sure which one I liked best, so I went in on February 5th to get samples before buying anything. I was standing in the perfume section smelling and spraying the little strips they put out, when a woman came up to ask me if there was anything she could help me with. She was very chipper and enthusiastic. I just asked if she could get me a couple samples. Her smile disappeared into a frown and she said very flatly, Oh. You JUST want samples? I told her the three that I wanted, one Daisy Daze and two different Dolce & Gabbana scents. She was very annoyed that I didnt know there was more than one Daze scent and what the differences were. Aside from unhappily explaining that to me, she didnt say anything else to me the entire time I was there. She handed me my bag of samples without saying a single word. Then immediately walked up to another customer and resumed her chipper attitude to ask if she could help her. I intended to buy the perfume I decided on at Sephora, but I took my business elsewhere. Her rudeness alone made the store lose a $100 sale.

Was in the mall shopping and decided to go into Sephora let’s just say I didn’t get a hi welcome to sephora I was walking around trying to locate different products and couldn’t locate . The lady at the door seen me struggling to find what I was looking for and did not once ask if she can help me with anything. I even went so hard as trying to get her attention, and she ignored the heck out of me.!!!So I got frustrated bc everyone just looking around at me instead of helping . I proceeded to walk out as I’m walking out I finally getting a how are you I said fine, but it’s to late for that and walked out . Just order online bc the staff here is rude ..

I went in to Sephora today and had an awesome experience! I was looking for a contour palette and some help on how to use it. The girl who helped me was so awesome! (I forgot her name but it started with a Z! So sorry!) She took me through the palette step by step and that really helped me feel confident with my purchase! Unfortunately, the gift card I was going to use only worked at JCPenney Sephoras, so I had to make my purchase elsewhere, but I wanted to give this store a shoutout since yall didnt end up getting my purchase! Thank you so much!!

I went there yesterday to get my usual eyebrow makeup and they did not have it. the lady rushed me to order it so i went through with it. we got all the way thru the payment and address part and i double checked with her to make sure that it was the correct color (ebony) and she said yes. when i checked my receipt, the color was granite NOT ebony. i cant change anything so i have to wait until it comes here just to return it. not pleased at all.
I’m going to start going to Fenty website because don’t nobody work here seriously. I like Ulta beauty, they greet you and help you find products.

I enjoy visiting the Sephora at JC Pennys at Shackleford Crossing Shopping Center. The staff is always attentive when Im visiting this store. Ive had issues with matching my skin with the right foundation but the staff is always helpful and recommending the right products. I would definitely recommend this particular location because of their customer service satisfaction. Looking for the right look, Sephora @ Shackleford Crossing is your recommended store.

Im writing to express my extreme displeasure at the humiliating, stalker-like and unprofessional behavior demonstrated by one of your Retail employees: Brandon at the Park Plaza Mall Location in Little Rock, AR. Over the last week Ive been working with Krystle (who is amazing) to identify a good mens fragrance to purchase. She invited me in to test several different colognes, and I planned to buy a Versace next week. Yesterday, after dropping by to test my body chemistry with a Versace cologne, I was followed out of the store and accosted in front of my place of employment by Brandon who berated and scolded me for coming into his store without ever purchasing anything. He accused me of screwing up his stores conversion rates and told me not to come back. When I told him that I am a customer of Krystal and Brittany, he called them nobodys and that they worked for him. I was horrified and embarrassed. And when I asked for his managers name he would not tell me. My colleagues and customers who witnessed the entire interaction (since Brandon chose to confront me in fromt of my workplace) were collectively offended by Brandons behavior. I was made late for work because of Brandon. And my day was less than pleasant. I started my shift a sobbing mess because of Brandon. Over the past 1.5 months Ive had a makeover and have purchased 5 items (totaling well over 300 dollars) and my mother has made purchases too. I take friends to sephora all the time to make purchases. Mainly because of the wonderful customer service I receive by folks like Krystle and Brittany Greenfield. I could get products sold at Sephora ANYWHERE. But I choose to come to Sephora because of Krystle and Brittany. I dont want to ruin my relationship with these ladies, or deny Sephora my loyalty and word of mouth marketing, however, I will have no choice but to stop shopping at Sephora if something is not done about Brandon immediately.
