Instant Imprints does a great job on logoed apparel. Where I work, we use them for our residents white coats and everyday jackets. They have a great selection of apparel to pick from and do an excellent job on embroidery.I have used other Little Rock promo companies in the past, but Instant Imprints goes above and beyond on customer service!

Horrible customer service! About a week ago my friend (business owner) and I went in and spoke with Susie about a custom embroidery request for a business logo. We never received a quote back (week later) for exact pricing even after dropping off clothing items. Every time I called Glenn would state that someone would call me back and they never did. No matter how busy you are, an ETA or next steps could be given to a potential client - well within a week. I informed Glenn that if they cannot respond as they stated that I would pick up the items and take them to another location for service. He told me that was fine for me to pick up my items and rushed me off of the phone. No matter how large or small an order is, quality customer service should always be given.

We have Instant Imprints do all of our embroidery and screen printing work for the Arkansas State Golf Association. The service has always been great, with quick turn around times when we are in a crunch to get some customization on several items. They have embroidered hundreds of hats and towels for us and screen printed several hundred shirts, all have came out wonderfully
