Didnt need their services but we had a flat trailer tire and they didnt have any issues with our use of their parking lot.

I normally dont do google reviews, but I had such a good experience I had to come on here and thank you and share with new buyers! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! From the quoting process, to the install, and follow up everything was done so professionally. I really want to brag on our project manager, I believer her name is Katie, she went above and beyond to accommodate us through the entire install process. Her crew showed up on time and they kept the job site clean. Anytime I had a question she would get back with me the same business day which is something I look for in customer service. All around great experience and highly recommend!

For all those who are so happy with this company good luck,but for me in Raleigh NC,it’s the worst company to deal with.They got paid in full,and of course this made them happy,but when it came to complete the work,this of course took more than 9 months,and I think Covid -19 only affected them and not the rest of the country.It took me phone call after phone call to get a response from them,but one excuse after another and at the end of the day, they were paid in full.Very bad experience and not worth dealing with them.

I only came in Ace looking for directions, the lady at the front I believe her name was Vicky. She was Had amazing customer service, I was just looking for directions and now because of how friendly and helpful she was I am going to look into purchasing signs from Ace for my new salon. I was given so much information, and made to feel welcome with any questions even though I was only stopping in to ask directions. Way to go guys!

Horrible experience with this company. They are very slow at doing anything. The so called “Project Manager” was told that we were working on a timeline and that never phased her. She actually tried to con us to think that our sign was 120 feet up in the air. We bought a laser measuring tape to prove that she was lying. After we sent her proof that the sign was on 90 feet up, she tried to backtrack and blame everyone else besides God himself. All this is after we sent her company over 10k as a deposit. Very fraudulent person who is backed up by her company. We lost precious time trying to dealWith these con’s. If you are trying to complete your job on time, call anther company. NOT ACE Signs. In my mind they should be renamed “Con Artist Signs”. Stay away.

I had to shop around for getting bids... and Ace Sign was more responsive, professional, and a better value all-around than any of the several others I found in central Arkansas. It was a pleasure doing business with them and they turned out not only a fine product, but clearly their production crew has pride in their work! They even helped me load it in the truck and gave great guidance on how to make the sign last. Thank you so much!

Really Hopeless service as I have a choice product. Send all city approved documents in DEC 2019. Still sign is not in production deposit paid in advance plus like to pay more so at least we have sing for our business. I hope Ace really know how to take care businesses. I hope do business with other vendors, plenty of good one in market. Very poor communications, never get any answer properly not only that the installer send us email stated that Ace Sign is not moving forward intentionally. Now they are try to get approval from La Quinta Hope Wyndham Hotels really not approve base on service. If you want a quality, strong and SAFE sign/display, do NOT use Ace sign. Cutting corners to make a few extra dollars is the only thing they seem to be good at. Call the Newport High School and ask them to tell you how lucky they were that someones child wasnt under their new display from Ace as it collapsed! I pray nobody stands close to an Ace sign for very long. Shame on them for caring more about money than childrens safety. I wish I could give a negative star.

If I could rate it a 0 I definitely would, from being on the inside of things not only do they not care about half of the people they are working with. They also create unnecessary drama. Many times have I seen them talk down to others about little things. Please find somewhere to go. This company is not the route to go when looking for a good genuine business.

Aeron came to our location on several occasions to provide recommendations and expertise on our purchase, including compliance with City of Little Rock code.We had some questions about the product, and were given the opportunity to tour their facility and were convinced that the quality and workmanship was first-rate.The installation team did a great job on-site. Problems from beginning and throughout. Poor communications and response times, especially considering the amount of the purchase.

Called Ace Sign to have a sign unbolted and set on the ground. They said they would call back in a couple of days. Two weeks later and not a word. After finally calling them again, they send me a quote for over $1,400 for about 30 minutes of work. This was FOUR TIMES HIGHER than the competition. Save yourself time and money and call around.
