Took my 2001 Dodge 3500 4x4 in for a new clutch upon the recd of a co-worker. Brian handled the logistics and was honest about when the work could be done and the estimate was spot on.....a fair price which did not deviate on the back end. I always have questions, wanting to understand what caused the problem so as to increase my knowledge of the vehicle should there be future problems. This is where I usually encounter problems.......but not with Brian. He went out of his way to explain to me what had failed and why......and did not appear irritated to have to do so. He even went out to the truck and showed me the old parts as further explanation about what had failed. My encounter with this establishment could not have gone better....and I will definitely be using them for any future work for which they are qualified.

I usually dont do this, but this was frustrating. 3 weeks ago I made an appointment at Mud Connection to have my Gladiator re geared for the 16th. A local 501 member recommended them. Last Thursday I called to verify they was still good and that i would probably drop it off Sunday, since I live 1.45 hours away and had to work Monday early. 8am Monday I called to let them know where I left my key and asked if it would be ready Tuesday for pick up last they said it would, since its my daily driver and was a pain to be without a vehicle. Well I had to take off work today just to be able to pick it up and when I called @ 10:30 am to see when it might be ready the employee said hed call me right back. 35 minutes later no call so I called back. The next employee said the same thing, bit this time he advised they hadnt even touched it and they would have to re schedule for next week. I told him hell no Ill just pick it up, because its a pain I was having to try to find rides to work. I decided to call right back to see if I could talk to a boss and see if I could definitely have it done by Wednesday. Well that guy said we are all bosses and they lost 2 employees Monday and dont have time to do it. I said wouldnt the first thing you do is advice me of that Monday not wait until its supposed to be ready and I have to call them. That guy didnt apologize for the inconvenience of me having to drive almost 2 hours 2 times for a job that never got started. Sorry for the long rant, but they might know what theyre doing, but if they have horrible communication, customer service it doesnt matter.

Worst experience ever this time. This was a great place. Not sure what is going on there now. I will not be back.

Well changed out my transmission and transfer case in my z71 and 4wd stopped working. Took it to mud connection and they said sometimes it takes time for the computer to recognize the new part and it was working fine now. Picked it up that Monday was working great and NO Charge, talk about integrity. Hard to find nowadays.

One star is too much for this place. Unfriendly, condescending know it all’s. Took my keep in there to have the rear brakes adjusted and they didn’t do anything to them and tried to charge me $109. There was no change in the brakes when I picked the jeep up. All front brakes and no rear brakes, any idiot could tell that but the arrogant a$$ “technician” told me there was nothing wrong. Needless to say I did get my money back, but I wouldn’t trust these guys to do an oil change. Ridiculous waste of 2 hours of my time and $30 in Uber rides. And like someone else said, “I usually don’t do this” but these guys deserve a terrible review.

Just what you want in a repair shop, good analysis of the problem, practical solutions offered, and timely reasonably priced repairs. This shop hit a home run repairing my 2003 Rubicon

Done a great job on front end alignment.

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced shop to do a gear upgrade on my 07 JK. He started calling and I turned to social media for recommendations. We both came to the same conclusion and we decided to use Mud Connection 4x4. The price was very reasonable, and they not only did an excellent job of installation but included a gear oil change and inspection at 1000 miles. On our way home from having the oil changed we sprung a leak at the axle seal. My husband called them the next day and they told him to bring it back. They inspected and changed the bearing and seal at no additional charge. Through no fault of their own it didnt correct the problem and looks as if we will be needing new axles. Overall their work and customer service is excellent and we will be using them for future upgrades.

Wouldve loved to experience this great service. Unfortunately they close at 515 and not 530. Its a good thing I only had to drive 40 minutes to find this out in person, even though I called not even an hour prior and talked to someone....

If you want a personal and professional crew that makes you feel like your in your own garage and want things done right this is your place!!! What I like the most is its not a one stop shop looking for a sale. They want to ensure its done RIGHT and encourage you to come back to follow up on their work to ensure their are no issues that arise bc lets be real things happen. No one is perfect and with wear and tear things come loose and adjust. Im not very mechanically inclined and new with this stuff so I had a lot of questions and they took more then a fair share of their time to answer my questions and explain everything along the way even after hours without to facilitate my schedule. Just ask and these guys will probably do it or point you in the right direction. They are sincere and care about their customers and quality of the work and products that drive off their lot!!!

Horrible service went in for a leveling kit on a brand new truck, and wasnt made aware that a front wheel alignment was needed . Ruined a new pair of very expensive tires...
