Andrea went above and beyond to help me out. She took her time and made sure that I got that dumb little receipt!So if a manager reads this, Kudos to her! Give her a raise or a paid day off.

Called in with a part number to see of they had it in stock. They didnt have it but were quick to offer to get it to the store. I was on the road, passing through Little Rock, and since the part wouldnt be there in time, albeit it was still within 2 hrs of me calling, they gave me the address and directions on the route I was going to get to the store that had the part. EXCELLENT customer service!

Ok I guess

No help at all. I just got my check engine light checked and the guy never made any suggestions. He just handed me the codes and practically told me to go. Once I figured he would not help me with that matter I then asked if he knew a way to check my AC cooling. He told me He would have to get a manager to do it. I then waited 20 minutes for a manager that never came. These people are unprofessional and they are not helpful at all. I Will never return again.
