First .. they’re the most rude set of people you could ever do business with ..they do not care about your vehicle.. they don’t like it when you attempt to communicate about your car .. but at the same time they won’t tell you anything until it’s time to charge you and the beef up the time .. next they left my car sitting out side and I believe it’s been altered I got my car back in worse shape than when I took it .. I called minutes after I left.. they didn’t care what so ever .. my car is now making noises under my car and lost power I don’t even want to take it back up there .. worse service ever from customer service to electrical service .. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before towing mh car there I knew this would happen based off the attitude I got .. they don’t care read the reviews and pay attention..STAY AWAY I’m almost sure that the 5 star reviews are FAMILY FRIENDS and other people they know !

PLEASE READ!!!Called this shop to schedule an ac repair. The receptionist was kind and advised that in order that they check my vehicle the same day that I should bring it in early.The following day I’m there promptly at 8am. Long story short. My vehicle sat at the shop 3 weeks untouched. They claimed to be awaiting parts. Billed me $49 plus the cost of a new battery after leaving my truck untouched 3 weeks. These people lied to me on more than 4 occasions over the course of 3 weeks.The worst part is that I was provided the ticket with the parts & cost. EVERY PART WAS AVAILABLE LOCALLY IN 2 DIFFERENT AUTO STORES!!! The invoice for the cost would have been in excess of $1200.My vehicle was towed to a different shop. The following day I’m driving the truck with the ac blowing ice cold. The cost of the repair was under $300. I counted greater than 30 cars dropped off & picked up all came AFTER I dropped my vehicle off.

I went here to have my AC diagnosed because there was a problem. I asked for a diagnosis what they did was charge up my AC and tell me that its working and then left me with a leaky valve after that so that it all leaked out and now I have to go back but when I called them they told me they cant guarantee that they wont charge me for more freon even though they are the reason it leaked out so no I will not go back to get my valve repaired I will take it to a shop thats worth going to buyer beware please dont use this business

I was traveling when my air bit the dust. Arkansas Auto was sympathetic to my travel schedule and got me back on the road quickly. Truly grateful!

Called Friday and made an appointment for them to look at my truck ac the NEXT Tuesday at 8am. I waited four days for this “appointment” with no air conditioning. When I went to drop it off that morning there were cars everywhere in the parking lot, you could barely drive through it. When I went to pick it up at 4:30 they hadn’t even looked at it. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU’RE TOO BUSY TO LOOK AT IT????Sadly, it wasn’t only my time that was wasted, but also a dear employee that took the time out of his work day to drop off and pick me up. It’s bad enough to not have ac during an arkansas summer, but even worse when you have to cart little ones around in a blazing hot car seat on a wild goose chase because a business cannot manage their time.

Very professional and honest I was going in here thinking I was going to drop a grand on a/c they checked my truck over called said it was the high and low port Schrader valves and the cabin filter 250.00 to get it done now Im blowing snowballs another shop would of slapped parts in called it good and would of probably had problems down the road give them a shot and you wont be sorry my go to a/c people for life now

I cant say enough good things about this shop. I took my car in and had a quote in less than an hour. They told me it would take 2 days to fix and I was pleasantly surprised when I got a phone call informing me that the car was ready a day early. I would recommend this shop to everyone. What impressed me was their honesty and customer service. This is the best place to go to fix your air conditioner.

Price to high.

Extremely pleased with their service. Had to have the compressor,and dryer on the A/C for my older Jaguar replaced. Local dealer said would be labor intensive procedure requiring 2 days work and gave me a price quote that Auto Air beat by 60% cost savings and completed their wok in 1 day earlier this month. Have also used them for A/C routine Freon service on my antique pickup truck this & in past years, always for reasonable price and satisfactory results.

If you want it fixed right this is the place to go. The people there have been doing AC work for over 25 years and know what theyre doing. Yes it may take some time to go over a vehicle but they are a first come first serve company which means if there are 20 tickets left over from yesterday your car may not get looked at until that afternoon. But be patient and they will give you good cold air. This place offers a one year warranty on parts and labor however because of having to stand behind this warranty they will not put on other peoples parts. Do you blame them if you go and get a part from a salvage yard and they put it on and have to take it off for you again for free? no thank you. The job of an AC technician is hard enough as it is without having to put on parts that you dont know are good. Air conditioning work on vehicles is extremely expensive when you do it right A lot of times but you got to look at the fact that youre wanting something to last not be back in with it broke down in 3 weeks.

Extremely unhappy with how I was treated, if I could give a zero star rating I would. I brought my car in for a QUOTE at 7:30 when they opened and left it with them since I just work down the road. At 2PM I called to see why I hadnt heard from them yet and was told that they would have the quote ready that afternoon. At 4:45 I drove back over there only to see my car with the hood up in the exact same place I had left it that morning. After finally finding someone to talk to about it their response was, Oh I havent looked at that yet. I never was given an apology and was barely given an excuse. All it needed was two hoses made and a system recharge, I would expect a respectable shop could produce a quote for something that simple in less than the NINE HOURS that my car was parked there.

Went there for my air conditioner got great service

Went hear to get my air conditioner fixed and the the only thing wrong with it was the belt had came off. The mechanic was very honest about it and put it back on cost me 35 bucks..

I brought my Silverado in to have the blower motor repaired. They did a great and fast job.

I took my truck in to get my a/c system to get looked at, first they told me they would look at it as soon as I got there if I brought it in first thing in the morning. I showed up ten minutes before they opened it took them 2 hours to get to it. Then once they go it in, it took them a hour and a half to tell me I needed to replace everything and rang a bill for $2300 when in the it end up being a $50 fix. Two new O rings and orifice tube replacement vacuum and recharge. They have no integrity.
