WORST Firestone You can ever go to. Went for tire change, left my car there for a day and they changed the wrong tires leaving me with the flat one still and changing the perfectly good one. When asked what happened all they said what they don’t know and just changed what the system told them too even though I showed them pictures of the flat tire and they still proceeded to change the other one. Asked for a refund and they told me I had to wait for 7hours for someone to be able to take out the wrong tires on top of already leaving my car there for a whole entire day. First come first serve DOES not apply here. Not even for refunds. They wouldn’t let me take my car back and wanted me to wait for them whenever they feel like it. MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. Had to call their corporate before they released my car and the manager didn’t even keep his words!!! Do not come here, save yourself the stress and frustration

I checked in at 7am for a wheel alignment. I told them I was waiting. At 9.40 my car hadnt been pulled in. I went to speak to the manager and he was very nasty. As Im sharing my frustration all he had to say is do you want the alignment or not.in my earlier days I would have snatched him up. I have a lifetime alignment package. I would never return to this location nor recommend anyone. The manager has the worst customer service if I was WHITE he would have never treated me like that. So if you are a person of color dont allow yourself to be treated like this.

When someone calls to make a appointment for 8am, verifies make, model and size of the tire needed when making the appointment....thats the time to ell someone that they cant order the tire till 11am. Dont make a appointment you cant fulfill. And the attitude from the guy at the counter was unapologetic and rude. Last time I service any of my vehicles here!

Horrible attitude and customer service. Walked in for a patch on my tire. I was told it would be done in 45 minutes an hour later they tell me they cant patch it. Waste of my time. Mavis across the street. Better on so many levels. Never again.

I like Firestone. They have always taken care of me. I just usually get some white glove service that was missing this time. Like removing the towing eye and putting the cover back on. Returning the hub screw key and spare bolts where they found them etc. It makes a difference. Thanks guys for the quick repair.

I went in to get my car serviced the other day. The person who helped me was Louis. He first gave me an attitude about me coming in to get my flat tire fixed. I didnt mind waiting because they seemed busy. I didnt like his attitude towards me. The person who worked on my was named Liana. She was very sweet and did everything fast and took care of my car. The manager then proceed to yell at her and was very rude to her. I am a 50 year old man and no one should talk to any women like that or anyone. I do not recommend this store to anyone. They are rude to there customers and staff.

Let me start off by saying, I wish I could give this place a ZERO.It’s Sunday morning to at 9:13AM. I made an appointment for 9 AM. There are approximately five other cars waiting as well. On google hours state that they open on Sundays at 8 AM. There is also a big sign stating OPEN SUNDAYS. Maybe you should fix that if you’re not going to be here You have lost my business forever and will be posting this review everywhere so people know how terribly this place is operated.

Took my car to them for inspection sticker and oil change and this happens. My car was not driving right. It kept pulling. I noticed when i put it in drive ir draged. I did not notice flluid had leaked out of my car until after the fact. I drove my car back to firestone because they are the only ones that worked on my car. After it was checked out he asked me did I have someone else working on my car. I said no. The only person that worked on my car was them. I notice after I got my car back the first time something wasnt right. Thats when i called them and told him that I am bringing my car back. And this is what happened. Told me that I might need a new transmission. Are you kidding me! I told him how can that be when its been only two years I had this car.He suggested that I take my car to someone he knows because they dont work on transmissions. I asked him how much is this going to cost me. He did not know. Charged me $90. What I think is because. Im a woman and I went their by myself. My fiance usually comes with me because he doesnt want me to go their without him. To make along story short drove my car back home. I wasnt going to the place that they knew because they recommended me to go to ..Womens intuition. Something wasnt right. So my fiance found a place that wrks on transmissions. The plug was pulled out because it was clogged. Thats why all my fluids drained out my car. My car is running much better. Did not need a transmission. Thank God for that.

Went for an oil change and inspection, was told it would be done in an hour and a half. Okay great not bad, comeback in an hour and a half car hasn’t even moved yet. Get called about an hour after that pick up the car. No oil change just an inspection? So it took almost 3 hours for an inspection. Incredible.

Dropped off my car for a simple inspection at 9am...called back at 12pm for an update and was told they were working on it. Finally heard back around 330pm letting me know that it was ready for pickup. What was the point of making an appointment for 9am? Then after I picked up my car and drove a block down the road, I realize they never shut my car hood correctly. Irresponsible and non efficient company!

Good honest shop with competitive pricing. Have used often on multiple cars with good results. Tires, brakes, battery, check engine light repair and state inspection. Customer service and pricing are both excellent. Check website for special pricing and coupons. Very satisfied with all work done and customer service. Highly recommend.

Great customer service but awful pricing. Not sure if they are low on customers but make sure you get two other opinions for price before going with them. We checked with two other places and they tried to overcharge us $250+ for the same exact work going across.

Went here for an inspection - 37$, one of my wipers had a slight rip in it and they said a bulb was out. Wouldnt do the inspection without fixing it. I told them to check the trunk because i thought i had wipers in there and i would fix the bulb myself. They said they couldnt find them. When i got home there was a brand new pack of wipers in the trunk. They never looked. Ended up walking out of there charged 76$ and all i needed was an inspection. Absolutely gross place. I will never go back here. So hard to find trustworthy mechanics. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. If you go there, just know that whatever you think the total will be. Just double it.

I go here for EVERYTHING. They are very honest. Not looking to rake you over the coals with pricing and know what they are talking about. Oil changes are cheap, and having the Firestone credit account saves you lots of money in the long run! They usually are able to squeeze you in their schedules day of, but I recommend making an appointment to be fair to them!

Had 4 tires replaced at this location about a year and a half ago. When they put the tires back on the car they positioned the trim ring on the rim up against the valve stem. Over time this caused a leak in the front tire and damage to the valve stem of the rear tire. Brought it in today at 9 am and explained what happend and told them i would like them both replaced. Seven and a half hours later i returned and they were finishing up the job. They only replaced the leaking valve stem and left the damaged one alone. When i asked why the damaged rear valve stem wasnt replaced the person at the counter told me it wasnt leaking and he had fifty other cars that day and forgot. Not very good customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

My car overheated and stalled a week ago on 135. I had to have it towed to to a shop that was open at the time Firestone Complete Auto Care. They had the car when they opened at 7 am. I called them at 7 am to let them know where they key was (as they don’t have a key drop) they said they would call in a couple hours to update on the car. They didn’t callMe until 12:45pm to tell me what they thought was the issue which was a broken hose. At 4:45 they tell me it’s ready to be picked up. Cost $392 for diagnostic, putting a hose in, labor and coolant flush and refill. I drive the car it doesn’t overheat but sweet smell from the vents. By last Friday car is starting to overheat I try to burp the system and see anti-freeze on the ground once I back my car up. I call Firestone Saturday morning they want to charge me a diagnostic fee again when they didn’t fix the issue in the first place. My boyfriend called and spoke with the manager he told them the same thing.... so my car may have even more damage due to the fact they didn’t even check to make sure there was still no leak... thick smoke coming from the exhaust now I have to spend more money and tap into my small savings to have Infiniti look at my car..... I’m beyond stressed out!!!

So i went in to the lindenhurst shop, Saturday 28th and needed an oil filter change and a tire patch .. Charles was at the front desk with an attitude of urgency saying we dont have time for no one. I dont think they are going to see you...   OK let me at least tell you why i came ... once i told him he took my keys with an attitude. I said can i get a tire rotation? He said no he didnt have time. Okay i said can you just patch the tire. He said okay. Took the car, took the tire out and came back and said we cant fix it you have to buy a new tire  didnt mention i have guarantee on all tire... i said okay put it back i would go home and fix it on Monday. (mavis tire discount across the street fix the tire change the oil filter $20)Well Monday came i started driving to the shop on the highway i feel the wheel jumping every where i stop to see if i needed air or something..well i didnt, once i got out in the shoulder i see the front right tire with out a lognut! I keep driving without the lognut and ask Charles where is my lognut he said what type of car i said prius 2016. he said oh here and gave it back to me. No sorry no nothing.. just like whatever..  i was hoping for luis to be there he the best person period.. to work there best people skills ever. Charles in the other hand is the most incompetent person there. I would never take my car back there or my wifes or family member.  I went a cross the street to Mavis  no question asked fix everything i needed for $20. well hope you guys move Charles from the front desk hes not good with people.  Get another luis!

Tom retired and Juan left. The new crew is courteous but the place no longer has the warm friendly atmosphere. I stopped coming to this location after having service performed and it was not completed as it should have been.Wait times can be long at times.

Service was good. But the guys behind the counter need work. Ive been in management for over 10 years. And rarely have I seen such terrible teamwork. One guy was ordering calibers. The other guy was cutting in on everything he was doing. While on the phone. You cant tell them part number. You need to tell them the part and number. No I told you part number. I just TOLD YOU WHAT TO DO! If you cant do it, Ill do it for you.I need a service manager not someone to babysit. On and on this went. For well over half an hour. Belittling the guy out in the open. I know your busy, and whatever problems you have with parts is understandable. However this is a business, not a backyard garage. Tom seems like a nice guy,knew all the customers names, but easily gets frustrated/overwhelmed. Maybe Im old school but when a person is flustered or having trouble you help them. You dont make them feel worse. If I hadnt been there 2 hrs I would of left. All I needed was an oilchange and inspection. The other thing was, I dont do regular oil I do synthetic. They didnt ask me which kind. Or even talk to me about what I needed done. Just in and out. Hopefully this was just a 1 time thing, and not a reoccurring trend. You cant judge a company on its employees. But you can judge employees actions on how a company runs.

I took a used car I bought here to get serviced. The work that was done was good however $1400 later I should not have a oil filter that is half screwed on/ leaking oil. I also shouldnt have the same radiator fluid that was in the radiator originally with gunk floating in it. (Seeing as how they charged me for a radiator flush and refill)

Heres my experience:1. Brought my truck in for brakes on a Tuesday at 7am. They had it done by lunch time.2. Pick the truck up and drive 1/4 mile down the road when I hear a thumping noise when I step on the brake. They obviously didnt test drive the vehicle after they did the work or they would have identified the problem before they called me. I call them right away and they say bring it back the following day.3. Show up Wednesday at 7am and they dont have the parts in stock. I work so I cant leave the truck all day on such short notice. Tell them Ill be back Thursday at 7am.4. Im back on Thursday at 7am, explain everything to yet another guy and he tells me hes not sure he can get it done within a few hours. I lose it a little bit and they take the truck in and do the work.Heres the kicker and the reason for the bad review:5. On top of wasting 3 of my mornings on a simple brake job, not identifying obviously defective parts with a test drive, telling me after 3 days that I would have to leave the truck to correct the problem....they tried to charge me again for the work.Who has time for this sort of nonsense?

I went there twice. Once to fix a lightbulb that was loose. They charged me $70 and didnt even fix it. It was still loose. The second time was to get a new tire. They sold me a damaged tire that was not/could not be balanced. Never going there again.

First time using them did not go as promised by there staff, called prior to dropping vehicle was given a time frame of 1 to 2 hours called them 2 and a half hours later and told me I had to wait another hour and a half. Im in the automotive business and wouldnt make promises that cant be met, would not recommend no one here at all unless you have a whole at to wait on a simple alignment.

I took my 2012 Versa here in February...had an oil change and transmission service....this past week I took my car somewhere else for service and they told me they had to put two containers of transmission fluid in....the car does not have a leak. ..its only been 7 mos ...where did the tranny fluid go? This model year versa does have transmission issues which I thought was going to have to be taken care of....but since it now has fluid it is shifting line a new car....go figure....what did firestone do ....they charged me $179 for nothing
