Pathetic customer service. Each time I’ve been here I’ve been disappointed, so next time I’ll just pull into the parking plaza across the street and go to Walgreens because the employees are unhelpful and rude. I had two items, walked up to where the cashier was, another employee was standing on the customer side talking to the cashier and all they said after a moment was “there’s a self checkout down there. Uh if you don’t wanna wait”. I said I didn’t know the self checkout was there, I just saw the cashier and figured that’s what she was doing, and then proceeded to serve myself after the other employee made it clear their business was more important than mine. On top of that, they didn’t greet me, didn’t say goodbye. Very poor quality service.

Unprofessional and late. Took 3 days to get a prescription filled, delivery was paid for but never happened, they wanted to double charge when I tried to pick it up, And they made fun of my last name - the guy thought that was hilarious. When I called to say that happened, they did not care.

I scheduled a covid test for 4:40pm but unfortunately my alarm did go off so i ended up being almost 15 minutes late. I called them and explained what happened and the lady was nice enough to let me come in and take it anyways. I really appreciated that

Worst pharmacy experiences ever!Miss labeled prescription bottles, argumentative behavior from pharmacist level of staff. Pharmacist overriding Drs orders without any knowledge or facts of medication management. Along with other important facts. Yet my favorite part, is the double prescriptions with a dose so high I could of died! Then if your Dr writes a 90 day supply, they will fill it 30 days at a time to make more money off you and insurance company.The staff of the pharmacy is mostly friendly.The ones with degrees that double check staffs work they need to be replaced.With compassionate as well as competent.#replace pharmacists

I honestly just come into CVS to walk around or eat snacks. Something about CVS is so comforting. Just being here gets me super excited haha!

This place is a joke now! There are 2 women who dont verify insurance and actually told me they had my new insurance when I picked up my scripts in October! It wasn’t until the end of November the new pharmacist asked my boyfriend if I had insurance but didn’t care to ask what insurance or for a copy of my card! My boyfriend came home and told me this which prompted me to call them obviously. The pharmacist argued with me telling me she told me I didn’t have insurance when she NEVER did! I called the resolution department regarding this matter and was told they DO have my new insurance on file and will reprocess my claims from October 1 to present! I called today to check for a refund status update and now they’re telling me I didn’t have coverage in October even though I have received eobs for CVS claims that were submitted! Worst customer service ever and I will be reporting to the insurance commissioner!

I love coming to cvs even if its just to walk around. Lots of things offered here and friendly service.

Store is great, pharmacy needs help, only person in there, took forever. The 2 of them behind the counters conversation they were having was more important, than me, the customer.

Rude manager “Dawn” I was standing in line to check out and waited my turn. She continued speaking to the customer who was in front of me, walked away from the register speaking to her and didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. All she would need to do is say “I’ll be right with you” a little politness will go a long way. Especially from a manager! 😕

Got 2 packs of lemon thin Oreos for $1.07 each. Great clearance deal.
