Made a repair appointment through Apple.com for broken iPhone screen. Arrived at appointment on time, was told they could and would fix. Tech checked phone, ran diagnostics, tried to upscale screen protection, started paper work with name, address, etc. When he returned to confirm replacement screen was in stock, I was informed that the tech did not want to replace it that close to closing time, and I would need to leave it over night. The appointment was for 620pm on a Saturday. Store closes at 8pm. Employee said repair takes less than an hour. What a waste of my time. I will get phone repaired at a different Apple service center. My wife is in the hospital and I am her emergency contact. Fortunately the phone works with a broken screen. I would give zero or minus stars if that were possible. Nicest Best Buy Ive visited! Store was clean and the employee greeting customers at the entrance was not only saying hello but offering to point you in the right direction. I needed a router and sure enough he knew exactly where they were. After browsing I was able to easily find a router that fit my needs and matched my budget. While waiting in the line at check out, which was specifically designed to encourage social distancing, the gentleman at the nearby customer service desk noticed the cashier was busy so he offered to check me out. He was super friendly and helpful! Great store all around and will definitely return.

Was looking for a smart watch, liked the garmen square face one. The Samsung expert couldnt help me with it, fair enough, however I asked if he could get someone who did know about garmen. He said sure and never passed one the message and basically forgot about me. An expert in customer service would be more useful.

The fella who helped us find a speaker bracket for my wifes corolla was very friendly and helpful. That being said, the rest of the new store was an utter disappointment. Specifically the car audio area, which is a mere shadow of what it was at the old store. A small, disorganized and broken display of headunits and speakers which was flanked by one shelving unit of speakers which looked like they had just thrown them all on there. Most of the other areas of the store felt the same. Very limited selection of products, none of which I would call premium or top shelf. Youd be better off ordering your items online, and avoiding the grumpy cashiers and wasted trips.

Good prices and good people.Recently my old desktop power supply kicked the bucket and I headed over to Best Buy to get a new one in a pinch, one trick I use is to always check the Amazon reviews before buying a product, and much to my surprise, the prices at Best But were CHEAPER than Amazon, and when they were not, Best Buy will price match the items.The staff I talked to there were all very kind and reasonably well knowledged, but one person stuck out. While I was checking out, I talked to Anthony, who was empathetic and understanding to the situation of my PSU dying and was all around a pretty cool dude and left a very positive impression.
Great customer service had to wait a while to get help but when I got help it was good.

Kaylen, Manager, and team this evening have Changed my outlook and opinion in regards to Best Buy. And their 15 day return policy and specific brands protection plans. They, assisted me in making the best decision by providing all the information and details comparing their return policy and protection plan to the manufacturers. And I ended up a satisfied and happily returning customer. Drones and their insurance and manufactures warranty is a difficult and tedious process learning and differentiating and educating yourself on the best possible options for your needs and abilities.

Best Buy is a Great place to purchase electronics, computers, smart home items and even high-end hair dryers, and a TV wall you need to see to believe. Well frankly its just about the only place in Lincoln to purchase these types of items, sad really. However there products quality is high and most of the staff is knowledgeable about the areas they specialize in, I was in there just a few days ago to ask about WI-FI & the representative that I was told to speak to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the subject, gave me some great ideas. With most items for sale, they have several to choose from, rather than just one or two to select from. I know some of the reviews complain about customer service or the lack there of. Ive never run into this issue, as a matter of fact, more often than not a Blue Shirt will come by and ask if Im needing any help & if their not familiar with the subject theyll get someone who is, Obviously during busier times of day or weekends theres going to be a wait to speak with someone. Frankly, in my humble opinion the majority of people who leave reviews complaining about most poor Customer Service are Self-absorbed, Self-important, I need to be taken care of first, because Im in a hurry to meet other Self-important people, types, Im not saying that all employees of Best Buy are great salt of the Earth types. There are certainly some poor quality even lazy representatives that customers will occasionally run into, but all in all their employees do try their best to help you find what you need. Prices are about on par with any other retail outlet even some on line sites & they do have a Price Match Guarantee so your pretty much covered and you get the benefit of having purchased from a local retailer, which honestly is very important to me, online is great for somethings but I prefer being able to deal face to face with a store if theres some problem with the product Ive purchased, and not some low level phone person that can only tell me what the computer tells them and plays keep away from the actual decision makers that would actually be able to help me. And believe or not you are able to Negotiate deals with Best Buy, so dont be shy, ask, maybe the answer will be no but no harm in asking. Obviously speaking with a manager is a much better idea than just a representative and most likely theyll be more apt to deal if youre purchasing multiple items or set ups such as home theater set-ups or compute groupings. Hey, saving Money is saving Money.

When I walked in, there was an employee asking if I needed any help finding something, I showed them the item I was looking for, they didnt just point me in the direction, they took me over and showed me the options. I honestly couldnt tell you the last time I have been to Best Buy. I know it wasnt at the new store. Which has been quite a few years. I was greated at the door and asked if they can help me find something which impressed me honestly and I appreciate that they told me exactly where to go. I looked for what I was looking for and could not find it so I asked you nice young lady and she walked me right to it. I appreciate your excellent customer service and will not hesitate to come back. Oh and for a final thought. They were cheaper than Amazon in this particular case. And I walked out of the store with it
I pretty much never write bad reviews, but this needs to be addressed. Youd think with the amount of employees they have during one shift, they could have at least a couple people to keep up on making sure things are in the right place. Almost every single item in there was in the wrong spot, making it so hard to find the real price to something. I was very excited to get something for $70, but when I went to check out, the real price was $150. There was mulitple of the item under the wrong price tag.

I had to return a purchased item only to have them completely mismanaged my request after assuring me not requested been fulfilled. They all look at each other like they didnt know where they were or where they had been. And I got left holding the suck sack.

What an absolutely wonderful experience. I came in to return a scanner that did not have what I needed. Smooth and painless they looked up my account with my phone number and it was taking care of immediately. Then while I decided to look at cameras as Im in the market for one. A young man by the name of Adam helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly he was patient as I really dont know that much about the modern day cameras. He walked me through the process and I ended up spending a lot more than I had expected or wanted to and I am glad I did. It is a wonderful product and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend the Best buy in Lincoln Nebraska for any electronic needs as they treat you wonderfully.

In and out. Staff is very helpful. Came in for a memory card the staff was able to take me to where they were located and even help me select one that would work well with my camera. The whole ordeal took up all about 10 minutes and in the climate of a pandemic being in a store with a bunch of people is the last thing I want to do. Highly recommended, clean facilities employees disinfecting surfaces and prompt service.
Truly a one-stop-shop for your electronics, appliances, and other tech, but not much else. On a day and time where foot-traffic is low and slow, not too any people on the floor seem at all concerned. I will give the benefit of the doubt to the store, but cmon.The only time I was acknowledged was returning to my vehicle and loss prevention wished me a good day.I suddenly prefer the face-to-face interaction when I do shopping so I can observe and study my products before purchase. After finding what I wanted, I searched for an associate to assist me so I can make my purchase and be done with it. After about 30 minutes, I jist...well, gave up.Maybe another time....

I bought my first brand new phone and of course didnt know anything about how to transfer information. The team at Best buy didnt excellent job and making sure that I was completely taken care of before I left the store.

Be aware that it is next to impossible to get anyone to answer a phone or give personal service by phone. The queue is endless, meanwhile you are invited to go online to solve your own problem or ask about inventory. You can of course take your own time to physically go down there yourself. For those of us living out of town with poor/unreliable internet this represents a great inconvenience and poor customer service. I will take it up with the manager on my next trip to town.
Set online my tablet was not available for in-store pickup. But I could pick it up in an hour in the parking lot. So I went to the store and they let me buy it right off the shelf. Love this place!

Went in to buy my laptop and I was surprised. The staff was amazing! One of the workers was extremely helpful, and friendly, Logan. He is a very knowledgeable guy! He is the kind of worker you hope to run into when you are looking for a product with certain characteristics, but you do not what to buy. At the end of our visit, my husband and I waited to thanked him for everything. We had a great experience.

It was very clean and the staff was helpful they had a wide selection of electronics and even some canned air like from the movie space balls so you can get cheeto dust out of your keyboard. The complimentary snacks they had were good too, although Im not sure they were from the store some guy in a red truck gave them to me outside the store and now I cant feel my tounge. I had fun in the bowling alley and I loved the lights on the computers.
Curbside pickup is a joke. Waited over 35 min to pick up an item ordered online and was just sitting in the storage room...why even say “your order is ready for pickup” if it’s clearly not. Watched one person going in and out of the store to deliver curbside. It was 2-3 min. between each order coming out of the store.Calling to talk to a representative and the phone said “We are experiencing a high volume of callers. Please call again later.” And then hung up... no option to wait/stay on hold/give them a number to call back.
