This water is far superior to any other other bottled water in its taste. The service is outstanding. Having had to stay well hydrated during the months of being home working due to Covid-19, this water is so good that it is easy to drink often. The water tastes fine - just like it is supposed to taste - pure. I have used their service for a while and I have good satisfaction that the water is pure and clean. It always tastes fresh and has that great filtered taste. The customer service is outstanding. I really like our route driver and he goes way out of his way to do a good job. A+ on the customer service.

Years ago, we had Planet Earth bottled water at our office, and it was great. The company was locally owned, service was excellent, and the water was delightful. Then Planet Earth Water went away, and Culligan came in. It wasnt as good of an experience. I was so happy when Norland Pure started. We switched right away. The water is the best-tasting bottled water in town, and the owner was with Planet Earth in the early days, so he knows what hes doing. I cant say enough good things about the water and the customer service. If you havent tried Norland Pure, you should.

We were with Culligan for a long time but their service was absolutely terrible. Caught a staff member named Kayden with NP delivering to another office in our building and he had us set up and ready to go with their water in about ten minutes! He was nice, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, pretty much everything Culligan wasnt, so we were extremely happy to switch! We have been with NP for at least three months now and they are always on time with new bottles and have very nice staff, I think its safe to say we have found the right company for life!
