I am new to the area and never had hard water before. My wife is from the area but has not lived here for 15 years. I called Jeff Bernhardt at Culligan. He came out and tested our water even though we had an installed water softener but I wanted information and Jeff kindly answered all our questions. Even thought it benefited the company he suggested buying instead of continuing to rent a unit. Jeff and Kris showed up at the agreed upon time for the installation. Knowing nothing about water softeners I had to watch. They answered all my questions and were very professional. I had a question about the Reverse Osmosis unit we have at our house and Kris said he would check it out for us. Everything was done one time at the agreed upon price plus they checked out my RO unit. We are very happy with the service we received from Culligan of Lincoln and especially Kris and Jeff for answering all our questions. I’d call them again, I hope you do too.

Fantastic service. The whole process of getting clean drinking water was smooth thanks to Jeff and Kyle. They were both knowledgable and cared about my best interest on providing me with the best water system for my home. I would highly recommend Culligan for a RO drinking system because they put their customers at top priority and offer a great product!

There was an issue in communication between myself and some of the reps, here in Lincoln. I left an email review, expressing my concerns and I got a call the next day from one rep to address my concerns and get me on their schedule to get serviced. That’s pretty awesome, but then the GM of the store in Lincoln called me. We had nice talk about both being in the customer service field. It shows character when a company admits fault(there was fault on both sides) and actually cares and tries to resolve the issue. I love in a rural area around Lincoln where we have well water. My family has used a softener through Culligan for years but recently had our water tested for sediment. It was literally off the charts. Lynzee at the Lincoln store was amazing and helped us install a sediment filter for our whole house! I used to have major problems with the sediment in my pool and would constantly be changing pool filters and vacuuming sediment from the bottom, not to mention the amount of chemicals it took to keep it all even keel. Not any more!!! Since the install, my pool is crystal clear and I have had to you next to any chemicals to maintain it! So worth it!! Thank you Lynzee!

I am very happy with the company, as they deliver and fill the unit with salt. If I call with a concern about the equipment they will talk me through it and let me know what is going on and when they can get out to repair it. The personnel are pleasant and accommodating.

Culligan installed our soft water system in 2017; we also contracted their salt delivery service. With installation, they were thorough to investigate our space and understand our internal structures prior to agreeing to install. This is a professional team; I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new system and/or salt delivery.

For us safe and great tasting drinking water is a must. Culligan delivers just that! Erik went the extra mile for us, explaining the process and walking us through every aspect of the water system in our home. Highly recommend!

Softened water is fantastic, and along with the reverse osmosis purified/drinking water, we are very happy with our choice to use Culligan services. We also have salt delivery drivers call if they are in the area just to make sure we are good on salt. Great customer service in the field and in the office.

I just had my second Culligan system installed and I couldnt be happier. The first system made it 33 years without a service call. The new system is working great and will serve us for many more years. We added an RO drinking water system this time and love it also. The installer was extremely professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. The whole experience was perfect.

I was very pleased with the work and advice I received from the Culligan tech about my water softener. It had not been working properly and he not only reset, checked and applied new filters on the water filter but also put me on a yearly checklist to keep it in service. The water tastes good and the convenience of home delivery is exceptional.I am limited due to mobility issues, Zack goes out of his way to not only deliver the water but goes the extra mile bring the water inside for me and stack it neatly.Esmeralda and Elizabeth are on top of customer care.If you like bottled water but dont like lugging it all over town... This is definitely the way to go!They offer 20 oz sports bottles (what I get) and many other options in larger sizes.

I few years ago I called and reported that I didnt think my water was soft anymore. They send a tech out within a day and he ran test on the water and he said the test shows okay but he would look at the control system anyway. He spent the next 40 minutes cleaning out some parts and making adjustments. He retested the water and said it was prefect and I should not have anything to worry about for a long time. He also said for me to call anytime I had a concern about the water quality. Could not ask for better service.

Bradon F. provided a detailed summary of our familys water needs. He setup a plan to provide ambient soft water with a reverse osmosis drinking water system. The staff at Culligan (Halls Water) was courteous, giving us a phone call the day before when they would arrive to set up the system. The delivery drivers are also courteous with a phone call as well to drop off the monthly or every other month recharge salt. We love our water.

Absolutely terrible experience if you live out in the country. Brought salt out maybe 2x over a 6 month period. Have a large family so needed to have salt delivered more often. There was black sludge and mold in our tank because they had brought the wrong filter for a well system. Never replaced the black moldy tank. Terrible customer service.

Was spending over $100 a month on bottled water. We now are spending less than half of that and have filtered water throughout our house. Having it readily available has increased the amount of water my family is drinking. Best decision ever.

We are very happy with our product and the two years of salt for the price of one year was nice. The salesman was very thorough and explained everything nicely. He didn’t pressure us and was very honest with us.

I purchased a high end softener with mineral removal capabilities. Since its installation I have had service out many many times to find out why it wasnt working. They eventually replaced the control head and since I have discovered they they disconnected the mineral removal system. So I have been paying for something that still doesnt work! I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with spending thousands for a system that still doesnt work. This has been a 3 year nightmare and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Save yourselves some frustration and money by using a different company!!!

We just purchased a top of the line water softener. The salesman was prompt and efficient. Three days later we had our softener installed. The installation was completed by a nice, knowledgeable, and professional young man. Auto salt delivery and quarterly maintenance checks and services are scheduled. Highly recommend.

Culligan of Lincoln is great to work with. During our kitchen remodel they helped us with our drinking water, we have a whole house system currently. They let us use a water cooler and delivered water jugs with in a day of requesting them. Weve been with them for over 5 years and its been a great 5 years.

Water is delivered on a regular schedule. Always on time. Good tasting water. Getting set up with a water dispenser and delivery was pretty easy and painless.

Culligan of Lincoln was responsive to my request. They send a technician only few hours after I called and scheduled the installation in two days. All the technicians I interacted with were professional and competent. I have a similar Softner in my main home that has been performing very well for 14 years and I am pleased for its performance and reliability.

I have to say that I love my system. Dishes are cleaner, sink is cleaner well let me just say this anything that involves water is cleaner. The installer was very nice and professional even helped my wife cary items in the house when she got home from the store. Cleaning has been easier and hair and skin feel great. I had a store bought softner before but the Culligan system blew it away. If you dont have one yet I highly recmmend you get one. Also the service is excellent.

We have had Culligan service for about a year now. They are always prompt and on time. Recently we were out of town when they called to bring salt. I forgot i was supposed to call when we got home. About a month went by before I remembered and by then we were almost out of salt. I called and they squeezed a delivery in for the next day. Great customer service.

For about a year now my family has been getting Culligan water delivered to our residence. For a long time prior to we got bottles from the grocery store, which was a bit of a hassle. But we wanted good tasting water. Also in our travels we learned of some good waters, & had them shipped to us, but the expense with some was getting to be bit much. After a little research my wife had done, she discovered Culligans bottled water home delivery. The individual bottles are convenient sized, come in 24 packs, & it tastes as good as any other good branded water. The water is delivered on once a month neighborhood schedule, & the number of cases is pre-ordered as per your desired amount. Our delivery guy Zack, sets it where we want, & usually lets us know if hes short which is rare to begin with, but will always make it right. Were very pleased to get our water from Culligan, no complaints from this household of the local service. The distribution of water which comes from Colorado, & the 3 times weve gotten it has been another story. & a bit of a disappointment, as it has been well beyond the scheduled delivery to our house.

Instant help as I pulled up. No one at the front desk but a lady in her office quickly helped me. Overall decent service. I have stopped before however and loaded my own water with no one in the Bay Area.

Culligan has been helpful each time theyve come out to check on our water softener or just provide routine maintenance of our drinking water system.

Excellent service on our rental softener

I unfortunately went with this company for their Drinking water service, everything started out well until I was supposed to start getting credits for bottles returned example I would only get three full bottles but return for empty bottles and I wouldn’t get credit for the empty bottle . When I did call and speak with Elizabeth at the company she explained to me that their driver was not putting the accurate amount and his report. I ultimately wanted to start my service with them because of this and she talked me into staying with the company by giving me the credit so I was owed and basically starting over unfortunately the same thing as happened again and I decided not to keep using their service I responded to their email told them how I would take care of the remaining bottles and the balance on my account they did not respond to me. When I called the office to talk to them about this I was continually cut off and told them I did not understand why I was not getting the credits for the empty bottles and was told they over credited me which was not true. As I am asking questions and wondering why this is different from what I was told before the office manager came on the line and basically told me that I was being cut off because that’s just not how it works and what I was saying was wrong so I would continue to be cut off for not understanding and now my balance is $50 higher than what they initially told me.My suggestion to everybody who uses their service make sure you pay attention to your bills and make sure you’re getting the credit that you deserve and are supposed to be getting otherwise you’ll end up in my situation with extra money tacked on when you try to stop your service with them.

As I have come to expect with Culligan, Eric was very professional and skilled. He explained what needed done, did it, explained how the system works, left the space cleaner than when he got there, and was very polite.I highly recommend Culligan.

We had a water softener installed by our plumber at a previous house. I noticed no difference with that softener. Glasses from the dishwasher were still spotted. When we moved to a new house I called Culligan to install a water softener. It was more expensive but there is a huge difference. We noticed the soft water right away. Glasses come out of the dishwasher spotless. Culligan is definitely worth it.

Culligan of Lincoln offers a wide array of service offerings, delivers on the service that is expected and takes corrective action where their service falls short of what is paid for/expected. In my opinion, this is what makes Culligan of Lincoln an excellent service provider.

I recently moved and did not have Cullman soft water for about six weeks. I made an appointment and with the salesmans help decided what I needed. He made an appointment for installation at a convenient time for me. Within a week of my first call I had soft water and a drinking water system. The whole process was so easy. The installer was knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating as the installation could be here, and friendly and personable. I am happy with the equipment and warranties and would recommend Cullman to anyone needing conditioned water.

Culligan water in Lincoln NE is no good at all. The water tastes off and trying to reach someone in customer service that actually cares is next to impossible. You are better off filling your own bottles at Super Saver.

We called for a service representative from 2 different companies to get an estimate on a new water softener our when old one died and began leaking all over the basement. Nelson from Lincoln Culligan came promptly and spent 30 + minutes helping us shut off our old softener (not a Culligan) . He even manually siphoned out the old tank to stop the leakage and ended up getting a mouthful of nasty salt water. He said it was all in a days work! His sales approach was straight forward and professional. We bought the Culligan product because we were impressed with Nelsons service minded approach. The other company never showed!

I have been using Halls Culligan for 20 yrs now and enough is enough. Their customer service is 1 star bad. It shouldnt take them 4 weeks to have them order me some caps for my 5 gallon water jugs. This is what they told me, We have to order in some plain caps without our name on them because the Department of Homeland Security wont let us have our name on them. What? Who are you kidding here?Every business wants there name on there product to advertise, really? I returned my unused brand NEW caps and jugs to get my deposit back on my 5 gallon jugs and they said it would take up to 8 weeks to cut me a check for my refunded deposit, really? They would not refund my brand NEW caps as they said when I purchased them they had gone out the door, really? I go to stores all the time and take purchases out the door, and if I return something with a receipt which I had, they told me no refunds on the caps. It was like pulling teeth to order caps there and I wasnt going to have my water delivered as they charge an arm and a leg for delivery. Plus Norlands water just tastes better. Good luck guys moving forward with a 1.7 rating on Google and everybody leaving to go to Norland. Maybe that will make you wake up and work on your customer service!

You guys did the job right. Justin diagnosed the problem immediately as being an issue with our water softener, when I had been told by a plumber it was an issue with our pipes and would require thousands of dollars in repiping. Justin fixed the problem quickly, we got a call to schedule the reinstallation later that day, and Erik arrived a couple of days later to complete the reinstallation. Both employees were extremely professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what was wrong, how they could tell, and how it would be fixed. The price was reasonable and saved us thousands of dollars in repiping, which wouldnt have fixed the issue anyway! Justin also took the time while he was here to check other components of our soft water system to make sure they were working properly, saving us a future service call. I cant say enough good things about how impressed I am with Culligans service team.

Probably one of the most unorganized companies Ive dealt with. We had Planet Earth until Culligan took over. Never once had an issue for years. Its been several months weve had Culligan and half the time the driver does not show up even if they call. Never know when your delivery day will be. Maybe its different if you live in town?

My husband and I had just a bought a new house, and the water was distasteful to say the least. I contacted Culligan for the testing of our water and everything I would like to see happen without an outrageous fee. They provided me with a new home owners special. Not a first home owner, dont dispair, you can also rent the units for a very cost effective price as well as pay outright for it. They have numerous of different financial plans suitable for any household income to fit the needs of healthy water to keep people healthy! The water is great, and they provide FREE maintenance and salt included in the package! Thanks for making crystal clear healthy water easy, affordable, and most of all great for my family! I had a very negative experience with this business and advise anyone who asks to avoid them. I had them install a water softener, which has been admittedly great, but they messed up the financing THREE TIMES over three months, and threatened to turn me over to collections. I contacted an attorney about it and decided to just pay everything off and be done with them before they could damage my credit. Grateful I was in a position to do that.They also neglected to honor their service agreement for several months, something I decided to write off to avoid dealing with them. I dont know what changed, but they called one day out of the blue and started delivering salt. I thought things may have improved, but recently I called to cancel the service because we had way more salt than we needed and the woman I talked to was rude and bossy.Im glad to be done with them. If I ever have replace the water softener, I will most definitely go somewhere else.

My experience with Culligan was amazing. They responded immediately when my water unit went wrong, and I had a brand new one installed the following day.

Worst water service ever. They are in a hurry to take your money, but the service is horrid.Their quality went down the tubes.I have better experience taking my bottles to walmart and filling them.

Seriously the WORST company ever. Ive had literally 4 deliveries since may 2015. Have audacity and call for payment when I havent received water in 2 months and after I told to pick up the cooler. Good salesman (obviously cause Im still with them) but everything beyond him is bs. A driver also stole a payment. Go to Norland pure for water.

I received exactly what I needed for a whole house water softener, thanks to the sales rep. Im also a HUGE fan of their salt delivery. Couldnt ask for better service.

Installation of replacement unit occurred on April 6th. Installation tech was fantastic, professional, clean, and positive. Salesperson was very helpful prior to the sale. However, I received no follow up from the sales team after the units installation. I was told that Culligan would take care of the plumbing inspection by both the Salesperson and the Installation Tech, however I never heard back from anyone. Sent an e-mail on April 25th asking for a status on my plumbing inspection. Received a phone call from Culligan that evening confirming that plumbing inspection was submitted. Called back to Culligan today (May 18, 2017) asked for a status on my permit as I havent heard anything since April 25th. Was told that inspections are only given out randomly and I wasnt selected for an inspection. (This is not true, a plumbing permit is required!) Was told the sales team would contact me, but again was told by whomever answered the phone that I wouldnt need a permit.I ended up calling the Citys building and safety department to schedule the inspection myself. The city confirmed that a permit was indeed required and was actually pulled on April 27th. The city will inspect the unit soon, so I only hope the unit passes inspection as Im really worried if I have to schedule someone to come out to my house for repairs.For the money it cost for hardware and installation, I would have expected better follow up and customer service. They seem very disorganized. I love our new unit, however I am not confident in having Culligan service my system in the future.

If I could rate less than one star I would. Horrible customer service and nothing but excuses when mentioning any issues. Run away as far as you can from Culligan!

Affordable, no issues, and great service

Had four bottles of water delivered to us that did not taste right, called them and they said there was a production issue, when asked why we were not notified about this they said well we did not know who all of the tainted bottles went to....umm ok? No broadcast email or phone call would have worked? Then they were supposed to deliver new bottles to us that week...a week goes by, no new bottles. When I called to ask why they never came she tells me she just spoke with the driver and he dropped them off on Thursday while no one was in the office....I have four EMPTY bottles sitting right in front of me, and our office door would NOT be unlocked if I wasnt here, and I didnt even leave for lunch on Thursday so no way that happened. Dropped them that afternoon and went with Norland Pure instead! Two and a half months later and I still have bottles they havent come to pick up even though they promise, every time I call, they will be out the next day to get them. Worst. Company. Ever.

To anyone who wants to get colligan water. You cant beet the price. And the water its self tast great I drink a hole lot moor water now since I got my colligan machine.I flat love mine...Thank you colligan

Id give negative stars if I could. I was a Planet Earth customer for years until Culligans bought them out. From the very first week of service with Culligans things have been awful. Delivery of water has never been when they said it would be. Calls to the office required every time. People answering phones were fairly nice and understanding but said ridiculous things like were low on water or were just really busy. Billing was a mess in the beginning and I got charged a $5 late fee somehow (Ive NEVER been late with a bill). I cancelled our service 2 weeks ago and still have bottles on my porch that they say they are too busy to pick up. Do research and go elsewhere for water.
