I just love HyVee ‘hands down’ over any other grocery store! This isn’t my ‘normal’ shopping location I normally go to but I shop this location from time to time. ✨Amazing store manager ‘shout out to Matt Burt’✨ Courteous employees, extremely clean store and love that I’ve never had to wait long in line at this location❤️

Great grocery store with lots of selection, including plenty of local and store brands. Clerks are typically courteous, kind, and swift. The only issue I have with this store is that it can get pretty busy. But overall, its a really solid grocery spot! (P.S. the Chinese is good too).

This is the only place I shop produce. You can always find good pieces. I like the self check out lanes with the rollers. This location could do with some speed training for their cashiers. I have yet to get one that is out of first gear. Seems to be hard to find anyone on the sales floor to help with questions.

My family just moved to Nebraska from Minnesota. We were so excited to see Caribou! The staff there were so warm and welcoming and the drinks felt like we were back home! We are so happy to have Caribou right down the road from us. Their customer service exceeds the standards. I wish all Hy-Vee locations had Caribou! We will be going back!

My family has been shopping Hy Vee for many years (decades honestly). Selection is great, and so are all the weekly deals. They also have a pharmacy, bank, and postal drop off area. Their fuel saver program helps a lot too and saves me a bunch.

We used the catering, floral, and bakery departments for our wedding, and we were so pleased with all three. Our guests raved about all three categories, and the staff was wonderful to work with. We had close to 500 guests, and we were so impressed with the catering departments ability to manage that many people and do it with a smile. Highly recommend this HyVee for large and small events!

I and we used to shop at hyvee all the time however in November 2020 we had a giant mess up that cost us 2 hours of our time and cost us almost 100.00 and we were never given Corect fuel saver amount...hyvee messed up our pickup order so badly its hard to want to go back and shop. I called a manager left a message after it happened and was never called back. We had crushed food..they put chemicals in same bags as other food, and a very unprofessional staff that day. Made us sad.

Lots of variety. Prices were ok, not great. Clean, well stocked. Checker was very friendly. Other than that I didnt see many associates

Best grocery store in town, but you pay a little extra for the helpful staff and abundance of options.

They didnt have half of the things I was looking. The one employee I found in the aisles didnt even know what tahini was or where to find it. I only go to HyVee to find specialty items because I can get my every day things cheaper elsewhere. Dont shop for things the day you need them. Dont shop on a holiday and dont shop with limited time.

Great customer service employees are always so friendly and they have cashiers .

We used this HyVee for my daughters bridal shower and they catered food at my daughters wedding.The bridal shower room was located upstairs and the room is very inviting. At the wedding we had pulled pork and it was very delicious. So many of our guest told us how good the food was. A huge thank you to Manager Ron and his staff for their professionalism.

I had a not so good experience here. This is my regular store and I will continue to shop here. However a couple young workers were to busy talking about their political views on mask. They were so engaged in the conversation. That they werent bagging my groceries. Not able to talk to these young people was frustrating and I left without getting my groceries. The look on their faces were like what !?. I called the manager expressed my frustration. He was professional and courtesy.

Fine place. Check for bugs in your Hy-Vee pizza! I found one and stopped going for 6 months. Six months later I am now shopping there again and am pleased.

Hy-Vee isnt a discount grocery store and offers a premium experience throughout! I shop here every week for the nice items I cant find at more discounted locations.

Meat dept is top notch. Everything you could ever want for the grill. Three words... crab...stuffed...mushrooms!

Employees are very nice and accomodating. The do really have a smile in every isle.They always have a driving cart availble for me. Good selection of foods to chose from.

I love this store. Best place for gluten free foods and healthy foods.

I dont think threatening a long time customer with a police call; because they forgot their wallet after pumping gas is very good customer service. We expect more from Hy-vee.

I ate at the Italian food place in food court. Chicken Alfredo w/bacon was AMAZING! I will definitely be back.

Have good deals and you can save on gas for your car. There bake goods are very good too. Friendly staff as well they are there when you need some help finding things sometimes they might be busy but they are glad to help.

The store was very clean, so do not worry there. This location has a designated hour in the morning for at-risk people to shop, which I think is very considerate of them. Two of the employees, I regret not asking their names, helped me find a box of vegetable stock since I did not have my glasses with me. I love the employees here and hope they have a very happy holiday season

Handicap parking is nice to have, but cart returns are so far from these spots that many of the older customers leave their carts where they parked and on windy days they can damage others cars. Closer.

Always have a good experience at this location. I know where everything is at and always have friendly service. They’re always happy to help when you have questions. However today, when I was leaving I was attempting to put my cart away (I guess I was putting it in the wring one) and I attempted to fix the cart in front of it and one of the workers, I believe his name was Peyton who had red hair and sunglasses, came and I asked him if I had the cart in the right bin and he just looked angry, didn’t say anything and passive aggressively grabbed my cart and the one in front of it and put it away. That issue had to do with the worker not the store. But I’m overall pleased with this store.

Terrible customer service. I understand things are a little crazy right now as far as delivery service goes. I ordered delivery on a Sunday, dropped off half my order. I called and read them a list of everything that was missing. They had to call me back three separate times to confirm. They finally delivered the remaining items and still left out produce I ordered and gave me several doubles. I didn’t call back to complain, just seemed like a waist of time.

Really phucked the pony on this one today hyvee. Styrofoam cooler sucked

We hit a endcap and it fell lots of staff came in a hurry to help us pick it up. No one got upset at all just helped us out. Lol cart was full of goodies that fell from endcap.

On this particular day numerous items were unavaiable.

The meat counter is a great place to get the best grill able items....yummy...

Best grocery store in town. Best meat selection. Friendly staff. And they have an excellent fuel saver rewards program. If you put a little effort in... you can easily get a buck out more off per gallon of gas! We do it all the time!

This is a nice store. Its the closest grocery store to my house, so if I need something quick Ill run here. Also the closest liquor store. Only 3 stars because hyvee is so freaking expensive. For no reason either. Gallon of milk here is over 4 dollars for the store brand. Its half that price literally at Walmart. Anyways. It is what it is.

Im not going to give this store a bad review because its my local grocery...but I never understood the Management plan. There are 10 people at the customer service desk...and 1 person running it...post office, lottery, answering the phone etc...but there always at LEAST two Managers...just wandering around...chilling...like... thats not my problem.

I like this location for my own personal reasons. I know where everything is, its on my way home from work, and the times I go are never too busy. Plus...they usually have marrow bones for the doggies! The other location i frequent never has them.

The variety is awesome. I can always find what I need and want & there is a helpful smile in ALMOST every isle.

The Asian restaurant in the deli area is absolutely disgusting and overpriced. Overall the store itself is pretty nice.
