I just had one of the best mechanic/customer interactions ever. The owner,Brandon “ i think was his name” and his tech went over my vehicle for a quote on brakes/rotors and a sensor. After inspection of my vehicle they alerted me to other problems that i did not know i even had. They are the most honest car mechanics i have met. They tell the nitty gritty, and the truth! Not trying to make up issues and charge you more. He also gave me 5 quarts of oil for free because he wanted me safe on the road. I look forward to getting the quote from them, i will be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on!

If you need work done on your vehicle here is the place to go. Just by looking at it and listening to my concerns and what I was telling them they knew what was wrong with it! Customer service was great! Great atmosphere and all around one of the best experiences at a shop i have had!

My car was stuck in drive no matter how much I moved the gear stick. It was a Sunday afternoon and hardly any place was open but then I saw this place with high reviews. Had my car towed to this shop and Brandon had me ready to go Monday afternoon even though I couldnt pick it up until Tuesday morning. Very honest and fair pricing. When I get off work my radio wasn’t working they where extremely nice and professional I was extremely impressed and I would recommend them. I made a comment that my radio was replaced by Best Buy about 3 or 4 years and he looked around it to make sure I wouldn’t continue to have that problem that nice to know that there are nice people that car to help someone in need thanks again.

Charged me way more then what he quoted and I had to text multiple times. Still had to drive to the shop just to see if my van was done. Yep oil change and transmission fluid charged 300 and some dollars,Then tried to say a popping noise is rusty brake dust covers. I have text and receipts to prove it. Plus had my van a whole week.

They are definitely really good at there job. I went in there and they diagnosed exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, then fixed it with in 1 hour. I highly recommend this company 1000/10!

This happened yesterday evening about 15-30 minutes prior to the shop closing: I was about 300 miles into a 1000-plus mile drive when my exhaust decided to start dragging on the asphalt as I was passing through Lincoln.My travel is work-related, and I had to be almost 900 miles away the following morning, i.e., today (in fact, Im stocking up on some supplies since Im still on the road). Anyway, after learning Id be in a bind if I had to wait around for repairs, Brandon stayed after hours to fix my exhaust.I was on the road in under an hour. He didnt have to do that, but he did it anyway. Saw a stranger in a difficult situation and helped me out. Class act for sure, and if youre ever having any troubles then you need to stop by One Shot Auto Repair. A-plus service all the way.

I had my car inspected here prior to purchasing, they were very helpful and worked with me to get it looked at the time I was going to be there. Very knowledgeable and I was shown everything that needed to be done. This would be my go-to garage if I lived closer.

This guy is the biggest crook. Jacks your bill up and steals from you. I would highly recommend you stay far far away from this guy and anyone at this shop.

Fair, Affordable, Fast, Knowledgeable! After purchasing a cheap van and having it checked out we found that the head gaskets were shot. The oil pan was also in need of attention. The quoted totals for us was 2,778.58. after calling around for more quotes we found that some were higher even still but most in the same range. I then remembered seeing an add for Brandons shop on Facebook so I messaged him. He quickly quoted me $800 for the head gasket repair. When we dropped off the van I asked about taking care of the oil pan issues and also the transmission pan gasket. The total quoted was $1,000!!!! I was astonished, one week later we picked up our van, and boy did it run! The total $1000, thats 1778.58 less than the average shop. Better turn around time and what appears to be excellence in his work! I intend to send more business to Brandon and One Shot Auto Repair!

Brandon was so helpful! Very knowledgeable! From when I first called to see when he could get me in he made room to see my car for once I was off work, he was very friendly and did an amazing job, He’s a hard working family man that’s truly in it for the passion of fixing cars and helping family’s and people in general will recommend 110%!!

Horrible. Had to take to small claims after brining a running vehicle and asking for a diagnosis on my vehicle he then proceeded to tell me I owed home 2,000. I refused to pay that for a diagnostic. He wouldn’t release the vehicle. Took to small claims ( he was forced to release the vehicle) he then released the vehicle one night and didn’t inform me and it was towed. Crook. Man still owes his old land lord rent. (Which he told me after he kicked Brandon out).

Brandon did a whole lot of work to my van. From brakes to radiator. He did a fabulous job at a VERY fair price!
